Chris has been the best host we have ever had so far! Super friendly, he left some food and fruits in case we needed something to eat at the arrival… honestly best stay ever ! Accommodation is brand new and in the apartment you find everything you might need during your stay… few minutes walk from Beau vallon beach… I would recommend everyone ! Thanks Chris 🙏

Отличное местоположение, минут 5 до пляжа не спеша, чисто, красиво, уютно. Хозяин Крис помог забронировать машину, дал полный гид по острову, а самое главное с дороги нас ждал минимальный набор еды, который очень важен после долго перелета. Апарты новые, чистые.

Extrem freundliche Gastgeber, neu eingerichtetes Apartment mit allem Komfort. Der Kühlschrank war für das erste Frühstück bereits bestückt, das Bad war sauber und der Wasserdruck hervorragend. Die Aussicht von der Terasse ist einmalig! Die Unterkunft liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung zu einem der schönsten Strände auf Mahé, dort gibt es auch Restaurants. Sie liegt ein bisschen auf dem Berg, aber das ist wirklich nicht der Rede wert. Insgesamt mit weitem Abstand unsere schönste von 4 Unterkünften auf den Seychellen. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Parken ist überhaupt kein Problem.

Ein Shop ist nicht wirklich in der Nähe (aber man hat ja einen Mietwagen) und es gibt einige laute und aggressive Hunde in der Nachbarschaft. Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Отличный вариант проживания на Бо Валон. Вилла состоит из 4 номеров, территория очень красивая, ухоженная, растут бананы, кокосы. Есть летний душ, что очень удобно при возвращении с пляжа. Расположена немного на горе, что позволит немного подкачать сердечную мышцу. Время до пляжа около 10 минут спокойным шагом. До ближайшего магазина примерно так же. В номере есть все необходимое, кровати удобные. В спальне есть кондиционер, в гостиной - потолочный вентилятор, спать было комфортно и нежарко. Кухня хорошо оборудована, есть плита (без духовки), микроволновка, чайник, кофеварка. Вид с балкона шикарен. Отдельно хочется отметить потрясающих хозяев - это очень отзывчивые и внимательные люди, все делающие для того, чтобы отдых прошел прекрасно. Встретили нас приветственным напитком, в номере ждала корзина фруктов и набор для завтрака, с готовностью помогали с решением всех возникающих вопросов. Спасибо вам большое!

One of the best accommodations during our trip to Mahe. The place is very clean, well equipped, it has everything that you need when traveling, or if you decide to cook in the kitchen. It has a stunning view, because it is up on a small hill, adorable balcony. The owner is very helpfull, easy to communicate. Highly recommended.

Лучшая вилла из всех которые мы посетили на Сейшелах. Все новое,чистое, хозяин Крис очень вежливый, приятный и добрый человек. При заселении дал нам стартер пак из еды первой необходимости(хлеб,яйца,вода,сок,масло,джем и местные фрукты) - очень приятно! Также в честь дня рождения, Крис и Мари подарили красивую керамическую плиточку с символикой острова. Нам было невероятно приятно! Вид с нижнего номера нас вполне устраивал, так что не переживайте если вам дадут первый этаж. Спасибо!!

C’était très très propre. On nous a changer les draps ,serviettes et fait le ménage après 3 jours. Le personell était adorable et très serviables.

Большая трасса со столом, была возможность кушать и смотреть на окрестности и океан. Ухоженная территория. Присутствовали все кухонные принадлежности, можно было готовить как дома. Очень свежий и качественный ремонт. Очень внимательный хозяин и хозяйка, быстро отвечал на все вопросы, подсказывал куда сходить, что посмотреть, организовал трансфер из/в аэропорт.

Было бы здорово, если бы присутствовала стиральная машина. По расположению, мы не поняли что вилла находится на возвышенности, если без машины и приехали только за пляжным отдыхом на Бо Валон - то придется подниматься на горку.

