Absolutely beautiful location. The property was spotless, well appointed and immaculate. The host is extremely helpful and gave us great tips on where to visit. Nothing was too much trouble.

We had a very pleasant and memorable stay. I especially liked the location, which is in a quieter eastern part of Stockholm and slightly away from the busy city centre. It felt peaceful and relaxing, while still being well connected by public transport. The large windows made the apartment feel bright and welcoming, which added a lot to the comfort of our stay. One particularly lovely detail was the wildlife around the property — on several occasions we were visited by a small family of deer in the yard, which made the setting feel even more special. Our host, Nikos, was very friendly and hospitable. He gave us very useful information about local bus connections and was always helpful in answering our questions about the area and our visit. The apartment was a great base for exploring both Stockholm and the surrounding areas, and we would happily stay here again.

The sofa bed showed some signs of wear, but this was a very minor issue and did not have any real impact on our stay.

La qualité du logement avec sa grande terrasse et tout le mobilier de jardin, l'accueil de Nikos, tous ses conseils qui nous ont été très utiles et sa bienveillance.

Peut être le fait d'entendre un peu la route quand on est dans le jardin, pour nous qui vivons à la campagne ....mais aucune nuisance visuelle ni vis à vis. Et absolument aucun bruit à l'intérieur.

If I could give this place 11/10, I definitely would! 😊 We absolutely loved our stay at Nikos' house. The house is located a little outside central Stockholm, in a beautiful, peaceful and very green area. There is a bus stop only about a two-minute walk away, with an easy connection to the city centre, so getting around was no problem at all. The house itself has a wonderful atmosphere and is surrounded by trees, bushes and greenery. With its large glass windows, it feels very close to nature while still being modern, comfortable and beautifully furnished in a Scandinavian style. Everything was very clean and the house had everything we needed. There was even a small pool in the garden, which we hadn’t expected at all, and Nikos kindly told us that we were welcome to use it. What made our stay even more special was the hospitality. We arrived at around 7 pm on our first evening, and Nikos even offered to drive us to a supermarket so we could buy some essentials. He was very friendly and communicative throughout our stay and always responded very quickly whenever we had a question. Stockholm completely charmed us, and staying in this beautiful, peaceful neighbourhood made the experience even better. We genuinely loved the house, the surroundings and the whole atmosphere. We would happily stay here again and can absolutely recommend it!

Nikos is a wonderful host who went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay in his apartment. He also kindly guided us on how to use public transportation and recommended places to visit in Stockholm. We highly recommend staying here. Although it’s a little far from the city center, the free parking and nearby bus stop make getting around very convenient. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed.

Prachtig appartement, mooi schoon, in het echt nog mooier dan op de fotos. Groot terras erbij, vrij uitzicht, gebruik van zwembad, bushalte naar de stad op 50 m. Als je geluk hebt zie je savonds nog reeën in de tuin. 30 min vanuit het centrum met de bus.

De badkamer is erg klein.

Nicos is an incredibly kind, smiling, and helpful host who makes you feel very welcome. The property is situated in a wonderfully quiet location, surrounded by beautiful nature. Our room featured huge windows overlooking a pool and was romantically decorated and comfortable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay!

We loved the location of the house. It is situated in a truly beautiful area, with a lovely beach only about five minutes away by car. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful, and the whole place has such a relaxing vacation vibe. With the palm trees and swimming pool, it felt more like being in a sunny holiday destination. The house was clean and very comfortable for the three of us. Nico also helped us with some useful tips about the city and nearby shops. I would love to come back next time, as this experience exceeded our expectations!

Hyvällä maulla sisustettu aivan uusi kiva majoitus! Isäntä oli uskomattoman avulias ja mukava. Hän käytti meitä jopa autollaan kaupassa tuloiltanamme! Tullaan seuraavankin kerran Nikolle kun tulemme Tukholmaan.

What a beautiful location. We enjoyed very much to stay there. The bus station is closed to the accomodation and we decided to use public transportation for sightseeing in Stockholm instead of a car. You can also sit outside in confortable chairs with big table. The tv screen is huge and we watched some movies.

