Nice studio with all facilities

We were asked to move room on our last night to allow the host to accommodate another guest! We said we preferred not to move. Why were we not as important as that other guest? The move didn’t happen but only after 2 phone calls and 3 emails. We were trying to enjoy our last day on Naxos…

The studio is very spacious. The bed was big and super comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Location, super top.

Everything was perfect—the location, the cleanliness, the food at the hotel restaurant, and the staff were very friendly.

The amount of space we had in our room was good. You could easily have another 4 people in there if you wanted.

She shower rail was loose and the shower head holder on the rail was broken.

The stuff was really helpful, the room was practical and was equipped with everything we needed.

The front door was poor quality amd due to that it wouldnt close/lock roperly. Also towels were changed daily but a dirty towel was brought to us, even if it was an honest mistake it was really unpleasant.

We enjoyed relaxing on the patio in the evenings.

Sehr gute Lage. Die Unterkunft hat auch einen Strand bei welchem man 50% auf die Liegen bekommen hat. Check-In und -Out haben schnell und reibungslos funktioniert.

Die Klima hat nicht so gut funktioniert und war sehr laut. Um 11:00 (Checkout-Zeit)kam die Putzfrau gestresst rein und fing an zu putzen während wir gerade die letzten Sachen zusammenpackten.

The lady in the reception was very helpful and the beach was very close, just 3 minutes. Their beachfront restaurant served Greek breakfast in a fair price, the staff there was kind too.

Quiet location, room was very clean, the bed was very good, good wifi too.

We loved the location. It was beach side. Room was amazing and beach facing.

We booked the apartment but were switched to resort at the last moment or asked to cancel the booking. We were forced to reached the hotel in 15-20 minutes as the reception lady had to leave for home.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, es wurde täglich geputzt. Die Handtücher sind weich und riechen fantastisch ! Das Bett hat eine sehr gute Matratze. Das Bad hat ein Fenster zum Lüften. Frühstück haben wir immer selber gemacht. Hatten eine kleine separate Küche mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen. Die Zimmergröße ist okay, es gibt aber leider wenig Ablageflächen. Auf dem Balkon gab es eine Vorrichtung (inkl. Wäscheklammern) zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern und Bikinis. Die Lage war nahe zum Strand und nahe zur Stadt/Hafen. Wir bekamen 50 % Rabatt auf die Liegen am Strand inkl. Badetuch

Schlechtes WLAN. Das Haus ist äußerst hellhörig. Der Balkon ist winzig mit einem viel zu großen niedrigen Tisch und zwei Klappstühlen. Das Bad mit Fenster hat eine winzige Duschkabine und ein WC, das Waschbecken mit Spiegel ist im Zimmer, was sehr störend/umständlich ist. Die Küchenausstattung (Besteck, Geschirr) ist genau für zwei Personen abgezählt. Am Strand war die Musik etwas zu laut. Das Personal von Ippokampos Hotel am Strand war sehr unpersönlich und eine junge Dame sehr unhöflich. Man wurde auch gleich darauf hingewiesen, dass man ausser Wasser nichts von außerhalb mitbringen darf, sondern nur vom Restaurant konsumieren darf. Das gab bei einigen Leuten ziemliche Diskussionen.

Curățenia, locația, foarte aproape de plaja si centru, design-ul apartamentului.

Zgomotul de afară, ușa si ferestrele din lemn care nu te izoleaza de zgomot ( motociclete, mașină de gunoi).

There were a lot of flies as sometimes the windows stayed open. I recommend putting net in all windows.

We loved the stay here it was amazing and calm it was cozy big enough everything was clean and the staff where very friendly and the half off chairs at the beach club where a amazing touch

The wifi didn’t work the first night and dodgy the second just made it hard to plan things with no personal wifi of our own but that was only a small issue

When we checked in I understand we need to give credit card details as a small bond against damage BUT why do we need to give CCN and signature? Is this secure?

