Asiallinen, pintaremontoitu asunto.. ..ei sinällään erikoinen, muttei varsinaisesti mitään moitittavaakaan. Perusvälineet löytyivät ”keittiöstä” ja uutiset onnistui kahtua televisiosta. Sängyt ihan ok.

Avain asuntoon lyhintä reittiä (jalkapatikalla) ~ 750mm.. Useammasta saman vuokraajan sunnista onnistuimme valitsemaan sen kai ainoan, jossa ei saunaa = tämä sinällään pettymys tuli ilmi vasta asuntoon tultaessa. Olisi pitänyt olla valitsemistilanteessa tarkempana. Myöskään lähistöltä emme onnistuneet löytämään mitään jörkevän hintaista parkkipaikkaa autolle, joka osaltaan sitten kompensoi sinällään edullisen yöpymisen hintaa väärään suuntaan.

Sauna

The apt was absolutely perfect: furniture, kitchen and the sauna in the bathroom wow! The house smelt new and clean. The wooden floor and carpets fantastic. All perfect.

Rauhallinen ja hyvä sijainti.

Pidin erityisesti sijainnista lähellä Rovaniemen keskustaa ja majoituksen hinta-laatusuhteesta. Hyvin siisti majoitus ja siellä oli kaikki mitä tarvitsee neljän henkilön kahden yön majoitukseen. Halpaan hintaan nähden erinomainen majoitus.

Kuvissa ja tekstissä oli sauna, sellaista ei kuitenkaan ollut

Sauna

Ei ollut isoa peiliä esim eteisessä, ei ollut konetiskiainetta, huono paistinpannu, parvekkeella ei ollut kalusteita, ei ollut pyykkikuivaustrlinettä, ei ollut yöpöytiä, toisen täkin pussilakana nurinpäin, toinen täkki haisi hielle, tyynyt viimevuosituhannelta, vaatehuoneessa ilmeisesti rikkinäinen TV ja laatikoita ja pölyä, olkkarin kynttelikkö ihan pölyssä, eteisessä ei ollut henkareita, vaatehuoneessa vain 4 kpl, kylppärin lattia tosi likainen pyykkikoneen takana kasa villakoiria ja katkenneen liipan varsi , ei ollut kylppärin lattiapyyhettä, partsin lasin avaaja rikki. Likaiset matot. Likaiset petivaatteet. En ikinä ole ollut vastaavassa läävässä.

Asunnon sijainti hyvä ja majoituspaikka rauhallinen. Kokonaisuutena perussiisti.

Esittelykuvien mukaan yhden makuuhuoneen asunnossa myös sauna, jonka vuoksi asunnon valitsimme. Saunaa ei kuitenkaan ole. -kaikki esittelykuvat ovat kolmiosta. Viesteihin ei vastata ja avaimen hakupaikan ja asunnon osoitteen sai vasta soittamalla. Tuloilma ja poisto venttiilit pölyiset.

Bra område, väldigt centralt och tyst. Rent och fräscht, verkade vara rätt nybyggda hus. Fanns tvättmaskin (använde aldrig) och bastu(!) Bra instruktioner ang nyckel, städ osv. Många tv kanaler.

Det saknades klädhängare/hatthylla för ytterkläder. Och kunde ha funnits fler tallrikar. Annars toppen!

Sijainti hyvä tarpeeseen nähden. Huoneistossa oli kaikki mitä tarvitsin.

Oli ilmoitettu, että avainkoodi tulee samana päivänä, kun vuokraus alkaa. Ei kuulunut vielä, kun sisäänkirjautumisaika oli jo alkanut. Vaikka ilmoitinkin kyllä saapuvani myöhemmin. Jouduin kuitenkin matkalla jo kyselemään milloin se tulee ja sitten asiat alkoivat hoitumaan. Booking ilmoittaa, että tarkemman kuitin alv-erittelyineen voi kysyä majoittajalta, kun majoittuminen on alkanut. Kaksi kertaa sitä kyselin, eikä ole tullut. Myös huoneistoon sisäänastuessa eteisessä nenään tuntui ehkä tupakan tuoksu?

