abbiamo avuto delle difficoltà per accedere ad uno dei due appartamenti prenotati. C'era un app collegata ad una serratura che permetteva la prima apertura della porta. Purtroppo la serratura era scarica e per oltre un'ora non siamo riusciti ad entrare.

Tiedusteluun mahdollisuudesta kirjautua aiemmin sisään en saanut vastausta mutta parkkipaikkaa tarjottiin. Vaikutti automaatin vastaukselta. Roskiksia en löytänyt 'ulko-ovelta vasempaan' (sisältä ulos tullessa oletin) mutta ei onneksi ollut paljon roskia.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Hyvä sijainti juna-aseman lähellä ja erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde talvisesongin ulkopuolella. Selkeät ohjeet sisään- ja uloskirjautumiseen hyvissä ajoin.
Viereinen rakennustyömaa vaikeutti kulkua asunnolle ja aiheutti melua jo aikaisin aamulla, mutta tämä ei tietenkään ole asunnon omistajan syytä. Kunnon pimennysverhot olisivat kesäkaudella mukava lisä.

Pysäköintipaikan kanssa haaste, kun viesteihin vastamisessa viikonlopun mittainen viive ja saimme pysäköinnin käyttöön vasta reissun loppupäiville. Läheisen juna-aseman maksullinen parkki oli myös täynnä. Huonetta ei oltu siivottu kunnolla tullessamme, mm. pöytäpinnat, lattiat, wc.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Mieszkanie w bardzo korzystnej lokalizacji. Wnętrze bardzo czyste, Bardzo fajna łazienka, aneks kuchenny, lodówka z zamrażarką, kuchenka mikrofalowa. Duży Tv z wi-fi, bez problemy można sobie zainstalować własne aplikacje np. Netfix i oglądać po Polsku. Z mieszkanie ok 300 m do dworca kolejowego na którym znajduje się wypożyczalnia samochodów. Dworzec autobusowy naprzeciw dworca kolejowego. Do sklepów bardzo blisko. W sklepach ogromna ilość produktów gotowych mogących zaspokoić wszelakie gusta. Dodatkowo w sklepach bary sałatkowe samoobsługowe można mieszać do woli każde wymaganie każdy gust. Do wioski Świętego Mikołaja ok 6km. W wiosce znajduje się znacznik pola arktycznego. Doskonała baza wypadowa do Arktyki. Kto chce zobaczyć renifery chodzące stadami leniwie środkiem drogi. W okresie letnim dzień polarny (słońce nie zachodzi) kto nie ma problemu ze spaniem w dzień. Można zjeść zasnąć o dowolnej porze bez obaw że zastanie nas noc i kontynuować dalszą swoją działalność bo jest widno. Cudowne miejsce. Firma pisze o ograniczonej możliwości parkowania i to jest prawda. Finowie są lekko zakręceni pod tym względem ale takie mają zwyczaje które trzeba uszanować.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Das Apartment war perfekt. Geräumig, gut ausgestattet, schönes Schlafzimmer mit Balkon. Besonders die Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine und eigener Sauna! war hervorragend. Nah am Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Unkomplizierter Check-In. Ruhiges Haus.
Es gab leider nur Weingläser, keine Trinkgläser.

It has a huge balcony to chill at + everything was very modern, simple and convinient - the simplicity of running the sauna actually blew my mind a bit. We even got a slight glimpse of an aurora straight from the balcony though it’s light polluted a bit there.

