One Spatial Two Bedroom Condominium Unit with Pool and free Netflix and wifi

The location.

The place looks huge in the picture and it is not. There are baby roaches. The bedding it seems that they only sprayed fabric conditioner we have to change it and use ours because me and my son were both itchy. The bathroom is okay but they should at-least buy a new pail and deeper. The parking sucks they are very strict and for visitors no provided parking. The pool? We can’t even have a photoshoot inside their pool. Better get a hotel which is clean and worth the price.

Seamless check-in. Good location. Near Molo Mansion , Church, 711, and running path near Esplanade. The property manager was responsive.

Water heater was defective 2/3 of our stay. There were areas that had molds. I saw a lot of small roaches.

Spacious and Location wise

None

There were cockroaches all over the kitchen counter and cabinets. We were not able to use the gym as we were told that it was for long term guests only and to contact the condo owner who never responded.

Accessible through public transpo. The guards are very pleasant, easy check-in and check-out. Would love to come again in the future!!!

The water is leaking in the toilet, so we had to turn it on and off. The bathroom tiles is a little moldy, some of the kitchen utensils are breaking apart. But over-all it was good.

Security was accomadating and extremely helpful.

Utensils were rusty, black mold in washroom. Air freshness were so strong that a headache occurred. Refrigerator was not working even though it was plugged in. Kitchen had cockroachs.

Unit was clean and accessible

Some sockets weren't working, and it is really hard and need to push the wires before it works. The cr's door knob is a bit broken and difficult to handle as well.

Spacious Clean Comfortable Kitchen utilities Strong Wifi Easy Check in and out Convenience store right outside the gate Easy walk to other restaurants Close to the Esplanade Good value for the money

Nothing

Clean and accessible to almost everything you need🙂

none

Everything! We went there during a storm and the condo has pool and billiard table which we used to remove boredom. The kitchen utensils are complete which made it even better. The bedroom doors are also sound proof.

None, everything was great.

Location

We love the place, and the location is convenient. Near. The hospital, convenience store and Esplanade. You will definitely enjoy your stay.

The two room seperation for privacy

Unit is clean and has everything we needed. Owner was courteous and approachable during our exchange of messages. Location is great as well! We rented a parking spot and it was very convenient. Enjoyed our staycation with my family. Grateful to have stayed here. Until next time!

The location is very

We had a wonderful stay at the One Spatial Two-Bedroom Condominium! The unit was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. The free Netflix and Wi-Fi were a great bonus for relaxing evenings. The pool and gym facilities were excellent and added so much value to our stay. Location was convenient, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Overall, a perfect place for comfort, relaxation, and convenience—highly recommended!

Wifi, hot water/ shower and swimming pool.

No hairdryer, no shower gel/ shampoo, dirty cooker and bathroom. Just one toilet roll for 6nights for 4pax.

Location is very good.

Security guard is bit to enthusiastic

Owner is responsive

Unhygienic and poorly prepared. Blood-stained duvet, barely any toilet paper, no bathroom rug, and dirty kitchenware. Wi-fi name changed and didnt inform us until we followed up. Owner was nice but the place clearly wasn’t cleaned before our stay although it was resolved mid-day the following day. No compensation offered for the inconvenience. Wouldn’t book again.

Thumbs up

I like that it really feels like home and not felt heavy during my stay.

The owner is accommodating, respond quickly on inquiries, the place is family friendly and clean.

None. Everything is perfect.

Enough space for 4 people. Easy check in and check out.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Well located. Shortish walk to nearby restaurants but used grab due to heat. Most grab journeys were 100-130 pesos. Good speed WiFi. Never had any issues with my 4k firestick. Drying facilities on the roof deck. There is a lovely walk along the esplanade just across the bridge.

The toilet didn't flush, so had to use a bucket and dipper. There is no U bend on the bathroom sink, so got a bad smell from it most days. Limited cooking facilities, only 2 pans. Air con worked but wasn't great. Filters may need cleaning?

I liked the fact that it was very spacious. The host started out working with me on the checking times, which was not a big problem. The j the gym was not zircon not working

The hostess seemed to have made some comments concerned some extra charges for a 2 bedroom. With the guest that I had that was not added there when I first booked the room. I didn't think that was a fair option. So I did not pay the extra fees for her. That means that's just common knowledge. You book 2 bedrooms. You expected in a minimum of 2 people. But so far it seems to have worked out for the better

1. The big bed 2. My son enjoys watching netflix 3. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool 4. The room is quite spacious 4. The shower has a heater! 🥰 5. Near river esplanage

1. No extra trash bag 2. Dishwashing liquid and body wash is not enough during our stay period

very smooth check in. very reliable wifi. excellent facilities. simple, straightforward and very clean. thank you for welcoming us into your place. the host even allowed us to stay one extra day ( again, through booking.com ) since our work required us to stay on.

