Booked 20 minutes before arrival. The accommodation answered the phone promptly and were waiting to welcome us. Secure parking and a clean room with comfy bed. The shower was not great but functional. Thank you!

Whatvai hated most is that I got lost and ended up paying more money by R280 for Ubbersonce the location is reflected incorrectly on the web or Uber. There is one address which took me to the wrong location and had to call them to find out their real location. Only to find that they are located 15 km from where I was which made me pay so much money that I did not budget for also I did nor have time to travel such along distance cause I thought will locate myself near the bus station since would travel the following morning. I will never use this place again

hi stopped in front of your gate at 08h10 on Monday morning. I called the 066 number and the person who answered was so unfriendly and rude that i decided to go book in at another venue around the corner. All i wanted to ask, was if could leave my luggage their and come back at 2pm as i used a taxi. The person replied " Who are you without greeting. I said i just have a question and if i can leave my bags their until checkin time. "NO" he said. Come 2 pm and drop my call. I was at conference with 1200 people and i mentioned your company name to everybody. I paid again at the other place and what a pleasant stay i had with friendly people and they even washed my hired car before i left for the airport on friday. Shame on your staff.

Linen is old not that clean, when yu come in to the room there is no fresh smelling, and also once yu take a shower yu struggle to go to the Bathroom coz it’s all wet the water from the shower goes everywhere. On top of that there’s no fresh either from the Bathroom

I felt comfortable and it was quite.

The shower was too good but in a small area so it was difficult to have a proper shower and the sliding door was but harsh when you want to go out or in.

Sliding door at the back couldnt work. The Shower was mountated in the ceiling and could not adjust it.

The host was really nice. The location was perfect for the purpose.

The shower still has no curtains, the whole place floods. The room was hot, although they provide a fan but it still needs proper ventilation.

I liked that it had everything we needed and that it was neat, the sheets did smell a little funny but I had my own. The last who is on the property is very helpful.

The fact that the walls were very thin, we could hear everything that was happening in the next room which was very awkward. We could also hear if someone was running water and maybe ask the people to be more considerate of the other guests. The toilet seat also came off with nothing to cover the top, no placement for soap or toilet roll.

The Guest house needs to do maintenance to all doors. Front door, back door and bathroom.

We got the room we wanted and it was neat. It had most of the things we needed.

The room is very hot and there was no fan. There was also no iron.

Will definitely stay again. Bed and bedding was beyond comfortable. Shower was nice and soothing with high water pressure. Room had a Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube which was more than I would have expected in this price range. Also had a small shallow pool outside which would have been amazing if the weather had favoured us. Staff were also really helpful.

My only real complaint would be that the rooms probably need to be ventilated and exterminated for small bugs and ants. When we got up in the morning, we noticed a few surprises in our food and bags so maybe just come prepared in case. Also think the showers could do with a little step or ledge to stop the water from soaking the bathroom floor.

Hello Arnold, I want to quickly express my gratitude for your kindness since we began communicating. Thankfully, that has been the only positive aspect of my experience staying in the apartment we originally booked for last night and tonight. However, we have now had to move to a hotel because the accommodation has several issues. To start with, the bathroom door is broken. We couldn’t use the kitchen at all due to cockroaches, since we couldn’t open any windows—there were too many flies entering. The bathroom was unusable because the shower head was above, and unfortunately, there was no a female with my length hair cam shower as such. As media professionals who are often on the move, we rely on certain basic facilities, but the bathroom lacked a window and mirror, and there was no proper ventilation. The toilet paper was made of e extremely poor quality. Furthermore, the kitchen was not properly equipped—there were no wine glasses, no scissors, and the cutlery was incomplete. We had to borrow these items from someone else. This has been the worst accommodation experience of my life during my travels national and internationally, As an influencer who has traveled worldwide, I am accustomed to beautiful places to stay, but this apartment was disappointing. Despite your kindness in communication, the heat, presence of cockroaches, and deteriorating furniture made the stay unbearable. Opening the windows offered no relief because of the poor ventilation. I will not be leaving a positive review on Booking.com because the conditions were far below acceptable standards. I kindly suggest you upgrade the facilities, including the building itself and the swimming pool, which appears neglected with stagnant water running through it. It was, without exaggeration, a terrible experience. I hope you have other accommodation options available, and I appreciate your efforts to assist me.

The lock on the front door is somewhat faulty. Would suggest having lock boxes installed for picking up of keys instead of hiding them in unsecure places.

It was exceptionally clean! Good value for money. Arnold made me feel welcome and safe and was available at all times. The homehelp was friendly too.

The entire bathroom door needs an upgrade. The slider wheels are jamming in the rust. People have dumped heavy suitcases ontop of the dressing table and the cane top has bowed creating a dangerous gap between the top and the glass. The legs of this dressing mirror are splayed . It's an accident waiting to happen.

Please could the small kitchen and bathroom windows have little cheap PVC blinds to block out the neighbours security spotlight?

Cockroaches everywhere, moans of people doing adult activities and we were asked to keep it down when we played music to avoid hearing the moans. The pool was dirty, we were told towels were wet when we requested them last night. Hostes was not nice...Bad experience!

The room design would have been nice, if cleanliness was prioritized.
