Liam meet us to hand over the keys and show us around, lovely man, very welcoming.. Very comfy beds, the games room was the biggest hit with our young teens, brilliant set up.

Everything was great, maybe a brighter light over the kitchen area , or maybe it’s just my failing eyesight.. but loved it all😀

The child liked the pool table. Good quality television. Late checkout facilitated.

No hot water in the kitchen, tap so loose I wondered if it was going to fly off. The main lights switch wasn't working properly - needed a lot of fiddling with to regulate and it wouldn't switch off properly, (the tap and the light switch were minor issues, but thel lack of hot water was inconvenient).The apparently clean tea - towel had a very stale smell and couldn't be used. None of the rubbish bins, downstairs or upstairs, had bin- liners, and therefore, we couldn't use them.. The main problems were in the bathroom - the toilet seat was so loose that it was risky to sit on it, especially for a 4 year old.. The shower had not been cleaned properly - public hairs and used gel bottles left in it. We declined to use it. The bed linen had been changed, but some of the pillows had a much- used, old smell. This property had the word "Fabulous" in its Booking.com description and that very much influenced my choice of it. This description was misleading. It was not fabulous and was over-priced for what it offered.

Such a thoughtful host and fun, welcoming place with pool, games, Smart TV - absolute class to wind down and chill out after a day touring the incredible coastline and pubs! The beds were lovely and comfortable, and we loved the powerful shower in the mornings. Great amenities all round. Quilty and the Spanish Point made for great trips out and had a nice drive out to the Cliffs of Moher - very easy from this perfect touring base. Thank you for your hospitality, Liam

Lovely stay for family of 2 adults and 2 teenage boys, comfy beds, good shower. Had fun playing pool and darts, disco lights🤪 really good location near to amenities and beach only 5mins by car. Host was helpful and friendly. Quiet area, easy check in/ out. Also lovely friendly dog who just wanted us to play ball ⚽🥰

This is a lovely property with such kind owners. It’s very comfortable and clean with lots to do even on a rainy day it has everything you need would definitely recommend.

The location was excellent. The accommodation itself was brilliant. Everything you would need for a weekend. Plenty of space. Loads of games and Netflix too if you have children. I could not fault the place. The host was excellent too. I would highly recommend.

Found the house and key - no problems! Chalet out the back of main house. Pool table, dart board, etc....loads of games to play! Perfect for a rainy day. Two telly's, full bar...I had no idea about this before I booked. Met the owner Liam - sound man, very chill - tells you everything you need to know about the area. My son and I had a terrific stay and will definitely return.

Liam is a Liverpool fan - nobody's perfect, I guess!!! (From an Everton fan :p )

Breakfast was not included. The location was excellent for what I needed. The host was exceptional and greeted me on arrival going through everything the property had to offer and making me feel very welcome.

Ideal for a family get away. Kids didn’t go near electronics we had a great laugh together playing pool and games. Lots of little treats left for the kids (and us lol) giving it that added touch that was really lovely. Definitely going back with the kids

Great host, very accommodating and forthcoming with advice. Great accommodation, it's an opportunity to switch off, play some games, chill out and watch movies! Excellent for a night away as a couple or with a small group of friends. Liam has thought of so much to make it a fun place to stay, even some thoughtful extras thrown in which made it even more comfortable.

Good location for cliffs of moher. Dog friendly. Comfy beds. Super cosy. Felt safe. Downstairs games room was a hit with the teenagers esp pool darts and tv. Sure they'd have loved some beer too! Owners v helpful.

Not brilliantly lit in kitchen area. Camping set up for food rather than kitchenette but we got by. Defo a place for the lads rather than the ladies!

The venue was impossible to find,and when we phoned the owner he was quite rude and impatient. He said this venue would not suit you !!! We decided to take accommodation elsewhere and would like our money back!

A cool place to stay with family or friends. We loved the pool table and bar, it made for a fun night and morning of games. As two couples we had one stay upstairs and one downstairs on the pull out bed and was comfortable. The owner was lovely and met us to say hello too.

Great place for friends to spend time together. Had the place all to ourselves, it's not connected to any other building. Bar is a nice touch. Great selection of games darts and pool. Host was very accommodating, especially as we arrived early.

The bedroom was nice and the beds were comfortable and the bedding and towels were clean.

