Душ!!!!! Точнее его отсутствие. Душ перед сауной это не тоже самое что отдельный душ Вход возможен был через несколько дверей и ни одна дверь не закрывалась на замок. Нам приходилось предупреждать всех членов семьи о том что кто то идет в душ и не стоит заходить. Отсутствовали замки на всех дверях Нет большой кастрюли и мало сковородок Дом рассчитан на большое количество людей и для приготовления пищи хотелось бы посуду больших размеров. Но это лишь наше мнение.

Está a 30 min en coche del centro; require vehículo de alquiler - Taxi para desplazarse; NO tiene supermercados o tiendas cerca; zona residencial.

It can be added som little amenities into the kitchen like tea, coffee, sugar,st etc. It is meaningless to but a big size salt sugar for few days.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026The property had everything you would want. We liked the sauna and the fireplace in particular. I liked that everything was within a 10min drive (Rovaniemi, large supermarket, Santa's village), but still in a quiet location.
Just small details such as a few flickering lights, tons of light switches that you have to kind of figure out, etc.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Es ist liebevoll, praktisch und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist groß, hochwertig und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Es gibt ein großes und schönes Wohnzimmer und drei Schlafzimmer. Die Sauna ist super und großzügig. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Danke, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026Casa molto bella, spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort (macchina del caffè, bollitore, lavatrice e lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, forno e microonde). Le finestrone presenti in salotto e in una delle tre camere garantiscono una vista spettacolare verso il giardino esterno e il fiume. Molto silenziosa. Ci torneremo!!
Abbiamo trovato alcuni capelli sulle lenzuola. L’ambiente dove si trovano le docce e la sauna ha una porta che da’ verso l’esterno da cui entrano spifferi di aria fredda.

Toilet seat was broken in one of the toilets so unable to use. The showers were barely warm - not hot enough temperatures and the showers are open and connected to the sauna which is fine but for those who prefer a full bathroom may not like.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026The house was even nicer than in the photos. It’s in a peaceful, quiet spot with an amazing river view — morning walks by the river were a perfect start to the day. The sauna opening to the garden (with a sky view) and the fireplace made us wish we stayed longer, and the home was very well equipped for a longer stay.
We had some minor issues with the doors locking from the inside. Also, there are many drawers, so finding things like cutlery took a bit of time at first. Nothing major, but a small improvement in labeling/organization would help.

La vista inmejorable, excelente chimenea, sauna, cocina, la acomodación perfecta, alquilamos carro así que no hubo problema y estábamos a 15 min de la villa de Santa Claus, nos dejaron hacer check in temprano porque el tren llegó a las 7:20 am y estábamos llenos de maletas, todo fue perfecto! Siempre recordaremos este alojamiento!

The owner has thought of every little detail and there are plenty of utensils and amenities in the property. The sauna was a lovely added bonus as was the underfloor heating and log burner. Beds were really comfortable and the view to the lake was lovely to wake up to each morning. Plenty of sledges and a little park for the children in a lovely quite safe area.

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025Beautiful location, serene but still good driving distance to attractions. We had a car I’m not sure how easy taxi would be as we didn’t use it.
My only negative was the bedding it was creased and very rough so that did compromise the comfort. However that was my only one negative. I would have liked to see some tea or coffee available.

Terrific location… 5/10 mins from the airport, supermarket, Santa village, city centre etc. Luxurious, pristine and something for everyone. We traveled as a group of 10 and had both young and old. The kids were spoiled with swings, slides and Sleds for the huge garden area. The adults enjoyed the picturesque views, the sauna and the serenity of the place. We viewed the Aurora clearly from the garden on two nights. We met Milia who couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Every detail has been thought of in this accomodation. If you are looking for a place to relax unwind after a busy day of activities, this place is a must 😊. Thank you, we will definitely be back Marita.
