Le wifi sinon rien

Room was good and spacious enough. Generally clean.Location is just on road but noisy through out night for that reason.

They not even supply a bottle of water. God knows why. Comode shower was missing. No hot water. They just open the door, take money and disappear. It's my opinion against my room. It looks faded and unattractive from out side but rooms interior bit better. Only fan and no AC or provided against extra cost. God knows what the policy is. Very noisy as it's situated jyst on road.

Bonjour j’ai bien aimé l’endroit pré de tous Super U, restaurant, des magasins, le marché de grand baie, les arrêts bus, l’appartement est propre le ménage est fais tous les jours, le personnel exceptionnel la femme de ménage adorable, gentille, aimable toujours avec le sourire l’accueil est superbe rien à dire, on reviendra dans cette appartement ses sure, je recommande fortement cette appartement 🥰

I like the environment

I was been disturb by the street boys knocking on my door at midnight..

on n'a pas pris de petit déjeuner pour la bonne raison qu'on était tout près du Super U. Dans ce supermarché on trouve de tout. On a aussi parlé avec la femme de ménage elle est très gentille ( petit coucou à Linda).

On n'a pas apprécié les escaliers, surtout mon épouse qui est en situation de handicap et qui a du mal à marcher et à monter les escaliers sinon dans l'ensemble ça va pas de problèmes pour les autres personnes. Peut-être devriez-vous mettre des rampes au niveau des escaliers. Une simple barre de fer suffirait.

Très content de mon séjour le ménage est fait tout les jours tout les personnel sont très gentils ++++++++++ Je reviendrai chez vous

El recepcionista era muy hablador

La ubicación no es la que sale en la reserva. Nos hicieron esperar 20 minutos para hacer el check in y luego nos llevaron a otra ubicacion

I know the place and what I like is its very central easy and close from.everything the staff was very kind and helpful the lady that clean the room is very nice

La situation était bien au centre

Accueil était nul quelqu’un qui se cache à la réception derrière les rideaux, aucun sourire, très mécontente le lit pour deux personnes trop petits porte d’entrée avec rideau. Lorsque vous allumez l’intérieur, les gens vous voient à l’intérieur.

Le logement, les équipements et le confort n'était pas au rendez-vous.. Le voisinage bruyant et irrespectueux... Pas insonorisé on entend tout... Pas d'eau chaude... Mauvaise odeur dans l'appartement

big room with fridge, cooking area. large communal balcony with tables and chairs. bathroom was large and had hot water. balcony was great too sit on and watch the street action.

balcony tables could of done with a wipe down. I was unused to the electric hot water system, so getting it going took a bit of effort. room could be a bit noisy at night, so switch the fan on to act as white noise.

It's next to the beach and super u.

- Room was spacious, clean - Big and clean bathroom

- They have a spare key to the room. Cleaning lady unlocked and entered my room without my permission or informing me. My stuff was out in the open and lying around, including some precious stones. Luckily I arrived soon after she entered. - Shower stand was broken. - Bathroom drainage wasn't working well, water would take long time to disappear.

The location is great.

The bed was uncomfortable. The light switch was safe. It's was broken. The check-in was difficult. Cause didn't inform the staff.

The room is very spacious with Kitchen,😍 dining,attached washroom. In best location next to Super U shopping centre. Very near to the beach. Access to the transportations, shops n currency exchanges..The lady who is taking care of the space, briefed well. 😊🙏🏼🙏🏼

The AC was too small for such a big room 😔. It takes more time to get cooled

No hot water for 2 days. Ants & mites so had to throw food away. Dark & dismal. Poor WiFi. Just horrible.

Got slightly hot - had to move the bed so it was in the direction of the fan- however there is AC but i was being tight and didn’t want to pay extra for the facilty

Aircorn not working properly,I couldn't switch the water off in the shower,they want you to pay cash so that they rip you off with the exhange rate

The location is great - 2 mins from Grand Baie coeur de ville (super U hypermarket, lucky strike, casino, kfc/steers/debonairs, etc); 5 mins from the beach and ATMs/banks/currency exchange; really close to different shops and restaurants. The best location in Grand Baie.

Everything else was a disaster. 1. No reception. Had to ask other guests where to ring. An old lady came out and looked confused. Who are the owners? Who work there? Who welcome guests? 2. The guesthouse is old and damaged. 3. AC not working, a few boring local TV channels, no kettle, refrigerator in bad condition, no soap/shower gel, no iron. 4. Not clean enough; ants everywhere. 5. It was too hot in the studio. 6. A lot of noise, especially from the factory next to the studio. 7. No value for money.

The location was excellent. Close to Super U and the beach. Host was kind and accommodating.

Air condition came at a separate price, and there was no wifi in the apartment. No soap in the bathroom.

The place has a bit of ran down look. It could benefit from a tiny bit of a renovation.

The location was perfect. Right in the centre of Grand Baie.

When we arrived the rooms were not ready although we were there at check in time. The previous residents were still there and we had to wait for almost an hour and a half. There was no soap in the bathrooms. The bathroom towels really need to be replaced. No plates in the kitchen.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. When I booked the room, the property was listed as having aircon, wifi, and the option of having 2 single beds or one double bed. I picked the 2 single beds option and received a confirmation message saying that this option had been accepted and also, specifically, at no extra charge. When we arrived and paid (only cash was accepted) however, we were met with a shabby room, an old double bed, a mattress on the floor (the "sofa bed" option maybe), and no aircon. When I queried this with the manager/ owner, she was extremely rude and demanded extra money for each "extra" option- i.e for aircon & single bed, which as per the booking.com description, should have been included in the booking. I said I was happy to leave but she refused to refund our money and we were forced to stay there overnight as we had no other option. In addition, we discovered that the wifi was so slow as to be unusable, the window in the bedroom could not be closed and was letting in constant cooking/ frying smells from the fast food/ restaurant next door (as well as mosquitoes), there were dustballs on the floor, and the "balcony" gave onto the back of the shopping centre next door (so was pretty much unusable). We left as early as we could the next day. After we left, the owner/ manager cancelled my booking so that I would not be able to leave a review.

TV kept breaking

- Super clean (hats off to the cleaning lady) - Great location - near the beach, restaurants, Super U, the bus stop and even near a dive center - the staff was helpful - the apartments are comfortable and spacious Overall good experience, I would recommend it

- there is a reception at the residence but there is never anybody there. Discussions have to be done sometimes with the cleaning lady or via whatsapp/booking.com etc. Which is a bit annoying when you are in a hurry and want only to speak to one person and sort things out quickly - in the room I had booked, there is was no hot water for 2 days, the stove wasn't initially working, the wifi coverage was very poor. After complaining to the staff they nicely gave me another room which was better - the fridge makes noise at night and the springs of the bed make the sleep uncomfortable. - the street would wake up early in the morning so it adds up to the noise. Personally, I am used to sleep with ear plugs, so this hasn't disturbed me that much

Room location was a challenge due to the number of stairs to climb as my husband is a partial amputee.

We did not get the appartment we had paid for and instead got a studio. The studio was smaller and for only 3 persons while we were a group of 4 persons. The staff was very rude and not willing to help at all.

A spatious apartment, clean, very close to the beach and bus stop.

It's close to the street where it gets noisy during the evening/night. But that's the price for the location in Grand Baie.
