Paul was a wonderful host, great hospitality with regular check-ins and recommendations. We loved the little thoughtful touches upon arrival especially the butter eggs and water. An easy 200m walk to beautiful Beau Vallon Beach. Our apartment was sparkling clean, well-equipped with full kitchen, and washing machine. Spacious gardens with lovely outlook and parking. Definitely recommend this property, wished we could have stayed longer and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

2 min from the beach and its infrastructure. Cozy, neat and safe. Timely and unobtrusive service.

L’endroit est proche de tout, le propriétaire est très gentil et accueillant. Logement très bien équipé. Moderne et propre. Séjour agréable

La climatisation se trouve au plafond, juste au-dessus de la tête de lit. La nuit, c’est assez gênant, car l’air froid souffle directement sur la tête. De plus, la climatisation n’est pas assez puissante pour couvrir correctement l’ensemble de l’appartement, notamment la chambre, le salon et la cuisine. Tous les jours, il y a également une coupure de la climatisation entre 14 h et 15 h, ce qui fait qu’en rentrant de la plage, il fait assez chaud dans l’appartement. Pour le reste, tout est parfait !

Das "Flower Garden" lieget ca 5 min. fußläufig vom schönen Strand "Beau Vallon" entfernt. Unser Apartment mit voll ausgestatteter Küche war groß genug für uns drei und nicht weit vom nächsten Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle entfernt. An der nahen Strandpromenade gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, sich zu verpflegen. Paul war sehr hilfsbereit und hat unsere Transfers organisiert.

Appartamento ampio fornito di tutto a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e dai principali ristoranti e bar.Paul e' un host molto gentile e premuroso e ci ha permesso di fare il late check out il giorno della partenza avendo noi il volo la sera.

Ausstattung sehr gut: sogar mit Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage. Vermieter Paul war sehr nett und hilfsbereit - dabei nicht aufdringlich. Schöner Strand fussläufig 5 Minuten. Kleiner Balkon zum Raussetzen.

Stor lägenhet med balkong, tvättmaskin, vacker trädgård med blommor. Nära till allt, 2 min till havet, affärer, busshållplatser. Paul och Tina var otroligt hjälpsamma och det var inget problem de inte var villiga eller kunde lösa! Fantastiska värdar!

Vår balkong vette mot en parkeringsplats som verkade vara någon form av samlingsplats och där det gick ganska livligt till på kvällarna, där fanns också en sopstation. Det var dock inget större problem, och det kändes alltid tryggt i området. Under vår vistelse pågick också byggnadsarbete på andra sidan gatan och även detta mötte vår blick dagligen från balkongen.

We had a great stay. Great apartment, spacious, has everything : washing powder, cooking utensils, beach towels.

Paul és felesége nagyon kedvesek voltak, tényleg pár perc az egyik legszebb strand a Beau Vallon! Közelben kisbolt, éttermek, take away is! Az apartman nagyon jól felszerelt! Bármire szükségem volt, azt megtaláltam! Nagyon tiszta volt minden, gyönyörű kert! 🌴🌺🦇 Távozásuk napján este 6-ig térítésmentesen maradhatunk az apartmanban, amiért külön köszönet, mert meg tudtunk strandolni utána meg zuhanyozni!

L’appartement est très bien placé proche des restaurants et de la plage. Tres bel appartement et joli jardin avec des places où garer son véhicule. Très bon accueil des propriétaires avec de l’eau et quelques produits de base dans le frigo à l’arrivée top!

Very comfortable apartment. I think the photo needs to be replaced because in reality it's much better than in the photo. The air conditioning works well, the beds are comfortable, the bed linen is good, there's a washing machine and all the necessary utensils, and there's always hot water. Paul included a welcome pack: eggs, butter, jam, and drinks. Thank you! The beach is very close. My stay here was great.

The property is in a fantastic location close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and more. It had everything we needed for our stay, including beach towels, which we didn’t expect. Paul was very helpful and supported us with all the questions we had.

The grounds truly live up to their name – a Flower Garden. Parking is available. The location is close to the beach and promenade. A store and ATMs are nearby. The friendly owner is always ready to help.

There's a construction site across the street. It can be a bit noisy on weekdays, but that's temporary. In the evenings and at night, you might hear dogs barking. It didn't really bother us.

