Reviewed Mar 10, 2025Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare qui e devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo, l’appartamento è molto pulito e accogliente, la posizione fantastica, dista solo 5 minuti dal supermercato e a 20 minuti da un ottimo punto per vedere l’aurora boreale. Il punto forte è il proprietario che è super disponibile, ci ha addirittura fatto restare per il maggior tempo possibile in quanto il nostro treno sarebbe partito il pomeriggio tardi. Molto consigliata!

He provided the sledge free for us to use .Being our first timer in Lapland, it meant a lot that i found somebody knowledgeable and sincere to answer all my queries about Lapland. He even gave us the promo code for Safartica Northern lights tour! To Joni, You work above and beyond . You exceeded our expectations! Thank you for your sincere and kind replies. Much appreciated! The bed was positioned directly below an air vent which mean it was very hot and blew air on us throughout the night. Even after turning down the thermostat.

Quizá qué tengas 2 botes de basura para poder separala más fácil y que especifiquen un poco más la ubicación, son un conjunto de torres de departamento y estar buscando la torre correcta en el frio no es grato.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2024Die Ferienwohnung liegt in Laufweite der Innenstadt und ist dennoch in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und perfekt für 1-2 Personen. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine, die wir nutzen durften. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und schnell in der Kommunikation.

Excellent location: everything is reachable by walk: parks, shops, museums, swimming halls, Ounasvaara. Perfect holidays - thank you, Joni! We will be glad to be back.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2024L'appartamento è bello, nuovo e pulito. C'è tanto silenzio e si può riposare bene. È vicino al centro, camminando per qualche via si arriva alla zona centrale con negozi e quant'altro. Abbiamo scoperto solo il giorno prima di partire che la fermata del pullman sia per il Santa Claus che per l'aeroporto (bus rosso) passa proprio lì vicino a pochissimi metri di distanza.
Dovrebbe esserci almeno un rotolo di carta igienica in più e trattandosi di un appartamento un phon normale e che funzioni. Ho provato ad accenderlo ed era rotto, ma, in tutti i casi è di quelli piccolissimi e per una donna asciugarsi i capelli con quello è impossibile.

Only 10mins drive from the airport. The Host was very friendly and always replied promptly to our calls & messages. Self check-in. Reviewed Jan 17, 2024This apartment is in a perfect location just 5 minutes walk from main street. It has everything you could need all kitchen utensils and bathrooms essentials. There was a sofa bed and a bedroom. Exceptionally clean. Perfect place for our stay. Would highly recommend.
There is nothing I didn't like, we couldn't fault the apartment. It was ideal for our 5 days.

Apartamentul curat, situat in centrul orasului, dotat cu tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur cu familia. Mai mult decat atat, apartamentul arata mai bine decât in poze. Recomand si acord nota 10.

It wasn't that easy to find, and there could be more space to cook on the kitchen worktop.

Would be nice to have a black-out curtain in the bedroom compartment ... at least in the summer :)

Reviewed Apr 13, 2023Really good location, central to everything and the host provided a list of local shops with directions included. As a lone traveller, felt safe accessing the building knowing the doors could only be opened by passcodes. Very clean and all the essentials you could need in a self-contained apartment. The host provided detailed instructions on how to access the apartment and the location of the access doors. Perfect apartment size for a small group, max 4 comfortably as you can turn the sofa into a sofa bed as well, would definitely stay here again as the price was very good compared to the location in relation to the city centre and all the attractions of Rovaniemi easily accessible by walking or short distance walk to the bus stop for further attractions. Overall, couldn’t recommend this apartment more, really enjoyed my stay here.

Direi nulla. Forse qualche piccola dotazione in più come dello scottex o dei tovaglioli di carta per chi arriva senza essere attrezzato possono essere utili.
