Alles was fantastisch, locatie,giga appartement met prachtig uitzicht, fantastisch zwembad met mooie uitkijk, dicht bij supermarkt,restaurants etc. Het strand was wel ff stukje met de auto maar was prachtig

Staff are very kind and helpful- big thanks to Stephanie and Diksha for their support. Upstairs room is gorgeous and spacious with double balconies. Swimming pool is safe and sufficient for kids. Apartment is airy and bright. Overall, loved the apartment.

It was not clear from the listing that it was a first floor apartment with a narrow set of stairs. Not suitable for people with mobility issues and to haul lots of luggages up. Stray dogs can be quite noisy. The view would be even more amazing if it was not obstructed by the trees- just chopping a few branches would really make a difference.

La maison est très spacieuse, et la vue sur la mer est tout simplement magnifique depuis le salon et l'une des chambres dotée d'une grande terrasse. La piscine, bien que petite, est très agréable et donne sur la mer aussi. Grand jardin, possibilité de garer la voiture, ménage effectué plusieurs fois ce qui est très appréciable, à distance de marche de supérettes et restaus, très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et retenons cette adresse pour notre prochaine venue.

Il y a pas mal de chiens errants aux alentours, qui heureusement ne nous ont pas dérangés par leurs aboiements la nuit, mais plutôt lors de nos déplacements à pied car certains semblaient agressifs. Du coup, en sortant de la maison, nous passions par un autre chemin pour les éviter.

L emplacement qui est moins touristique au cœur des mauriciens les restaurants à pieds il y en a pleins et très peu de monde donc même pas besoins de réserver. La vue de la villa sur le lagon exceptionnel. La gentillesse de Stéphanie

Le logement était très bien, conforme à la description, la vue est sympa. Pas mal de restaurants à proximité à pieds. Blue baie et la pointe d’accès à 5min en voiture. Aéroport à même pas 15min. Literie confortable. Hôte réactif, et Stéphanie qui s’occupe de la remise des clés aussi. La piscine est agréable en fin de journée. Idéal en famille ou en groupe d’amis la maison est spacieuse et tout le nécessaire à disposition. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Rien pour le logement. Il était très bien. Le quartier peut manquer d’éclairage le soir pour rentrer à pieds du restaurant. Conseil: Il est recommandé d’avoir une voiture pour les plages alentours car pas vraiment de trottoir pour y aller à pieds. Ça circule bien en voiture :) Ce n’est pas vraiment le logement, mais il y a beaucoup de chiens dans le quartier qui aboient toute la nuit: ne pas oublier les boules quies. Le week-end il peut y avoir des soirées sur la petite jetée à côté. Il y a des travaux à côté mais si on vit à l’heure mauricienne cela n’est pas gênant du tout !

Séphanie is a very nice host. The place is in a cosy surrounding with bars,restaurants,street food and a supermarket all in walking distance.

Clean,organised, well located to all facilities, a hidden Gem.

Lovely spacious villa, 3 bedrooms, aircon throughout that worked pretty well, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) and a couple of terraces, one at the top overlooking the bay and another more sheltered adjacent to the lounge Really nice view at the front and the property was well equipped and in a traditional décor throughout. We were met by Stephanie who showed us around, gave us the keys and ran us through the alarm instructions. The kitchen seemed well equipped with plenty of utensils and crockery, although we only used the microwave (I don't go only holiday to cook) and similarly the pool looked pretty decent, although again it wasn't used. TV worked fine but sadly Mauritian TV leaves a bit to be desired. There as also a working gas BBQ, but again we didn't use it.

Only a few minor niggles. Firstly it was a bit noisy at times as there is a construction site behind the place and they are at the breeze-block stage so angle grinders go off at regular intervals. Secondly, and nothing to do with the property, every surrounding place seems to have its own dog and each time anyone walks past, the resident dog starts barking, followed by the next and the next. It can be a bit wearing especially in the evening. Lastly, there is a propensity for locals to meet at the adjacent slipway to have beer drinking parties, normally off the bonnet of a car. . One last thing; the ensuite shower upstairs was unusable, as the holding bracket was sheared & there was no shower curtain. We did report it but nothing was done, and we coped with one shower anyway. As I say just minor niggles and apart from that, no real complaints

We absolutely loved the place. Great Location. Stunning views. Either the reviews given early were when the place was not renovated or just plain old reviews. The place is neat and the host sends someone to clean the house every day. The pool was clean as well. It's a 10 min walk to the market and water front. And a 10 min bus ride to Blue Bay. Since this is on the residential side of Mahebourg restaurants and cafe shut by 6 pm. However we did get food as late as 10.30 pm in a few local joints. The linens and towels are very clean and smell of fresh laundry. They have a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils. It is possible that during summer the house might heat up as there is no fan for air circulation. However there is an AC in every room including the drawing room. And the windows if opened will give good air circulation.

Nothing. This place is very good. However the host can definitely get some contacts for a taxi, car or bike rental. If they also put up a list of things to do around or would be cherry on cake. I have one more observation for any one booking this place (although nothing for the host) but since this place is located in the residential area you will have a local government official coming to visit you and will insist on getting a Malaria test. Since we were caught off guard and did not anticipate the government person forcing is to take the test it was a bit of sour moment. I guess the host can probably write this in the bio and let people know of the local requirements. But again don't let this influence your decision. It's a great place.

Very comfortable place to stay. It has all the necessary equipment and a lot of space. There's some restaurants and supermarket nearby, also it is quite close to the Waterfront with amazing view on the bay. I loved the view, multiple terraces and private swimming pool. Hosts are very nice and helpful :)

All facilities were good in the house, except the geyser that was disappointing. The location was excellent

Having to take a cold shower daily for 10 days due to the solar system..there is no alternative available. Unfortunately the weather was overcast and / rainy for 10 days ( 22 June to 02 July 2024)

A very nice, clean and big apartment with the best view you can imagine. We loved the place and were sad that we didn't had more time there to relax in the pool and on one of the three (!!!) terraces. All in all an awesome place that looks like new or very well maintained. Thanks for having us!

Maybe some sun protection for the terraces upstairs would be nice. The internet was pretty slow and you have no or a very weak signal in most of the bedrooms but that wasn't a big deal for us. We had some trouble to finde the apartment as there are no house numbers in the street. Maybe a small drawing on a map would help. :)