Замечательное расположение! Наше пребывание в этом доме было превосходным. Пол лично встретил нас по приезду, вручил ключи и все показал. Дом замечательный, все необходимое для проживания есть. Стиральная машинка, тостерница, соль, сахар, чай/кофе. Буквально в 3 минутах ходьбы замечательный пляж Beau Vallon Beach. На территории есть бесплатная парковка. У нас было тихо, дорогу машины не слышно. Для меня это очень важно. Пол всегда был на связи и быстро отвечал на все вопросы. Буквально за углом один из лучших итальянских ресторанов острова, рекомендую.

Хотелось бы добавить мыло, гель для душа и шампунь. Мы думали это все будет, но нам пришлось купить. И у барной стойки стулья на которых нельзя сидеть, они раскачиваются и очень неустойчивые. Приходилось обедать за низким столом и сидеть на диване. Это не очень удобно, но не критично.

Отличное место! Расположение в паре минут от моря, рядом много кафе и магазинов. Сами апартаменты очень просторные. Фактически 2 комнаты, спальня и Здесь есть все не обходимое для комфортного проживания : плита, посуда, микроволновка и стиральная машинка. Большая удобная кровать, просторно спали втроём с ребёнком. Хозяева очень дружелюбные. С радостью вернёмся ещё.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia di Beau Vallon e vari ristoranti in pochi minuti. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo prenotato i due appartamenti al piano terra essendo 2 famiglie e potuto mangiare tutti insieme sul terrazzino.

The accommodation is within walking distance of the bus stop and is set in a beautiful, quiet garden. The place is spacious and exceptionally well equipped — we felt as if we were in our own apartment. The staff repeatedly asked if they could arrange anything for us, and everything was truly perfect. I can highly recommend this place.

Шум со стройки по соседству, начинают работать в 5-6 утра и прощай, сон. Но это, конечно, не вина принимающей стороны.

Casita acogedora, cerca de la playa. Cocina, baño, salón y habitación, preparados con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable.

Por poner un perro, el aire acondicionado en la habitación daba en la zona de la cabeza. Pero cambiamos la posición de dormir y todo solucionado.

Minden nagyon jó volt. A házigazda nagyon kedves, segítőkész! A part nagyon közel van, a szállás tiszta, nagyon jól felszerelt. Nagyon ajánlom mindenkinek!!!

Tina is the best apartment owner, moreover, she helped a lot during the entire rental period. She was also very worried about how convenient it was for us, she suggested something. Well, as a culmination, she lent us 300 rupees for a taxi and helped us call it because the ordered transfer did not arrive. We are very grateful to this place and Tina separately. We really liked the beach and the apartments. At first, we thought it would be better to rent a hotel right on the beach, but we saw that the locals like to celebrate their weekends loudly on the beach, and the hotels often have loud music. Therefore, we believe that the apartments, which were 1-2 minutes away from the beach, were perfect.

Wow! je n'est que des félicitation, propreté, emplacement, prés de restaurant, plage, et mes Paul et Tina nous ont offert un poisson à faire cuire car nous avons fait la cuisine pour nos souper.

Fantastic location with exceptional facilities. Shops, restaurants and all facilities in walking distance. We will not stay anywhere else.

This apartment is in an amazing location, only less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, lots of shops and cafes around too. The owners are very helpful and are always there to answer any questions. Tina even helped me send a postcard on my last day in Mahe (a week after we had checked out) as it was a Sunday and I couldn't find a place to buy stamps, which was so nice of her! The apartment itself is very comfortable, spacious, and has ample parking space. Everything was great

Helpful host, nice location. I stayed for 3 nights amd would recommend staying here. Beau Vallon Beach is just 200 m walk. A few supermarkets just a couple of mins walk away. Although i rented car from Jetty, there is a car rental agency just outside the gate. Atoll divers - on the best scuba dive company has an office opposite to the gate. Apartment also very good. Comfortable bed and AC in bed room. It has a balcony as well.

What a wonderfull stay it was. The hosts were super friendly and nice. rooms were spacious and equipped with everything we needed. there's not a single thing we could complain about. I mean, It just felt like staying at some good friends place. Thank you Paul and Tina for your hospitality :)

Paul und seine Frau sind absolut freundliche Menschen, die einem den Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel gestalten und jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit sind. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es fehlt nichts. Die Lage ist zentral und fußläufig zum Strand, guten Takeaways und Supermärkten.

Etwas mehr Besteck und Teller, Tassen, Gläser wären noch hilfreich eventuell aber das ist nur ein geringer Makel.