My 3rd time staying here. A little louder during some nights than I remembered. Very convenient for the port and St George's Beach. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Overall good experience

Exceptionally comfortable bed. Good bathroom, hot water always available and great water pressure for the shower. Toilet filled quickly and flushed very efficiently. Location close to both the beach and Naxos centre. All needed amenities close by. 50% reduction for sun beds and parasol at the sister Ippokampos beach hotel. Half price breakfast also. Room cleaned daily and towels replaced on demand. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

A few very minor niggles - no English language Chanels or streaming services on TV. Shower head needs replaced. A few more kitchen utensils would be great e.g. sharp knife to cut fruit etc. curtains and shutters did not block out light and made sleeping a little difficult. Heavier curtains would easily remedy this.

Everything was fine. The staff is very friendly and the room was very comfortable.

The room was clean and adequate for our needs. The standout feature is definitely the superb location, just a short walk from the stunning beach. The area is peaceful yet conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The price was excellent for what you get, making it a great value for staying in Naxos.

Very friendly welcome from the staff and informative with details of the room, times of contact for the front desk as well as access by phone during our stay.

We had assumed that there would be cooking facilities within our room from the images. It seemed that there had previously been some but they had been removed.

The location was excellent. Air condition was very good. The host was super friendly and helped us with tips for restaurants, trips and laundry.

The front desk personnel were absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond to help with whatever we needed. They offered help on the best ATM (to avoid higher fees), local transportation, using the sister property on the beach, local restaurants, etc. We even needed help translating over the phone to go on a horseback and they were more than willing to assist with that. I can't say enough about the customer service! They worked very hard around both facilities and made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We felt very safe and it was easy to get around by foot or taxi. We stayed at the apartments up the street from the beach but it was a short walk. We would stay on the beach next time.

we liked how close it was to a variety of different things. it was close to town and it was close to the bus stop to get to nearby towns. we loved how helpful the lady in reception was (didn’t manage to get her name sadly) and she gave us lots of recommendations and advice on where to go / what to do. the room was cute and clean and spacious with lots of useful utilities such as a fridge and a mini electric stove alongside kitchen utensils.

Very nice apartment, comfortable without being lavish. Suited my needs perfectly. The room was cleaned and tidy by the time I got back each afternoon irrespective of the time.

It was a comfortable place to stay (very comfy bed!), room slippers were included which we appreciated. Room was very tidy. The receptionist was very friendly, knowledgable, and helped us book a driver to take us to the ferry port at the end of our stay.

Because of the noise of the street ...earplugs mandatory to sleep.

It was close to the city centre. The host was very helpfull in solving any problems. The room was cleaned every day and it was possible to get fresh towels if needed.

Some of the facilities in the room were old. Windows were noisy and all the noises from the outside could be heard inside. It was extremely frustrating during the night.

Very central to both the town and beach. Great restaurants nearby. The bed is comfy, the air con really good and a powerful shower. The staff have been very friendly and helpful with extra nights and left luggage. I was able to chat via WhatsApp with the manager which was brilliant! Good price.

The noise from the road is quite loud in the early mornings. The shower leaks on to the floor - it’s not really a problem as it’s built like a wet room, but worth noting.

Staff were great - very helpful and accommodating. Our rooms were ready before check-in time and were able to leave our luggage after check - out.

The breakfast at their other hotel - they didn't give us the fruits and day dessert that were supposed to be included and there were 5 of us who ordered the breakfast meal.

Location was good near beach and walking into town. Was nice to use the sister property's facilities and towels on the beach for a fee.

The room doesn’t look like the pictures, the kitchenette & appliances are very old. There was a smell coming from under the kitchen sink.

they have a beachfront bar 5 minutes ago from the property, however the sunbeds are NOT free for guests, they just have a discount, just wanted to flag because prior reviews say free but not true anymore; but is not a bad thing. the only reason why I don’t give this apartment a 10 is room service. I was staying 2 nights so didn’t mean to have room service according to the hotel guidelines I read. which is totally fine, however when I arrived the second night all my things were moved around; the bed was not made and the towels were not changed (so they didn’t really clean the room) but just moved things around (I had my phone charger next to the bed they put it on the table, I left some clothes on the floor, they picked them up, I left a towel hanging on the bathroom it was now hanging on a chair in the room), it was quite stressful because I couldn’t find my things at first and I don’t see any rational reason why room service would enter the room don’t do the bed or change the towels but move guests things around, very weird. I was leaving the next day so decided to just forget about it since I was not missing anything.

Very helpful staff, overall clean and close to the center of Naxos!