Makuuhuonetta ei voinut pimentää, koska kaihdin rikki. Ilmeisesti sen korjaaminen on mahdotonta, koska ollut rikki jo pitkään. Voisiko hankkia huoneeseen pimennysverhot, eivät maksa kovin paljon. Lomalla ei välttämättä haluaisi herätä auringonnousun aikaan.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026It was really nice. In cleanliness, attention from the owner and everything else was exactly what we had expected. The location was perfectly close to the train station. Would surely recommend it and repeat. The price was the best.
The only possible thing to improve could be fixing the blinds in the windows for better light isolation in the morning. And one has to take into account that either you have a rented car or else one has to walk 30 minutes approximately to get to the center (but only 1h to the skiing place though). But really good anyways.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Der Bahnhof ist nur einige Gehminuten entfernt, genauso wie der nächste Supermarkt. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar - insgesamt also eine sehr gute Lage. Vorab haben wir Informationen rund um unseren Aufenthalt und mögliche Touren erhalten. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet. In der Küche ist Kaffee und Tee frei vorhanden.
Auch wenn die Küche insgesamt gut eingerichtet ist, fehlen hier und da ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Beispielsweise ein Schneidebrett, Backpapier oder ein scharfes Messer. Wir sind dennoch gut zurecht gekommen.

Poderia ter um tapete no banheiro para quando sair do banho.

Es war dreckig, sehr oberflächig gereinigt. Haare im Bett, Kühlschrank, auf dem Boden. Geräte waren benutzt und ungereinigt. Im Bad überall Kalkspuren. Die Oberflächen der Schränken mit Gebrauchsspuren und es lag viel Staub herum. Zum Nachreinigen wurde lediglich ein Lappen genutzt.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026El alojamiento es perfecto para dos personas, tiene todo lo necesario para el día a día. Está a 3 minutos de la estación de tren, los principales autobuses también hacen parada en la estación de tren. La entrada al edificio se hace por código y la puerta del apartamento dispone de una caja con código en las que puedes recoger las llaves. El edificio es muy tranquilo.
Está un poco alejado del centro, andando unos 15-20 minutos por lo que si los horarios no te coinciden bien para el uso del autobús tienes que recurrir a taxi/uber o ir andando.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026Einfaches Kleinappartment mit Küche Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer in einem. Mikrowelle, Herd, Wasserkocher Toaster, Besteck, Topf und Pfanne, Geschirr, alles da. Guter Eingangbereich mit ausreichend Platz für die ganzen Winterkleidungsschichten. Lage super direkt am Bahnhof, kaum 15 min in die Innenstadt zu Fuß, Busbahnhof 5 min (falls man einen Bus braucht, der nicht am Bahnhof auf der anderen Straßenseite hält), Supermarkt 5 Min (Pizzeria usw alles da). Bus no 8 hält dort (Santa Klaus Ausflug) oder den Santa Express nehmen ab Busbahnhof, (kostet aber mehr). Die von uns gebuchte Agentur für einen Ausflug lag auch in bequemer Gehweite. Autovemietung am Bahnhof. Achtung Stellplätze kosten extra beim Appartment. Kommunikation mit Vermieter top. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen.
Die Funktion der Ablufthaube über dem Herd, da hätte ich mir eine Erklärung gewünscht, da damit plötzlich ohne Vorwarnung das ganze Appartment gelüftet wird. Muss man erst mal kapieren😅 Eine kurze Erklärung was bei der Mülltrennung wohin gehört hätten wir persönlich auch noch schick gefunden. Wir haben es aber glaube ich so kapiert.

We seen the northern lights throught the apartment window. Theres 3 sled in the balcony but two are cracked. The owner allowed us to check in early. Apartment is 15minutes walk to the city center. Bus staion to Santa Claus village and airport are 5minutes walk, ounasvaaran nakaalatorni/observation tower is 47minutes walk or £8 by bolt taxi. We saw the northern lights on our walk to city center, keep looking up if the sky is clear. Theres Supermarket nearby.
No long mirror, my daughters bed is not done. They shouldve atleast put cover on the duvet and pillow. The glass panels on balcony shouldve been cleaned. You cant see through it, all the neighbors are cleaned so why cant they clean theirs specially if you are renting it out at very high price.

Water kettle was badly burnt inside, towels and pillowcases for 3rd n 4th guest smelt strange. Maybe some guests had sneaked to use them n folded them back to cupboard or it was not washed well (housekeeping issues). Minor water drainage problems we reported to host.