Im Bus keine Möglichkeit, Tickets zu kaufen. Über die App nur mit Visa möglich, Tickets zu kaufen. Ich habe keine Visa. Das finde ich nicht toll. Trotzdem war der Busfahrer nett, dass wir mitfahren durften und in einer Verkaufsstelle für 7 Tage ein Ticket kaufen konnten.

Een schoon appartement met een vriendelijke eigenaar. Hij gaf ons veel informatie, met name over het gebruik van het openbaar vervoer. Dat was heel handig. Het bed lag goed en de slaapkamer was lekker rustig. Een prima verblijf voor in de stad en voor de prijs.

De straat zorgde voor veel geluid. Als de deuren naar buiten dicht waren hoorde je het niet.

Die Lage, die Wohnung, die Sauberkeit und der Pool mit der ganzen Area sowie die freundlichen Vermieter.

Sandwichmaker war nicht mehr zu gebrauchen, alles ist darin festgeklebt. Leider kein Backofen vorhanden. Aber wir hoffen darauf das ein Air Fryer gekauft wird, dann hat man viele Möglichkeiten Essen zuzubereiten. Wir freuen uns bei unserem nächsten Besuch schon darauf.

Sehr sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und sofort erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist von der Stadt aus mit Bus sehr gut erreichbar. Wir waren rundherum sehr zufrieden.

Der Vermieter Niko war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns direkt alles gezeigt und uns nützliche Tipps bzgl. Bus gegeben - und bei Fragen war er jederzeit erreichbar. Den Pool durfte nach Belieben benutzt werden. Ich hatte sehr starke Rückschmerzen, hier hat er mich mit Tabletten versorgt und uns dann auch die Adresse von einer Notfall-Station gegeben - VIELEN DANK

The road

The hosts were lovely to say the least, and very helpful and available when we needed assistance. Response time was prompt and while at the property, they were always there to provide the much needed information and and support. We felt welcome as they always met us with a smile. The apartment is beautiful and clean. There's sufficient heating for chilly evenings, and the huge french doors are perfect for a nice breeze on hot days. The neighbourhood is serene and optimal for relaxation, with nice walk paths and cycling lanes. We would definitely stay at Nikos again and would highly recommend his property.

It's a bit far from Stockholm Centrum but public transportation is readily available and the bus tickets were affordable. Also the bus stop is like 2 minutes from the apartment so it worked out well.

Guests were very nice, very close to mall and lekland.

Everything is perfect, the house is even more beautiful in person. Niko is a perfect host. Everything you could expect and much more. We woke up in the morning with a family of deer, incredible experience!! We’ll return to this house every time we’ll go back to Sweden. Thank you very much for all your support

This place was fantastic, very comfortable, cozy, cleans and felt brand new. Less than 2 minutes away from the public transport and the best wifi I've had in Europe. Niko was super helpful from the beginning and helped us get started in stockholm with good tips about how to move to and in the city.

It was a really cozy accommodation and the host was so friendly. Thanks a lot for offering such a nice spot. We really enjoyed that it was close to the nature but also close enough to the city to explore. Everything we needed was there.

The bathroom is a bit tiny but it is sufficient and modern.

We enjoyed our stay at Nikos. It is an excellent location for our visit, and close to the bus line too. Check-in and check-out was easy. And we appreciated Niko’s hospitality and fika! The unit was new, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was modern and well-stocked. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of closet and storage space for belongings.

The only disappointment was the bathroom. The small sink was useful for handwashing only, as the size and placement of the medicine cabinet prevented its use for other purposes like shaving. We suggest either relocating the cabinet or removing its lower shelf so the sink could be used for other purposes when the cabinet door is open. The shower is modern and clean but has no shelf for soap and shampoo. Its flow is so large that the floor drain cannot keep up; we suggest a valve or some means to be able to reduce the flow.

I liked the modern style Inside. It hade everything that we needed.

Owner is amazing, quite helpful, gave us some good advice about logistics and places to visit! All the basic needs were covered, so there were no need to buy something (except food, obviously). Terrace is amazing! I can only imagine how good it is during summer.

Shower is a bit small, but that has to be the only thing that slightly bothered us.