Affordable. Close to River Esplanade.

Everything was good.

Nothing to complain about, host took care of our needs.

Kind and considerate staff. Good location.

It's looked clean but it's really not (and this is a red flag for me). Bed looks nice and tidy but when we were about to sleep my sister noticed like the duvet smelled like a pee. So we sniffed around to confirm and the bed smelled really awful we almost vomited. The staff came after an hour and we saw that there's really a pee on it in the other side of the bed foam like a looot. It was really disgusting. Afterwards we felt like everything in the whole place smelled like pee. It's probably the previous guests' doing but it should have been cleaned throughly. How I wish the cleaning staff noticed it before we checked in (we checked in at night, check out time was 12pm. There's a plenty time for cleaning) No extra mattress for 2 on the same day of the incident (they had to buy new one and it's already midnight) No extra duvet given afterwards. I even instructed the cleaner to clean the bedframe first as she was about to put a thin mattress for one on the bedframe. (imagine if I wasn't there to oversee everything) Since the room still smelled like a pee. I had to sleep in the sofa for a night and my sister had to sleep with my parents in the other room (that's good for only 2). I couldn't imagine if our parents had chosen the other room. It's really unhygienic. Us children always want our parents to have a hassle free vacation. Staff were nice. We got an apology letter a cake and compensated us for 2000php. Cleaned the flat the next day. But I still imagine the trauma we experienced we won't forget it and we'll be reminded of it everytime we booked for a flat/hotel. This deserves an honest review.

Nice location, unit is clean and feels very safe. My family and I had a comfortable stay.

A home away from home! Very clean, complete with amenities and Good location. It was a comfortable Stay for my family .No problem with Check-in/check out because the owner instructed us before we arrive of what to do. The owner is very nice .

All is good

Smart tv Kitchen Great wifi 2 decent sized bedrooms good bathroom good living room Security Parking was free (for bikes) Everything was perfect, can't think of any complaints on the apartment

super host, fast on attending to your needs😊 i will definitely recommend them!thanks a lot again!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Accessible to Molo church. Transportations/ buses, taxis are accesible outside. Security and safety are good.

Shower screws are not fixed properly, comforter in both beds are not big enough to cover our body. When we arrived the swimming pool is not clean. No local channels in TV.

The apartment (Unit 1817) - 2 big rooms, spacious living area, toilet is NOT cramp, I love the hot shower! The kitchen utensils are complete, even the chopping boards are colour-coded, iron/ironing board, A/C worked well, the internet is fast and reliable. We were able to work while on a vacation because of the strong internet! Nice river view from our windows! The location is very perfect for us who are strangers in Iloilo. It is close to the supermarkets, grocery stores, fast food and local restaurants. My husband and I enjoyed walking along The Esplanade every morning. It's nice to walk even for 30 minutes. The air is clean, there is no garbage in the river, no vendors, no bikes, just people walking smoothly and enjoying the quietness of the area. It is not dangerous even if we walk at night on the Esplanade. There are many restaurants and coffee shops. At its end is the ATRIA. It's very lively at night, food, music and more. You will love the place if you love night life. Skinetics is our favorite place. It is a massage place. We had a massage there for 2 hours. The staff is very relaxing and very professional. It was definitely worth what we paid for. It was just a short walk from the accommodation. We are also very close to Festive Mall, MegaWorld and SM Mall. If you want shopping and more food, go there and you won't regret it. Lots of choices. It's easy to go anywhere because if we don't just walk, it's easy to call a taxi. Also jeepneys and tricycles always pass in front of One Spatial. The drivers and the people we met were also kind. We felt so safe. Drivers do not over charge. There were quite a number of historical places The hosts - customer service experience is amazing, it's above and beyond. They let us check out late (as in 5pm) because our flight is in the evening! We have documents to print. We mentioned it to the hosts. They brought their staff to deliver the printed copies of the documents we needed.

Place is clean, toiletries provided, home appliances and cutleries are also available, good location too.

Can’t think of any aside from the hot water not being available when we stayed (not really an issue as we didn’t ask the staff about it since we don’t mind using cold water)
