Reviewed Sep 23, 2024We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. The host is very responsive & helpful. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean & the kitchen is also well provided with the necessary utensils. The bed is very comfortable too. The host even provided masks & sanitiser. She also provided toothbrushes for each bathroom. The check in & out instructions are very easy to follow.
The master bedroom wash basin is not big enough. When we wash our face, the water ended up wetting the floor quite a bit. Would be good to provide a floor mat inside the bathroom.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2024The premise is clean and well managed. Bathroom are equipped shampoo and shower gel. Towels were provided too. Air con were all working well. We had a restful stay. Parking is save and the property was well guarded.
Getting in and out of Austin Hill area can take a bit time especially during peak traffic. Need to plan ahead.

Finding the lot in the carpark can be a bit time consuming. The bin centre was not located centrally.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2023Just back from this beautiful homestay yesterday. The location was good and the price was reasonable. We were very happy to stay in this nicely decorated and homely apartment. The house was very clean, tidy and looked exactly the same as shown in pictures. Water heater and air conditioning work well. The owner was really nice, helpful and provided very fast response to our WhatsApp. We were really enjoy our stay and will be back here again when we come to JB in future. Thank you so much for your excellent hospitality ❤️

However, one inconvenience I encountered was the need to show the QR code to the guard every time I entered the premises by driving. While I understand the importance of security, this process did become a bit troublesome, especially when coming and going frequently.

cleanliness could have been better this time. this was my second time staying since the first time was impeccable. location is a bit out of the way, its basically in the middle of nowhere, and at night (late at night) there's not much choice of kopitiam, although there's a McD. if you rent a car to drive around then its not an issue.