Kaikki sujui hyvin entiseen tapaan, kohde oli ennestään tuttu.

El apartamento es muy práctico, buena ubicación y muy tranquilo

Nos faltó papel higiénico y de cocina, tuvimos que comprar, pero, todo muy bien 👌

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement, proche du centre ville ( 5mn de marche). Il y a un arrêt de bus à 2mn pour accéder à l'aéroport et au village du père Noël. Le confort, la propreté de l'appartement, la résidence sont au RDV. Une bonne literie et le petit plus très agréable le sauna. Nous recommandons à 100% l'appartement.

Juste l'accès à l'appartement n'est pas facile à trouver. Au rez-de-chaussée, numéro 2 ( plus simple à indiquer ).

La ubicación es excelente a un km de las estaciones y a escasos 200 metros de la plaza principal de la ciudad. El apartamento está bien en general

La limpieza no era brillante. El anfitrión tardó días en solucionarnos un problema con el WiFi ( lo que nos costó gastar dinero con nuestra compañía telefónica) El primer día al llegar pedimos amablemente que nos solucionara la conexión pues no había wifi y veníamos a trabajar y era necesario para nosotros. No respondía mensajes ni llamadas. La ultima noche nos lo arregló.

Propriétaire totalement indisponible, ne répond à aucune demande. Alors trouvez l'appartement par vous-même n'ayez aucun problème et n'ayez pas non plus besoin d'une facture!

I liked the location. The apartment was clean and tidy and we had all the facilities we needed for our trip.It was nice and warm, cosy and quiet. It was very close to Angry birds park, the Santa express bus stop and a K market shop. It was a very good location.

It was very difficult to find the apartment. An eircode or certainly better instructions are needed as It was super frustrating to try and find it after a busy day of travelling!! It is also awkward to just get a message when you are travelling to tell you how to get the key. We had walked to the apartment before having to walk back into town to get the key. That was annoying with small children.

A parte le difficoltà iniziali, la posizione era comoda, a circa dieci minuti a piedi dal centro, e l’appartamento era fornito di tutto il necessario. Suggerirei solo di migliorare il phon, che con temperature basse è essenziale soprattutto per chi ha i capelli lunghi. Rimane però la sensazione di una gestione poco chiara e di una comunicazione insufficiente.

Il soggiorno nel complesso è stato piacevole, ma l’inizio è stato piuttosto complicato. Abbiamo dovuto attendere quasi due ore prima di poter entrare nell’appartamento e solo allora abbiamo scoperto che ci era stato assegnato un alloggio diverso da quello prenotato. Non è stato spiegato il motivo del cambio e inizialmente non era nemmeno chiaro dove si trovasse il nuovo appartamento. Inoltre ci sono state consegnate solo le chiavi, senza il codice necessario per accedere al portone principale, nonostante avessimo chiesto più volte se fosse richiesto. Una volta arrivati al condominio abbiamo scoperto che esistono diversi complessi con nomi differenti e non ci era stato indicato quale fosse il nostro. Dopo numerose telefonate l’host ha finalmente risposto, ma la comunicazione non è stata semplice e il motivo del cambio appartamento non è mai stato chiarito.

La struttura è in una palazzina nuova in posizione centrale. L’appartamento è caldo, accogliente, dotato di tutti i comfort. Bella anche la sauna.

Il nostro volo è arrivato la mattina, e l host si è reso disponibile solo dopo le 15 e 55 , dopo averlo contattato più volte nell’arco della mattinata. Fino all’ultimo minuto non ci ha dato il numero dell’appartamento. La pulizia può essere migliorata vista l estrema fiscalità nel check in.

Yleisessä siisteydessä vähän petrattavaa, astiastoissa puutteita esim. lautasten osalta, viesteihin ei vastattu. Pysäköinti huoneiston lähellä maksullista 8-16, ei omaa autopaikkaa.

Comunicazione inesistente con la struttura, non ha ma risposto ai messaggi. Non presente Wi-Fi.

Posizione ottima, in perfetto centro. Facile raggiungere tutte le fermate per bus o punti di incontro per attività organizzate.