Wir wurden freundlich vom Gastgeber mit einem Willkommensdrink empfangen und durch das Apartment geführt. Die Ausstattung ist super - Basics zum kochen sind vorhanden und darüber hinaus wurde der Kühlschrank bereits mit ein paar Dingen fürs Frühstück bestückt. Obst und Kaffee ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Apartment selbst war groß, gemütlich und sauber mit einer schönen Terrasse, von der man das Meer sehen konnte. Per WhatsApp gab es außerdem noch einige Tipps und Empfehlungen in der Umgebung vom Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Beau Vallon entfernt.

Sobald es dunkel wird sind über die Nacht viele laute Tiergeräusche zu vernehmen. Dafür kann die Unterkunft natürlich nichts, erwähnen sollte man es dennoch. An die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft muss man sich ein bisschen gewöhnen- sie ist relativ steil und eng, führt aber zu einem geräumigen Parkplatz. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist nicht der allerstärkste. Ansonsten alles top!

Wir haben uns in der "Sunset Haven Villa" sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Balkon, die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters sowie der Komfort, die Sauberkeit und das Design der Wohnung. Zudem haben wir auf dem Boxspringbett geschlafen wie auf Wolken. Wenn wir noch einmal Mahé besuchen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder diese Unterkunft wählen! Tipp: Früh buchen, denn diese Unterkunft ist oft schnell ausgebucht ;)

Our host Chris was so helpful. Always willing to assist in every way. The apartment is quite modern and very clean. The location is good, we worked down to sunset beach every evening. I highly recommend this apartment if you want a quiet clean and serene place.

Новые апартаменты, все очень продумано и технологично, есть все необходимое на кухне, прекрасная техника, готовить завтрак было приятно, капельная кофемашина очень хорошая и пришлась кстати. Просторно, ничего лишнего, современный минималистичный дизайн без колониальных затей. Чисто. Крис очень приятный спокойный человек, располагает к себе, заказал нам недорогое такси из аэропорта, заселил сразу, угостил свежим соком, снабдил двумя пятилитровыми бутылками воды - это очень приятно! Дорожка в отель в горку - нести из магазина воду было бы очень тяжело и Крис сразу сказал не делать этого. В холодильнике было все для первого завтрака, хорошие спелые фрукты в корзинке. Здорово когда человек занимается своим делом и тут это точно так. Удобно что можно ополоснуть ноги после пляжа не заходя в номер. Одним словом если бы снова оказалась в Бо Валон - только тут бы остановилась! Вид на закат с террасы потрясающий.

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick zum Meer. Vor allem ist sie sehr sauber und wurde 2 mal die Woche gereinigt und die Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Tolle, sehr freundliche Gastgeber!!! Wir hatten Glück und konnten schon morgens um 8 Uhr die Wohnung beziehen. Für das erste Frühstück war der Kühlschrank mit Wasser Toastbrot,Butter,Eiern,Saft und Milch bestückt. Was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Chris hat uns den Hin- und Rücktransfers zum Flughafen organisiert sowie einen Mietwagen und einen Ausflug nach Praslin und La Digue. Er war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 min zu erreichen. Bushaltestellen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und diverse Take Aways sind auch in der Nähe. Für uns ein gelungener Aufenthalt! Danke für die schöne Zeit dort!

В целом всё понравилось - просто несколько моментов, которые можно проработать: - Слабый напор в душе; - Добавить вешалок в шкаф для одежды - на двоих на неделю было мало; - На соседних территориях по ночам лают собаки - может мешать людям с чутким сном.

Einfach ein toller Aufenthalt. Lage super. Zimmer sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an wohl. Das beste ist Chris, der Gastgeber. Immer erreichbar und man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Неожиданно отличная вилла! Оценят те, кому как и мне, в жилье важна чистота. Здесь все новое, все отлично работает, очень чисто и приятно пользоваться. Есть приветственный набор продуктов, магазины и вообще вся необходимая инфраструктура рядом. Расположение отличное, очень зелено вокруг и тихо, не на дороге, где ездят машины. В тоже время пешком до пляжа близко. Сравниваю с нашими вторыми апартаментами, которые в 2 раза дороже и отзывы были идеальные. Но при заезде разочаровались, много минусов. А здесь отличное соотношение цена-качество!

Нет стиральной машины в номере, но есть возможность сдать вещи в стирку за 100 рупий!

