The master bedroom’s mattress either needs a flip and rotating or a new mattress, it wasn’t flat.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. The views were breathtaking and it was a joy to wake up to every morning. The location was close to the train station. We loved everything about it.

The apartment is in a super location with all balconies facing the Eiger. The views are just stunning. The apartment was extremely spacious, comfortable, immaculately clean and had everything you would need. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

There was nothing about this apartment we did not like.

The apartment was large, modern and very clean. The view was outstanding. Really loved our stay. The staff were great. Really appreciated them contacting me about something I had left behind.

Everything was great - maybe unlock bathroom windows so that they can be opened to let some air in.

Location was excellent close to the gondola and train station. The place was spacious and comfortable, bathrooms were clean, the view was exceptional and the bus stop is close by. The kitchen had everything we needed .

booking上的订单是4个人3个房间，但是公寓给我们写的邮件是4个人只能给我们2个房间。逻辑上说不通，如果4个人只提供2个房间，为什么booking上的订单却是3间。我们就是因为看上3个房间才定的，定好了之后再告诉我们只能给我们2间，我们是3个女生和1位男士，都是同事关系。最后3个女生挤在一张床上。体验很差！

The apartment has an amazing view and is fully equipped withe very helpful staff.

We had very dry air, so a humidifier would be useful.

We haven't received the insurance money yet, even though 16 days have passed, and the employee told me it would be refunded after 5 business days.

Beautiful, spacious duplex 3 bedroom apartment. Direct Eiger views from the spacious balcony which has wonderful afternoon sun. Convenient location to the center of town.

Open plan layout, wooden style traditional building. 2 Balconies which were covered and a fabulous view. Lovely spacious bedrooms and plenty of family space. Staff were all very helpful.

‎ماكانو متعاونين ابداً وفيه عدم وضوح وتظليل بالحجز حجزت لاربع اشخاص باعتبار ان الشقة ثلاث غرف نوم وبعد تأكيد الحجز والدفع تفاجأت برسالة بالايميل ان الغرف تعتمد على عدد الاشخاص! والحجز من البداية ماكان قابل للالغاء اذا كانو 4 اشخاص تكون غرفتين نوم والثالثه يقفلونها واذا 6 اشخاص يفتحون الغرف كامله، كنت مسافر مع والدي واختي واحتياجي للغرفة الثالثة للخصوصية مما تسبب بعدم وضوح في التفاصيل انا حجزت باعتبار انها ثلاث غرف مالك دخل كم عددنا لو اني لحالي تفتحها لي كلها علماً باني طلبت منهم يقفلون الغرفة الكينق ويفتحون اللي فيها اسره مفرده ورفضو!!

The best stay in our trip. Location was excellent for travellers without driving, just 5 mins down hill from train station and 2 mins from bus station. View is amazing, kitchen is well equipped.

The apartment was huge and had the most amazing view from the balcony. Location was great- an easy walk to the station and into town but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The apartment had everything needed for cooking - even to make your own fondue. Definitely would stay there again if we come back to Grindelwald. It was perfect for our family of four.

Need to climb stairs with heavy luggage / suitcases (anyway this is quite common in Grindelwald area). This apartment renata that we booked is located on 2nd floor.

Convenient location and awesome view from the apartment balcony. The property has so much space and is a great place for family or friends visiting Grindelwald. We loved it so much for our 3 nights stay that we wanted to extend our stay unfortunately they are too popular and were fully booked.

Staff was friendly, and the apartment was so comfy and spacious. Plenty of room, we would have perfectly stayed for longer. Correct breakfast with very good value for money!

Nothing really - breakfast could be slightly more advanced as it remains very basic - perfectly suited for Asian tourists with Rice and Soy sauce available.

If you are considering apartment in grindelwald, you cannot find a more perfect place. The hotel's location is great, And the friendly staff were also very helpful for the trip. Especially, The view of balcony is wonderful. my family has a great time there.

We stayed in the Renata apartment. It was very very spacious and the balconies were great. Very nice views to the Eiger and beyond. The hotel is located close to the village center, just a few minutes walking distance.

I expect to have black out curtains at least (if not blinds) in the bedrooms. We only had black out curtains in one of the three bedrooms, which made the kids (and us) wake up quite early at 06.30'... It would be good to provide rails/barriers for young kids, in order for them not to fall from their bed (when we checked with the reception, they said they didn't have any). Last but not least, it would also be great to offer a second pillow (didn't check with the reception for availability, it was too late when I thought about it).

The hotel on the main street in village- near rail way - when you check out, you have take your garbage to outside the hotel by your self

One of the best apartments i have ever been in Switzerland!

The only thing that could be improved is to add one more sofa/ chair in the living room.

The location , view , comfort was exceptional! Every thing u need for ur stay was available in the apartment . Perfect for families and friends !

Provided transportation on arrival and departure days. Good service! We are 5 adults stayed in the biggest size of the apartment. The property is with very good mountain view looking out from the hugh balcony. We had daily breakfast in the balcony. Lots of windows in the property. Good facilities in the kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff (including driver) in the reception.

Some of the light bulbs are not working. Size of the master bedroom is big, we found it a bit dark, should put extra 1-2 floor lights in the room.

The location was a short walk from the train station, though there is a hill which can be difficult with luggage and you have to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs so just be aware of that. We loved the view from the apartment on both decks, the ability to grill outside, and the amount of space we had. It was very large for Swiss standards and everything was new and in great condition.

Just be aware that there are no toiletries in the bathroom and no lift to the apartment--plan accordingly. But really, there were no downsides. We would definitely stay again!

Apartment is huge, two stories. Superb view from balconies. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen appliances are top notch. On the way back the staff offer to drop us to station, which is really appreciated.

No lift! It’s a challenge bringing luggages up two stories. One of night the hot water ran out, but subsequently it was good.

Location and house infrastructure. The kitchen is just perfect to have friends around to cook and chat. Also the showers were much better than the ones I have at my own house.

The CHF 80 extra charge for using one additional room that was not mentioned in the description. In the booking, it was mentioned 3 bed rooms and when we got there we had to pay an extra one.
