Penthouse 13 - One Bay Residence with private rooftop terrace and dip in pool

Das Penthouse 13 ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Dachterrasse ist riesig und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Auch super ist, dass es eine Tiefgarage gibt. Late-check-out war problemlos möglich.

Der Whirlpool ist leider nicht beheizt und daher etwas kalt.

Nous avons aimé l’appartement, ses équipements, le service nettoyage, linge de maison, le parking privé et le roof top avec un fabuleux coucher de soleil. Des douches merveilleuses.

L’eau du spa trop froide pour un moment de détente. Pas mal bruit de la route sur le balcon et un manque de rideaux de courtoisie dans le couloir qui éviteraient les interactions avec les voisins.

Hosts were really responsive and the payment by cash on hand went smoothly. Payment is in cash. If you are exchanging for cash in MRU airport, best to ask them for the exact rates which they will quote you based on MCB daily rates prior to arriving at One Bay. Invoice was sent via email. The place is clean and it has everything you need. Very spacious. Cleaning service was good too.

We couldn't really use the private jacuzzi upstairs since it wasn't heated and we were there in winter. Would be great if there were options for firm and soft pillows-the pillows provided were really soft.

Literally everything: location, private parking, pool, furniture, building private rooftop…

Everything was perfect. It is the most beautiful apartment I ever seen in this part of my lovely part of Indian ocean. Extremely clean, close to beach without the people. Free parking, wash machine, dishes washer, microwave, oven. The perfect terrace. Management solved all the questions we had. To my pity they don’t want to sell it. 😀

We were married two weeks ago. I don’t like that my wife is the ideal. And the apartment to. What to wish more? 😀

Great little apartment. Everything provided, including a washing machine/dryer. Natacha and Anais did a great job keeping the place clean and made sure we were comfortable. Overall, the facilities need maintenance, especially around the pool area. But for the amount we paid, we were very happy overall.

Property was spotlessly clean. Checking with Natasha was so smooth. Lovely apartment. Rooftop with pool was excellent. Highly recommend

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at One Bay and it's beautiful only laking some maintenance but don't let that put you off.

Apartment is great. Very large with everything you need. Good location, walkable to supermarket, restaurants and bars. On site parking very convenient. Apartment was spotlessly cleaned and overall well maintained.

The common areas of the apartment around the main pool are a bit of a disaster. The timber decking has all rotted and is collapsing. Not suitable for small children as it is quite dangerous. The outdoor furniture has also deteriorated and is in very poor condition.

The view from the rooftops were amazing ! Very clean and modern apartment and amazing location! Definitely value for money. 10/10

Only thing was the dip in pool wasn’t heated

The apartment was exactly as shown on the pictures. We had a really great stay in Pereybere. It would be a nice feature if the dip-in-pool would be heated - so you could also use it in the evening when it's dark. But summed up it was a really nice stay!

A little noisy at times as it is right next to the main road and the jets in the hot tub were not working.

The location was great, close to a lot of public beaches and restaurants. There is a very big supermarket a short walk from there. The kitchen was extremely well equipped.

The linens and towels were not very clean (If I ever go there again, I will take my own) and overall the apartment was nice but was not very well kept.

Spacious appartment with lot’s of light. Large private rooftop is a great bonus.

It was exactly as described in the pictures, very comfortable and well decorated and very well located. Really loved the rooftop!

Nothing to say here except maybe we did not see the security guard most of the time. However we felt quite safe most of the time, so no issues here.