Very noisy environment - neighbour's dog was barking every night around 11pm and 3 am, additionally a rooster was being noisy from around 4.30 am. The building has only single glazed windows. Das Apartment ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sehr sauber und liegt nahe am Strand von Beau Vallon. Vor allem unser Host Chris war zu jeder Zeit extrem hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allen Fragen und Planungen immer wieder unterstützt. Von der Mietwagenbuchung, Taxi-Organisation und Tagesausflugsplanung - super hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Apartment nur absolut weiterempfehlen. Das Gesamtpaket hat unseren Urlaub auf den Seychellen auf jeden Fall unvergesslich gemacht.

Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen. Chris, der Vermieter, hat uns liebevoll in Empfang genommen und sich immer direkt um unsere Anliegen gekümmert (u.a. Flughafentransfer, Fährentransfer, Wäscheservice) Die Unterkunft inkl. Küchenausstattung bietet alles, was man benötigt und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Bei der Anreise hat uns Verpflegung für den ersten Tag inkl. frischem Obst erwartet. Ein Highlight ist die Aussicht mit Meer- und Dschungelblick, die vorallem auf dem Balkon genossen werden kann.

Он помогал решать все наши вопросы, ни одной проблемы не осталось не решенной. Номера продуманы до мелочей, также приятный комплимент от Криса во время заселения: фрукты и соки. Крис помог нам с трансфером от аэропорта, на Праслин, с арендой авто, показал куда и что посмотреть на Маэ. Крис, успехов тебе и здоровья! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, toll eingerichtete und ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem großen Balkon. Wir wurden mit einem großen Korb voll Obst sowie Milch, Eiern, Butter, Marmelade und Toast begrüßt. Am Abend vor unserem Rückflug konnten wir sogar noch in der Unterkunft duschen, obwohl wir bereits morgens ausgecheckt hatten. Dafür nochmals ein großes Dankeschön an Chris! Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 10 Minuten am Strand von Beau Vallon.

Sehr gute Lage, nicht weit zum Strand und zum Ortskern von Beau Vallon, aber ruhiger als im Ortskern. Die Betreuung vom Appartement war hervorragend und half uns sehr, als wir aufgrund stornierter Flüge die Insel nicht verlassen konnten.

Es war ein Traum. Wir wurden so herzlich von Chris empfangen. Da wir einen Nachtflug hatten konnten wir die Koffer bei ihm abstellen sodass wir in Ruhe die Umgebung erkunden konnten bis wir das Appartment beziehen konnten. Um 14 Uhr war es dann soweit. Chris hat uns im Appartement alles erklärt. Wir waren echt total begeistert wie schön es auch in Wirklichkeit aussieht und die Ausstattung hatte alles zu bieten. Die Küche war vollausgestattet, dass wir neben Frühstück auch abends öfters gekocht haben. Das Schlafzimmer war extrem geräumig und das Bett super bequem. Es wurde auch einen Fön bereit gestellt sodass man diesen nicht mitbringen muss. Das gesamte Appartement war extrem schön eingerichtet. In regelmäßigen Abständen wurde es gereinigt und die Handtücher getauscht. Chris hat immer vorher angefragt zu welcher Uhrzeit das Housekeeping erfolgen kann. Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Ausblick und bei unseren zwei Regentagen haben wir dort eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Auch bei sonstigen Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an Chris oder seine Frau wenden. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können Sunset Villa Haven einfach nur jedem empfehlen.

Appartement moderne, agencé avec goût! Pièces lumineuses, belle terrasse. Tout est neuf et très propre! Mieux qu'à l'hôtel: draps et serviettes changés tous les 3jours. Chambre fraîche,climatisée. Chris et sa femme veillent à ce que tout soit propre, intérieur et extérieur. Vous découvrez à votre arrivée leurs délicates attentions: corbeilles de fruits et réfrigérateur garni! Chris et sa femme sont toujours disponibles pour répondre à vos demandes. Leur maison est à côté mais ils sont très discrets. Nous avons adoré cet hébergement situé près de la plage et du centre de Beau Vallon.

Le parking est devant les appartements mais côte raide pour y accéder et en sortir. En vacances dans ce petit paradis, on peut ne pas apprécier les chiens aboyer aux alentours.