Avrei preferito che ci fosse più attenzione nella pulizia. Le lenzuola erano pulite, i bagni così così. Anche la cucina non era ben pulita, nei cassetti c’erano cose usate e non lavate.

Déjà on ne vous indique pas que l’adresse sur booking ne correspond pas à l’adresse de l’appartement , il faut d’abord aller à un endroit pour une. Boîte à clef puis 800m plus loin pour l’appart qui est difficile à trouver Le Ménage était sommaire , lave vaisselle plein et sale , il y a 3 fourchettes en tout et pour tout Il y’a une ventilation assourdissante qui tourne 24/24. Et surtout les photos et le descriptif indiquent un sauna qui n’existe pas En fait ils ont une annonce pour plusieurs appartements c’est la loterie Et quand vous essayez de de contacter l’hôte à ce sujet pas de réponses évidemment

Inaccessibility of service staff,no communication, far from city centre

Mooi ruim appartement, alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Het appartement ligt op 600 meter van het centrum. Bij vragen geeft de host je vrijwel direct antwoord.

Ottima posizione, perfettamente pulita, nell'appartamento era tutto presente. Struttura nuova e ben curata anche nella zona esterna, ben riscaldata. La sauna bellissima anche se piccolina.

Not easy to get respond from the host, check in instructions was received after I called, even I know the instructions will get on the check in day, but I didn't expect it will be at 4pm when check in. Then we have questions about sauna etc, no response like you are on your own. We are 5 people, but the sofa bed needs to open ourselves, good thing we have a man figure out how to open, otherwise I need to sleep on the sofa, not sofabed. The rack to dry cloth is broken, maybe we are the only group wash clothing. Cups and plates a lot to use, but if oil, S & P provided will be nice, we left the salt for future groups to use.

Vedenkeitin sekä joitain astioita oli homeessa. Todella kuuma. erilainen kuin kuvissa

Hyvä sijainti, lähellä keskustaa. Tärkeää että ruoka-kauppa oli lähellä. Naapuristo rauhallinen eli rauhallinen paikka, ei ulkoisia häiriöitä. Ehkä ajankohta oli otollinen siihen, ei "turisti" sesonkia vielä. Asunto simppeli yksinkertainen, tavallaan viihtyisä, lyhyeen vierailuun sopiva.

KPH:ssa haisi, ei viemärin haju, epäilisin hajun tulevan pyykinpesukoneesta. Saunaan laita lämpömittari, säästyy energiaa kun ei tarvitse arvailla sopivaa saunomiseen tarvittavaa lämpötilaa. Pesualtaan viemäri veti huonosti. Puhtaudesta yleensä ikkunoiden välissä oli kuolleita kärpäsiä. Matot likaisia. Saunan löylynvesikiuluun jäänyt vettä edellisten jäljiltä ja jo limaista vettä, siivoajat? Siivoajille huomion arvoinen asia tarkistaa asia. Lisää syömiseen astioita, oli melkoisen vähän.

O apartamento está bem localizado, é limpo e aconchegante.

O apartamento tinha poucos produtos de higiene (como por exemplo o gel de banho), não tinha um aquecedor apropriado para secar as roupas

I was allowed to stay 2 hrs extra. I was not feeling well in that extreme cold. Thanks to the owner, who was kind enough to allow me to stay.

Porządek w pokoju.

Brak kontaktu z właścicielem hotelu. 5 połączeń, żadnego nie odebrał. Dopiero po około 40 minutach ktoś łaskawie odebrał telefon i przekazał że mam iść do biura. Jakiego biura? Gdzie? I się rozłączył. Ostatecznie po około godzinie dostałem adres gdzie mam się stawić. TEMPERATURA NA ZEWNĄTRZ -30st C. Nie dostałem żadnego maila informacyjnego jak odebrać klucz itp. Na miejscu w "biurze" dali mi klucze do jakiegoś innego apartamentu z wytłumaczeniem że tamten jest zajęty. Zapytałem "czy sauna jest w nowym pokoju?" Odpowiedź "tak oczywiście". 800m na nogach do nowego pokoju przy -30st.C wchodzę do pokoju i co? Nie ma sauny pomimo tego że na zdjęciach jest pokazana. Powrót do biura tłumaczenie i "sorry nasz błąd". Dostaliśmy klucze do pokoju który jest 100 m od biura. Teraz już wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Dodam jeszcze tylko że cały czas miałem przy sobie dzieci 6 i 9 lat w takiej pogodzie. Porażka pod względem organizacyjnym ze strony biura.

