Clean and spacious. This apartment offers the same level of comfort of a 4* plus hotel. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a supermarket just nearby. The public beach is at walking distance. My family and I felt very safe residing in this apartment. I will surely book again next time...

J’ai passé trois semaines très agréables dans cet appartement. Il est confortable, bien équipé et on s’y sent vraiment bien. Le ménage quotidien est un vrai plus, tout comme le parking dédié, très pratique. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir !

Apt. in need of major updates, plus an updated review that tells guests what this place is actually like. Both the pictures and reviews are OLD! Booking. Com needs to know that the place advertised is not what you get. I am truly disappointed. This is false advertising! 1. This was by far, our worst stay in all of Mauritius, two full years in a row. Doesn’t matter the price class. 2. You will get a message a few days before your stay “reminding”’you that payment is due in full and in cash upon arrival. When you ask when this is mentioned, you will be told “in the apartment policies” in the confirmation booking. If you are like me, you’ve entered your credit card details and may even booked a non-refundable stay, so you cannot cancel, but it’s also too late to find something else. You are stuck. 3. There is a pool. But it’s not private and the deck has massive holes in it that make it unsafe. It’s not at all like advertised in the pictures and is under repair so much that I didn’t dare take children out. 4. There is a small “jacuzzi,” which is for use only for the apt, but by no means private (eg everyone sees it). It looks like a jacuzzi, is advertised as a pool, and it is not warm at all. You will very likely not use it. It was far too cold to sit in, and never had sun (July), so we wasted that money on a hope that we would have a place to extend our day into evening outside. 5. Yes, there is a tv. There is 1 channel. To get YouTube working, it will take ca 19 hours from when you write your the host until you get a response. The people who come tell you there is only 1 channel in French. Technically, there is Netflix, but you need to use your own login from your home to access. Otherwise: 1 channel. Nothing else. 6. There is a kitchen, but it’s not even the basics. 4 small pots and 1 lid. A stove that is quite slow to warm. 7. The noise! You will hear everything. The cars on the street. The cars driving into the parking garage below at all hours of the day.

Calm and quiet surroundings. Comfortable house with all the amenities. Convenience store at walking distance.

Location far away from most attractions

A spacious apartment with a dipping pool which the kids loved. Great location, close to the supermarket and beach. We also rented a car so it was really handy to have free parking. Staff were really accommodating with late check in & check out.

The noise (only bothered us in the evening and first thing in the morning as it was waking us up) - scraping of chairs and banging from upstairs, people talking loudly outside the room as it's next to the door to go out to the pool, cars going over the rattly ramps in the adjacent apartment.

Space , location close to beach and shops , pool is nice and big. Has a lift plus it Aircon’s in rooms , has a good tv and some games as well good kitchen for home cooked meals l. Staff is nice they very helpful and respond fast no issues. Fresh bedding and towels every two days. Plus clean everyday.

Need a aircon in the lounge get so hot, also a gas stove for cyclone season and at least jojo tank for water issue in Perebere but it does have a generator that allow u to use microwave tv and wifi few light which is ok.

The security was good

The towels was horrible colour, it could be nicer as the apartment is very expensive ,you need to make people feel welcome and good towels make someone feel good.

Very quiet and comfortable apartment, conveniently located near the beach and other facilities. The hostess, Bushrah and her team, were most helpful and professional.

Everything was nice and clean, we enjoyed our time in the residence! Rental car is a must of u wanna go our exploring different restaurants and beaches.

Big and well equipped apartment, with a lovely outside pool for guests.

Bad cleaning, did not change sheets when requested, even though there is a sign informing about changing bedsheets, in the bathrooms. We slept 1 night without cleaned sheets. The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned upon arrival as well. Payment only with cash (make sure to have the correct amount, they don’t have changes).