Great location of 5 min walk to beach of Beu Valon . Very clean and spacious apartment. All amenities at kitchen for self- catering. For long stay , wished it had a washing machine. But for 8 nights , we managed without. Nice bedding, very comfortable bed. Great view from terrace onto Indian ocean.

As recommendation , may be worth to fit washing machine if people stay long.

Bellissimo appartamento, dotato di tutti i comfort, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Beau Vallon. Chris è stato un host fantastico e gentile, ci ha fornito consigli preziosi per la nostra vacanza a Mahé e si è sempre assicurato che il nostro soggiorno procedesse senza nessun problema.

Suggerirei solo di aggiungere una lavatrice, per il resto tutto fantastico!

Chris et sa femme sont vraiment incroyable,du début jusqu'à la fin du séjour. Même pour la suite de notre séjour ils nous ont donné pleins de bons plans pour Praslin et La Digue. Le logement était super, idéalement placé a Beau Vallon,au calme malgré les quelques chiens des voisins alentours mais rien de grave. Le logement est fonctionnel et très bien équipé,il vous offre meme des fruits frais et jus de fruits. Je recommande a 100%!!! Une très bonne adresse a garder précieusement !

Ottima posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Beau Vallon. La casa è bellissima sia esternamente che internamente, moderna e ben accessoriata con tutto ciò che serve per il soggiorno. Dal grande terrazzo c'è una strepitosa vista sui tramonti delle Seychelles. Il proprietario Chris è molto disponibile e sempre pronto con suggerimenti per trascorrere una vacanza che faccia scoprire le bellezze delle isole. Inoltre durante il nostro soggiorno di 9 notti, la casa è stata pulita con cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani per ben tre volte. Insomma possiamo proprio consigliare Sunset Haven villa. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen – wie ein zweites Zuhause! Wir hatten das große Glück, einige Tage in dieser wundervollen Ferienwohnung verbringen zu dürfen – und was sollen wir sagen? Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns rundum wohl und herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern vor allem unglaublich sauber – auf einem Niveau, das man wirklich nur selten findet. Alles war tipptopp gepflegt, liebevoll vorbereitet und mit viel Aufmerksamkeit zum Detail ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den herzlichen und freundlichen Umgang der Vermieter. Wir wurden empfangen, als kämen wir zu guten Freunden. Ihre Hilfsbereitschaft war jederzeit spürbar, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein – einfach perfekt. In Summe war es für uns eine absolut rundum gelungene Auszeit, bei der wir uns nicht nur als Gäste, sondern wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Wir kommen mit großer Freude wieder und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Wat een fantastische plek om te verblijven. De locatie is top. Je hebt een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon op de bovenste verdieping over Beau Vallon heen. Het appartement is zeer modern ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien en super schoon. De gastheer en gastvrouw (Chris en Maria) zijn ontzettend attent. Ze willen je overal bij helpen. Conclusie: fantastisch verblijf!

Our stay at Sunset Haven was simply unforgettable – and that’s entirely thanks to Chris, our exceptional host. From the moment we booked until long after we left, Chris took care of every detail with genuine warmth and dedication. He arranged our car rentals, pulled off what we considered “miracles,” planned trips for us, and gave invaluable tips on what to see, where to eat, and how to truly enjoy the island like a local. The villa itself was absolutely lovely – spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and so well-equipped that we had absolutely everything we needed. Chris even welcomed us with food and drinks to get us through our first day after a long journey – a gesture that’s rare, even for seasoned travelers like us. We truly felt like we were staying with family rather than at a rental property. After Mahe, we continued our journey to Praslin and went on trips recommended and booked by Chris – but we must admit, we missed the comfort and care of his villa every day. If we ever return to the Seychelles, there will be absolutely no question about where we’ll stay. We had an absolutely perfect stay – truly one of the best places we’ve ever booked! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is ideal – quiet, yet close to everything. What made it even more special was the warm and thoughtful hospitality: we were welcomed with a fresh juice, a fruit basket, and even a fully stocked fridge! The host was incredibly kind and attentive – we couldn’t have asked for more. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, thoughtful extras, and a truly wonderful host made this place stand out. You really feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. Thank you a lot! ☺️

The driveway is slightly steep, so confident driving skills are helpful – especially if you’re not used to the terrain. Also, there are some stray dogs in the area that occasionally bark at night, but it was not too disturbing.