Apartamento amplio, cómodo y centrico

La limpieza del apartamento dejaba que desear. No había instrucciones de como funcionaba nada, así que o lo tenias que intuir o no usar como por la calefacción, la sauna.

The location was ok.

The apartment was not clean - there were thick residues of I-don’t-know-what on the bathroom floor, around the toilet and the shower. It was really disgusting. In the sink was short black hair. The shower glass was stained white from scale instead of being see-through. The bottom rim of the shower was elevated for about 8cm and very narrow so it wasn’t suitable for wheelchair users since you couldn’t enter it. In the closet in the entry hall was dust and long black hair and dirt on the bottom. The kitchen was dirty, there were dirty knives in the drawer. From the stove oil was dripping down, the work surface was sticky and oily, as was the stove. The front of the kitchen had multiple stains on both sides. There was only one light above the couch, which was extremely dark. The one over the kitchen table was missing, so when we came home we were basically sitting and eating in the dark, since the sun sets in the middle of the day in winter. Although we contacted the owner about the cleanliness issue there wasn’t really a reaction. I just sent the pictures, the owner said that he/she would contact the cleaners about that problem and that was it. No word of sorry or regret that we came into such a dirthole, no offering a solution that someone would come and fix it, nothing! Thank God we were there only for two nights. We were not able to use the shower or cook for two days, sitting in the dark and we were more than happy when we moved into a new location where it was clean, we could take a shower and feel like humans again.

The entry code was sent very late, after the check in hour, we should have it at least 1 hour before the check in starts, the pillows are a little bit worn out.

It’s a nice play to stay but won’t ever book again because of poor response from the host. U can ask them something but don’t expect an answer back. They will respond whenever they feel like…in a day or two!

已經過了入住的時間，仍然沒有電郵回復。完全沒有確認郵件。沒有告知我們入住的方法。不提供詳細地址不提供隨入住時的方法，也不提供住哪一間屋，哪個樓層哪個室。我們找司機到住所發現無法進入。司機幫我們打過去一直打不通，唯有在這個漫天風雪負20度的情況下叫我們在那裏待著。後邊預約了活動所以只能重新再打車去聖誕老人村。直到下午六點半左右，實在無法聯絡，這個平臺上的聊天框一直得不到回應，在聖誕老人村的職員協助下，主動打給這個屋主。這個屋主還向聖誕老人村的職員掛線非常沒有禮貌。然後就發了進一個住所的方式以及這個住所的地址。這種態度為什麼還要辦民宿！ Check-in time had passed, and there was still no email reply. There was absolutely no confirmation email. They didn't explain how to check in. They didn't provide a detailed address, instructions on how to check in, or even which room, floor, or room we were staying in. When we arrived at the accommodation with our driver, we couldn't get in. The driver tried calling, but couldn't get through, and in this snowy, -20°C weather, they just told us to stay there. We had booked an activity, so we had to take another taxi to Santa Claus Village. Around 6:30 PM, unable to contact them any further—the chat on the platform was unresponsive—we finally called the host with the help of Santa Claus Village staff. The host then rudely hung up on the Santa Claus Village staff. They then sent us instructions on how to get in and the address of the accommodation. Why run a guesthouse with this kind of attitude?!

