El lugar estaba much sucio, tenía bastante polvo y se entiende que Delhi sea así pero en toda la cocina habían cucarachas, en el baño también y en la cama habían pulgas entre otros animales que me generaron rash en todo el cuerpo, la verdad es que para el precio no lo vale, green park es una buena ubicación pero es demasiado caro.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette location pendant deux semaines avec nos trois enfants et nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. L’emplacement est excellent, à proximité immédiate du Deer Park, ce qui est très agréable pour les promenades et les sorties en famille. Le logement est extrêmement confortable, bien entretenu et parfaitement équipé. Nous n’avons manqué de rien : tous les équipements nécessaires étaient présents et en bon état, ce qui a rendu notre installation très facile. Le logement est spacieux, pratique pour une famille avec enfants, et nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. Un immense plus pour l’équipe sur place : la communication via WhatsApp a été extrêmement simple, rapide et efficace tout au long du séjour. Le personnel a été remarquable, toujours disponible, réactif, professionnel et prêt à aider à la moindre demande. C’est clairement l’un des points forts de cette location et ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons cette location sans la moindre hésitation à toute personne souhaitant séjourner dans le quartier.

The room has all the amenities, and the property is spacious. Overall, the service is really good.

The location is a bit noisy due to the continuous traffic next to the flat, which caused some discomfort. Also, the electric fan in one room was not working, but since we didn’t need it, we didn’t raise a complaint at the time.

The apartment is large and modern, and we received it super clean. The service was really good, they solve help and supply everything quickly. The neighborhood is a cute, safe, kids friendly neighborhood. With a commercial center very close, with everything you need.

Beautiful & spacious apartment in the heart of the Green Park Market Area. The apartment was very clean & hygienic and professionally managed. Ajay Yadav was always very polite and friendly and treated me with kindness and respect. Ajay kept in touch via WhatsApp and he was always available to answer any of my queries. Ram & Shivli kept the apartment spotless and maintained a good standard of hygiene. I was very happy with their service. Overall, I was very pleased to have found such a good place.

Nothing really, except that this apartment is on a busy main road and you can hear the traffic noise. Other than that, everything else was perfect!

Lack of clarity before check-in made it very stressful, especially as a solo female. Multiple people were contacting me on whatsapp referencing different people to speak to for directions. I asked several times for a picture of outside the building but never received it, the location I was told to meet them at was different from the location on their website and google maps (turns out they manage several apartments in the area). Once I arrived I was met by two men not wearing any uniform and told to pay and sign a contract with a different name (BlueLeaf - turns out they own Olive apartments but I was never informed of this so it felt concerning). There was no 24h security as indicated in the listing, in fact the first night I had random delivery persons knocking at my door at 11pm For check out they insisted on meeting me personally the night before, simply to make me fill out a satisfaction form while they stared at me. The next morning the luggage help (elevator does not work) booked never arrived and no one responded to my whatsapp messages until several hours later. Apartment itself was located next to the main road and extremely noisy even by Delhi standards. I got "upgraded" to a huge 3 bedroom apartment, but amenities like a washing machine that was part of my original booking was not available. Overall the apartment was poorly maintained and long term grime added to that - to be clear the cleaners did their best and cleaned the regular surfaces well, but there was clearly never a deep clean done for years.

Spacious, good amenities, helpful staff, great location. It was a fantastic stay at their H4 Green Park 1BHK property and I will use it again. Special thanks to Mr. Ajay and Mr. Ram for their assistance.

The balconies required a cleaning and some of the bed linens can be replaced and upgraded as they are old and worn out. But these were minor issues.

The showers had literally no pressure. The property is not modern and dated, and the staff even though extended our check-out till 12, started hovering and ringing the apartment from 11:50 am. They really made you leave the property at 12 and not 1 minute extra. The property also doesn’t look the same as in the photos. They push so much to give a good review.

Our stay at Olive Serviced Apartments Green Park was once again a wonderful experience. This was our fourth visit, and it continues to feel like a comfortable home away from home for me and my wife. A special mention to Ajay Yadav, the supervisor, whose professionalism and warm hospitality made our stay smooth and pleasant. The location is extremely practical—just about 30 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport—and it’s also close to many important spots in the city, making it ideal for tourists as well. For us, this trip was a business visit, and the convenience of the location made everything very easy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay in Delhi.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It’s spacious, filled with natural light, and located in a quiet, relaxed neighbourhood with all the essential shops just a short walk away. Vijay was incredibly helpful and accommodating—something I appreciated even more as I ended up stranded in Delhi for a week due to repeated flight cancellations. I was able to work remotely from the apartment without any issues: the desks were convenient, and the internet connection was fast and reliable. Overall, this place made an unexpected extended stay feel comfortable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Delhi.

Too many switches for the lights (there are literally tens of them!). It would be handy to have a central switch to turn everything off when leaving.

Staying here a second time at the end of my trip due to a flight cancellation I decided to stay here again, rented a small studio for myself but got upgraded to a bigger apartment for myself. The service here is great, the WhatsApp communication is fast, they sort out accommodation very quickly. The apartment was immaculate, clean, and the location is amazing close to cafes, bars and restaurants, train stations and very safe.

We love the location, it's India so don't lower your expectations India can be overwhelming and streets can be dirty and places can make you feel like you are in an unsafe place, however the neighbourhood is safe, lots of shops, a great cafe around the corner called Seven Seeds, supermarkets, pharmacies, great restaurants etc nearby and train station near by. The staff was very attentive, the place is very clean and very quiet at night. I will definitely stay here again if I come to India.

Good size appartment, the bathroom was good.

I didn’t like getting to the address given to us then we had someone meet us and put us in a tuk tuk to go somewhere else? I felt unsure about this. The bedding felt old, also towels have seen better days.

The staff was very responsive over WhatsApp and assisted with all the queries & issues. Green Park is a good location in Delhi, some great restaurants in the neighborhood and not very far from the city center. The access to the property is restricted, which made it very safe.

This is my second time booking the apartment, and once again the experience was excellent. The place is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, with great service. Truly reliable and consistent, which is why I chose to come back.

The apartment has excellent natural light and ventilation, making the space bright, airy, and very comfortable to stay in.

Awesome staff who very kindly accommodated my late arrival because of flight delays; super clean apartment with lots of amenities; fruit basket with fresh fruits was very welcome and the fridge was stocked; comfortable bed and super clean bathroom with hot water; heating was perfect. Importantly, it's location is one of the best you can ask for in South Delhi, surrounded by amazing restaurants, close to the airport and easy access to the city metro. Will definitely stay there the next time.

Fair bit of a walk up esp if you are carrying heavy luggage. Although the staff was very generous and courteous in helping with the luggage at the time of check in.