Perfect location in Beau Vallon. Very comfortables and clean rooms. Marievonne and Chris are very welcome and kidness persons, ready to help and give you all the advices and suggestions needed to spend nice days in Beau Vallon and along Mahè island

The apartment is new, spotlessly clean, and ideally located—just a short walk from the beach, shops, and takeaways. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spotless new apartment, host was super friendly and helpful, nice location close to the beach. The apartment looks so nice, everything is new and clean. Nice balcony as well and good spot to check sunsets.

Pretty much everything! Good communication prior to our arrival as well as throughout with Chris being available on WhatsApp whenever we needed. They have been extremely considerate and understanding with all of our questions and requests. Fruit basket and basic necessities in the fridge on our arrival was a nice touch. Throughout our stay Chris helped us arrange transportation to various places, which was very nice. The general property is very well maintained with amazing plants around, you could see that a lot of work was put into it. The apartment we stayed in was also very clean, with towels being replenished every 2 days and beach towels also being available upon request. Mind you, places like these in the tropics are a lot harder to keep clean, but it was spotless! Overall Chris and MarieVonne are world-class hosts. Would definitely recommend them! ♥️

Hill is a bit steep but doable (we had a 1 year old toddler with us so every trip was… “a trip”, but even we managed without much hassle. So, doable. In general Mahe is full of hills so unless you are directly at the beach, gotta do some climbing unfortunately. It’s more like a “con” towards the entire island, not only this property. But shower head is an easy fix in my opinion. When we stayed it was only rainfall style shower head affixed to the ceiling, should be easy enough to have a normal shower head (with some flexible tube) and that would be my recommendation to Chris and MarieVonne :) Although, even that was manageable, we just had to get creative 😂

The host is extremely helpful and nice; also helped in renting a car, offered a full basket of fruits at the arrival and a few things for breakfast :) The apartment looks great and quite new, very comfortable and it is very spacious

Noisy dogs around the accommodation that are very loud all night long, the shower head was fixed up in the wall, so a bit uncomfortable to shower (moreover if you don't want to wash your hair every time), the pipeline water was quite yellow

We had the most pleasant stay we ever had. We have never had such an experience before. We have been welcomed with fresh local fruits, eggs and bread which was all for free. Furthermore, they completely cleaned up the apartment after 2 days (fresh bed, fresh towels). The apartment was so new and big and perfectly equipped. Chris and his wife are the most friendly hosts we have ever met. They helped us in every situation, especially as our mobile phones / credit card got robbed. He supported us and even gave us his private laptop in order to organize our stuff. I am beyond thankful for this wonderful stay and all the help and support we got from Chris and his wife. I would recommend everybody to stay at their place, there cannot be any better at Mahé!!

Everything! Hosts,location,view, apartment itself...you name it! Appartment looks exactly as on pictures. Very spacious. Very comfy bed! We even got welcome fruit basket and some basic alimentaries in the fridge upon arrival. Highly recommended!

It’s so clean and modern, you have everything you need in the apartment, coffee machine, rice cooker, microwave, the location is just perfect few minutes walking to the beach and a lot of food options around and supermarkets .. Amazing hospitality by Chris and Maryvonee, they’re so incredibly kind and warm, you will feel definitely at home, they went above and beyond in making my fiancé birthday special. They will give you tons of great suggestions to explore Seychelles and enjoy your stay, and will always help you. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Seychelles , then you will definitely make the right choice by staying at the Sunset Haven Villa, because we are definitely coming back there again.

Beautiful rooms, whole grounds are really taken care of. Ample parking and Chris and his wife were so friendly and helpful - gave us great info around the island of Mahe and what to do. Also gave us onwards advice for our trip to Praslin after our stay with them. Close to fuel stations, plenty of eateries and beaches. Such a great base to explore the island! When we return to Seychelles will not hesitate to book Sunset Haven Villa again! Thank you for a beautiful stay.