The photos online did not reflect what you were really getting. The place was not very clean and the bar area was dirty and didn't smell great. The paintwork was poor throughout not finished well at all. The living room was so dark, the dining table was disgusting and sticky as were all the windows. There was no outside secure area to allow your dog out and no sitting area to spend time in the evening this was very disappointing and the area around the outside of the house was untidy not appealing at all. Certainly not good value for money expensive for what you are getting, came away not enjoying our stay.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Unser Ziel waren die Cliffs of Moher, die wir in etwa 30 Minuten erreichten, aber in der Umgebung gibt es auch wunderschöne Strände. Positiv hervorzuheben sind auf jeden Fall die sehr bequemen Betten, der äußerst gastfreundliche Wohnungsbesitzer mit schnellem Kontakt sowie das Wohnzimmer mit Billardtisch und anderen Spielen. Die Kinder hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Stayed for the weekend as a family of 4. We all loved the pool table, darts & games table. The kitchenette was ideal for a short stay with all the essentials we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The host was responsive & very easy to deal with. Thanks for a memorable stay

Full of character (especially if you are a LFC fan) and lots to do like pool table, poker, darts, board games etc. The kitchenette is like a pub bar which is really fun.

Nothing I didn’t like but note there is no oven and it is located in the parking area of the landlords home (it is a converted garage).

Very clean and comfortable in a nice quiet location. Directions were clear and made it easy to find. Liam was very kind, left water and milk for us. On our return from a wedding late at night he’d left delicious fresh sandwiches for us, a most welcome and very thoughtful touch. We couldn’t get a taxi back for our car the next morning so he kindly dropped us back to the village. Highly recommend and we hope to be back soon.

The accommodation was so cosy. It was a home away from home. The host Liam has thought of all the little things that you might need during a break away. He was most welcoming and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Very nice, cosy place with a special atmosphere. The host is a very helpful person. Check in and check out were quick and easy. There were 5 of us staying at that place with absolute comfort. There are 2 single beds, one double bed and a sofa for 2 people.

Loved the views, how close to the beach it was, the fun game room, the host! We had such a fun time this night hanging out and playing games after going to the beach.

We were met on arrival by our host Liam who showed us around and explained everything. The complimentary bottle of wine and treats for the kids were a nice touch. This was the perfect alternative to a cramped hotel room with 3 kids under 7. It hits the perfect balance between spacious and cosy with living space, bar and any amount of activities to entertain the little ones downstairs and a cosy family bedroom upstairs. We were only staying one night but there are plenty facilities to cook also if you were staying longer. Only a few minutes away from a number of beaches and places to eat. We also visited the playground in Miltown Malbay and the leisure centre in Lahinch.

Nothing not to like - we had a great stay - kids had a ball and Liam was so welcoming and helpful.

Exceeded our expectations. The games room had more than you could think of, and the bar is a brilliant added touch. We had great fun and our dog Toby really enjoyed his stay too. Also, The beds were really comfy!

My stay at Atlantic Coast Lodge in Spanish Point was wonderful. The room was cozy, with very comfortable beds. The games room is fantastic, featuring a pool table, a dartboard, a music system, and many games to keep us entertained. The host was very friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The location is perfect, close to the beach. The place was spotless, clean, and well-maintained. I highly recommend it. Plus, it’s dog-friendly, which was a great bonus for us. Hope this helps!

The building is brilliant and has everything you will need. Including a decent pool table, darts and dart board. Playing cards, large smart TV with streaming apps available, etc. the beds are very comfortable and clean.The bathroom (upstairs) is also clean and everything works well..the lock on the front door helped the apartment to feel really safe at night too.

Nothing. 💚 The hosts were very accommodating and friendly and checked in once or twice while we were there to see if there was anything else we needed. We brought our husky and he also really enjoyed the break away, all the beaches etc are amazing. If there was anything to say at all...it might be, that a beside light on the locker would be helpful, as the light switch for the ceiling lights are at the far end of the room and we needed to use the phone light to find our way back to the bed. But that's only at a stretch. The bedroom was warm and so cosy..

The location

Said it had coffee bar one water kettle and 2 packages decaf coffee. Only 2 bathroom towels and nothing in kitchen to wash dishes. Very cold water in sinks. Lots of games but many parts missing so could not use them.

The place is designed for a group of friends to play pool or darts..however cues are broken and no chalk , darts are the same too.

AVOID as he will use any excuse to keep the deposit !!!! My husband smoked outside and they made out the place had to be fumagated , absolutely ridicolous and charged us 100 euro extra for cleaning charge.we had hoovered and cleaned after our stay even though it was just 2 of us and our teenager son so no partying took place .The place is designed for a group of friends to play pool or darts but the cues are really bad quality no tips on them and no chalk.darts are really bad too so you would need to bring your own. The place is a converted garage I'd say so very chilly so will be cold and damp in the winter.

