Fantastic amenities and so close to everything within the city.

Was great to have a kitchen so we could cook some meals. Lovely view from the shared outdoor area. The bus is free so you can get around easily. Jungfrau Lodge was very helpful with tickets and information. Bed was really comfortable.

No essentials in the apartment (salt, pepper, oil etc.). Need to bring everything you need.

デポジットを預けているので、利用に神経質になる(ゴミの分別、食器の取扱い)、住んでいる人も同一建屋にいるためか、2階の足音が聞こえ、プライベートな場所が多い。

Good location and clean apartment

Bedroom windows next to road and can be noisy when sleeping.

Ausgezeichnete Lage. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. In den Apartments ist alles Notwendige vorhanden: eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein bequemes Bett und eine wunderbare Terrasse. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Heel fijn appartement. Knus, gezellig en voor 2 personen absoluut ruim genoeg. Heerlijk bed. Bushalte voor de deur.

Als ik wat noemen is dat het appartement voor ons lange Nederlanders iets aan de lage kant is...

Reception staff Daniel was very helpful and promptly replied to any emails through the messaging facility . Great service.

Apartment is true to photos, roomy and yet cosy. The view from the terrace (outside the apartment and around the corner) is beautiful. Full facilities - everything we needed was provided. Washer and dryer were available (payable) in the main hotel. Easy check-in and check-out.

Can be a bit noisy especially when snowing as the chalet is along the main road in Grindelwald. We caught a millipede and a spider, though probably can’t be helped since the apartment is on the ground floor.

We liked our stay at this apartment. The staff are so nice. We were able to check in early. And also, they reply promptly to questions. Kitchen is equipped with the things that we need. There was even a micowave! Someone told me microwave is not a thing in Switzerland apartments. The only thing I don't like is the bathroom. It is located outside of the bedroom. You need to go out of the room if you need to use it in the middle of the night. Otherwise, our stay was good, and the view is awesome!

Nice and cosy apartment, kitchen equipped with all the utensils we need

Location was roughly 8 minutes walk from the Grindelwald train station. WiFi was way too good. Apt deer is the ground floor whereas the 1st floor is a private residential apartment. It’s being managed by the Jungfrau lodge, and the staff are amazing.

I was traveling with my arachnophobic mother. Immediately after we entered the apartment, we found several spider webs. I took care of 2 big spiders, but my mother refused to stay in the apartment and I didn’t want to ruin her dream vacation. Didn’t want to deal with panic attacks, either. We booked 4 nights there so I went to the reception to find a solution. The staff were kind but had no solution except trying to refund me 3 nights if we were lucky and someone booked them. We got lucky and got the refund. In addition, the room had a weird smell, like an unpleasant old wood smell. I know spiders are common in the Jungfrau region, and all buildings have wood, but the replacement hotels I booked had no such issues! It’s also worth mentioning that they wouldn’t clean the apartment during your stay, which is particularly important if you book several nights. The ceiling was pretty low, a bad sight for claustrophobic people, but it’s a really old building anyway. There was a festival in Grindelwald starting around 6-7 PM lasting till midnight, we were only informed of this after our booking’s free cancellation deadline! The issue wasn’t the noise but the fact that the main road was closed causing the local bus to stop operating beyond 6PM. This prevented us from exploring Grindelwald properly when we arrived. The patio had construction work ongoing, it was unusable. The workers came the next morning and they were loud! We were NEVER informed about this before arriving! All these issues, and we weren’t even offered complimentary breakfast or a discount! I understand it’s the high season but treating your customers like human beings goes a long way. I didn’t give the lowest rating only because the staff were helpful and we managed to get the refund for the remaining 3 nights. PS: I photographed one of the spider webs near the sofa in the living room. Why this wasn’t cleaned is beyond me.

We liked the fully self contained apartment where you can cook or prepare your own breakfast and dinner. Very good space, and the apartment is cosy and nice. Sufficient heaters all aoround to keep us warm, as it was snowing heavily in mid April 2024. But we really liked this apartment and though we are more than 1/2 the world away, we will be back to do the mountains activities as most were closed due to the heavy snow.

Would be good to have a washing machine, shampoo, body wash, body lotion and at least pepper, salt and butter, added into the apartment. Oh, and the water heater..... it's pretty unstable. Got to check the temperature before bathing, otherwise water can drop to 10 deg.

The Apartment is well equipped with all you need in the kitchen. It is also spacious.