We had a great holiday in Beau Vallon and Tina’s apartment was in a perfect location. She went over and above to help us and we particularly appreciated the late check out as our flight was at midnight. The apartment has everything you could need and is 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach.

We loved everything

Apartments are great: close to the beach, very cozy and well-kept territory, a lot of birds in the afternoon. A couple of take-aways just 1 minute away. Kitchen has everything, that you might need and even with a starter-pack (eggs, drinks, bread etc). And the last and not the least - great hosts, they are super welcoming and accommodating. Thank you very much for our stay!

The owners are amazing people and always ready to help ! The flat has everything you need and more and the location is perfect to catch the bus to north of the island or victoria. Highly recommend :)

Very good location with all things around 200-300 meters - shops, beach, restaurants. Host Tina was very responsive. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Parking is available.

The property was in a great location near the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and local street food vendors. The property had everything you need for a stay (we were there 4 nights) and Tina and Paul were very helpful.

Tina and her husband were so kind and very friendly. The apartment was very clean and I will definitely stay there again. The apartment is not far from the beach just a stone throw away. They even dropped us off to our restaurant. They got out of their way yo help us in every way. Overall I will give cleanliness 10/10 Friendliness 10/10 Value for money 10/10.. Flower Garden is the best choose you can make for Beau Vallon. Location is excelent, 2min to the sea,very close to supermarkets and restaurants. The apartament is very confortable,you have indeed all you need for self catering. The hosts are very friendly and helpfull. We spend a wonderfull month here.

Well...the weather was'nt the best

The location is excellent, near beautiful beach Beau Vallon - walking distance 3 min. The apartment is spacious and clean with all amenities you need for self catering. We also found eggs, butter, bread, marmelade and water in the fridge - for a first breakfast. We really appreciated this gesture. The owners Tina and Paul are very helpfull and friendly. They allowed us to stay in the appartment as long as we needed, because we have late flight. They made our stay very comfortable.

Everything was excellent. The appartment is centrally located at a walking distance of 3 minutes to the beach and walking distance of 4-6 minutes to all restaurants of the Beau Vallon beach. It is fully equipped for a perfect holiday. The owners are very friendly and made their best to make our stay perfect. Highly recommended for beau Vallon area as one of the best places to stay.

We loved the apartment and had a wonderful time here - spacious rooms, a well equipped kitchen and an amazing view from the terrace. The location is just 2 minutes away from Beau Vallon beach. Close by you can also find a restaurant, a pizzeria, a small shop and some supermarkets just 5 minutes away. Once again, many many thanks to Tina & Paul for everything, it was an unforgettable holiday!

Location is very good. Close to the sea and to the cafes. Shops and bus-stop are within the walking distance. Hospitable, friendly and helpful landlords. The apartment is well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Internet was really good.

The apartment is large with everything you need. It is close to the beach and shops, with private parking. Tina was lovely and helpful and allowed us to stay in the room as long as we needed because of our late flight. It was nice that we had breakfast in the fridge upon arrival. I recommend this accommodation

Flower Garden had any comfort we could wish for. Tina was lovely and helped us to arrange all our transfer and the tour of the island by taxi. The guesthouse is very close to the beach (5 min walk) and to the supermarket.

Very nice apartment, well equipped. Everything you need is there. Its just 3 minutes from the lovely beach. Restaurants, take aways, shops and groceries are all close by, same as bus stop if you want to explore the island by bus. The owners were very hospitable. Would love to go back any time.

Quiet location within walking distance of the beach (just behind the strip). The appartment is fully equipped with everything you need. At nighttime we needed the air conditioning, fortunalety it is not a noisy one. Comfortable beds. The garden attracks a lot of birds.

Paul and Tina are very nice, they responded to our inquiries right away. The apartment was very clean. They even have fresh fruit, bread, eggs and milk for us the day we arrived.

Hands down one of the best place you can find in Beau Vallon. The grocery shop is just a minutes walk, the beach is hardly a 5 minutes walking distance. Speaking of the room, everything is as described in the pictures, we had all the amenities that we needed. They even got us start off really well with basic food and drinks for the day we arrived. Most importantly Tina and Paul our hosts are both amazing. They were always there at our disposal for whatever we needed.

There's nothing we didn't like. Awesome hosts! Big Thanks for Tina , exceptional care!