We loved our stay the pictures don't do this little gym full justice. The host was so welcoming and helpful. The beach was so near as the village. We stayed with our young baby and she loved as much as we did.

We had a very warm welcome from Liam and this stay was the perfect balance of personable and welcoming whilst giving us our privacy and own time. Liam's hospitality was fantastic and there was even a chilled bottle of wine and some snacks waiting for us. One of very few dog friendly accomodations so our choices were limited but this is a hidden gem! The bedroom was spacious and bright as well as very comfortable and with a great view. We didn't realise the photos shown on the site is of one entire accomodation and though the photos of pool table/bar were a shared common room between a few apartments so we were pleasantly surprised and delighted to have the whole condo to ourselves! We will definitely be back, Thank you!

I wish we had stayed longer!

We loved the entire vibe of the Atlantic Coast Lodge. A big hit with the teens from the pool table, & roulette wheel, great fun & laughs for all the family.

Perfect location and games room

Just back from the June bank holiday weekend and could not recommend this place enough!! They have thought of everything for families, it's near all the spots to visit and a and the perfect place to enjoy after a busy day sight seeing.

Everything was super good! Very friendly host and perfect location. Dog friendly 😊

The host Liam was lovely and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The kids loved it, we had our own pub size pool table,dart board, bar, board games, poker, 65" flat screen downstairs and another flat screen upstairs, boom box etc so we were all entertained. We brought our dog which made our holiday feel like a home from home. Beds were lovely and comfy. We didn't want to leave and we can not wait to visit again!

Great location, five minutes drive from Spanish point and about 15 to Clifs.Very comfortable beds upstairs and entertainment for whole family on the ground floor. Our dog loved it, too.

Great location to explore the surf in Clare. Pool table and bar make it a really fun place to stay. Host was great too.

Unique property! Our family loved all the games and activities on the first floor. Sleeping area upstairs was spacious, clean and tasteful. Owner was very responsive and a great host. Great location close to Spanish Point and the Cliffs of Moher.

Kitchen facilities were limited but we had what we needed for one night.

Loads of activities for the kids to do- kept them quiet 🤣 Great location for the burren, cliffs of Moher, Lahinch, Doolin cave and beach nearby. The place is even better than the pictures, it’s a great little spot.

The owner Liam was a top man. Always ensured we were OK. The facilities were ideal for a family of four travelling with a small infant. A wide array of activities in the house such as pool, darts, board games and a smart TV. Ideal location in close proximity to spanish point. Perfect for a relaxing evening with the family after a day of touring. I can honestly say come and stay you won't be disappointed. Best hospitality I have experienced in a long time. The photos dont do this property justice. Thanks again Stacy and Liam we look forward to another trip.

There is no kitchen (stove, oven), just a small air fryer and a microwave. The place is big and only has 2 small heaters downstairs and 1 up top. so it's not enough to heat the room when it's 3C. shower very small and no pressure

30 mins from the cliffs of moher, 5 mins from the local town, this accommodation has everything you could need and more. Has a pool table and darts board, strobe lights and a functioning bar! If you went with no plans you could easily pass the time in the place. Liam was so lovely and made sure we had everything we need it's an ideal place for a group of friends to get away for a couple of days! We would happily go back! Also just a suggestion for the bedroom: a big mirror would be handy for seeing outfits :)

Minor things but there was no hot water in the downstairs sink and it seemed like the previous guests hadn't washed all the dishes properly! Otherwise I can't fault the place.

Where do I start? The property is unique. Is near Spanish Point beach but in the countryside. A lovely mini 2 story house as part of a larger property. Would accommodate up to 5 people. There is a bar, kitchen area, large sofa (suitable for sleeping on), pool table, darts, card games, roulette. Would be ideal summer accommodation for families, friends etc. Has fridge, air fryer, kettle, cutlery.Large flatscreen tv with all the streaming apps. Sleeps up to 4 upstairs. Beds comfy. Great shower, toilet, sink etc..Finally the hosts are great people. Liam is very helpful. It's a unique place to stay. Unlike a hotel or B&B. I loved it and would go back again in a heartbeat. One tip is to pay attention to directions on Bookings.com. Google Maps directs to another property with a similar name

Very nice, it’s a good space to enjoy time with friends (full of games you can play together), possibility to put music on, watch movies, play pool! The host was very kind and helpful, gave tips on how to visit the cliffs and was very welcoming. Just know there is not a kitchen to cook so you might think of taking some food with you (only microwave, toaster and a slow cooker)!