一直不願意給地址以及房號以及領取鎖匙辦法。難以想像這是一個民宿！幾經辛苦，靠聖誕老人村的職員幫我們聯繫。進去的時候問對方領取wifi密碼一直得不到回復。這個店家是有意刻意堅持不回復任何的問題。導致我們下午六點多才得到地址。進入去住的時候已經是晚上七八點。然後想找個風筒來吹頭髮。對方也沒有提供。如果天氣那麼冷，你們真的不要過來受難。它會導致你沒有容身的地方。這個是我住那麼多民宿以及去那麼多次旅行來說，不僅是最差而且是最沒有誠信的民宿。 They were unwilling to provide the address, room number, or instructions on how to get the key. It's unbelievable that this is a guesthouse! After much effort, we finally got in thanks to staff at Santa Claus Village. When we went in, we asked for the Wi-Fi password but received no response. This owner was deliberately refusing to answer any questions. We didn't get the address until after 6 PM, and by the time we checked in it was already 7 or 8 PM. We even tried to find a hairdryer, but they didn't provide one. If the weather is that cold, please don't come here to suffer. It will leave you with nowhere to stay. In all my guesthouse stays and travels, this is not only the worst but also the most dishonest guesthouse I've ever experienced.

Great property and perfect location. Would stay again.

Sisäänkirjautuminen olisi pitänyt olla klo 16, mutta koodeja ei tullut. Numerosta ei vastattu/se ei ollut käytössä. Sähköpostiin tulleessa varausvahvistuksessa väärä puhelinnumero, sovelluksessa taas eri, mistään ei saanut kiinni, vaikka koodit piti olla sähköpostissa saapumispäivänä. Koodit tulivat tekstiviestinä vasta klo 17 eli tunnin myöhässä. Aika ala-arvoista toimintaa, ei tullut edes pahoittelua. Asunnossa matot roskaisia ja muruisia, muuten ihan perussiistiä.

Okolica jest ok. W poblizu plac zabaw dla dzieci. Sąsiedzi cudowni. Okazali się skarbem, gdy wlasciciel apartamentu zawiódł. Dali kod do drzwi wejsciowych od garazu zebysmy nie musieli z dziecmi chodzic naokoło. Pozyczyli również kubki bo w apartamencie na 4 osoby byly tylko 2 kubki...

Nie podobało mi się podejscie obsługi apartamentu ktora kazda prosbe miała głęboko w powazaniu. Na prosbe o dostarczenie sztućców i kubkow odpisali o 14.00 niecala dobe przed wymeldowaniem.żenada! Przy odbiorze kluczy do apartamentu spotkalam pracownika biura ktory obiecał mi w ciagu 5 minut oddzwonic do mnie w sprawie miejsca parkingowego i do dzis teho nie zrobił. Podwjrzewam ze pan sie obrazil poniewaz proponowal mi wynajem auta wraz z miejscem parkingowym za 85 za dzien. Nie skorzystam z tej opcji chcialam wynajac sam parking za 15 euro za dzien. Auto z wypozyczalni na lotnisku kosztowalo mnie 20 euro za dzien. Łazienka i stan przyborow kuchennych to jakiś żart. Serdecznie nie polecam!

En voi suositella. Ei nettiä. Astiasto osittsin rikkinäisiä, laatikostot likaisia ja roskaisia. Ei millään tavalla kodikasta, vaan hyvin alkeellista. Matto todella likainen. Pesuaineet loppu.

Sijainti oli hyvä ja asunto mukavan kokoinen. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli helppoa.

Siivous oli tehty kohteen hintatason mukaan eli ei kovin hyvin... Matot tahraisia ja pinnoilla kaikenlaisia muruja ja karvoja. Lakanat puhtaat ja siistit ja tällä hinnalla voisin silti mennä uudelleen.

Prima della partenza ho contattato diverse volte la struttura e non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta, una volta arrivati abbiamo trovato l’appartamento abbastanza sporco, in più il riscaldamento non funziona e faceva freddo,ho provato a contattare diverse volte la struttura ma nessuno ha risposto, ho contattato anche voi di Booking ma non ho risolto nulla mi sono dovuto arrangiare da solo.

Logo quando chegámos vimos tanto as mantas e almofadas quanto o chão cheios de poeira e cabelos.

Siisti huoneisto kaikilla mukavuuksilla ja hyvällä sijainnilla. (Keittiö, astiat, astianpesukone, pesuaineet valmiina, pyyhkeet, lakanat, silitysrauta ja lauta, pyykkiteline ja pesukone!!
