Good location, close to interlaken

The electrical wiring in the property wasn’t good. Small staircase only to carry all luggage upstairs. No cooling and hot conditions.

The apartment was spacious and enjoyed the full kitchen along with the hosts information to obtain free travel within the local area.

Squeaky floors.

They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment in the morning. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and communication with the host was also very good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated their hospitality.

There was no coffee, tea, or sugar provided. The bedroom was a bit small and had a small window, so it felt somewhat dark. The bathroom was also quite small. Additionally, the city tax had to be paid separately, which was not included in the booking price.

Everything is closed by.. bus stop right in front of the apartment complex.

A little bit of an older property.

Good location, but the top-floor room was extremely hot during summer. Also quite expensive for what it offers.

The property is good for the price I paid. Location and easy paid parking was a plus. Overall property is spacious with reasonable sized rooms. I would book this again if I visit next time.

The bunk bed area has smell and insects. We did not use that but if they fix that area it would be a plus.

The location was very convenient, with a bus stop just a short walk away, and it was very easy to travel between the apartment and Interlaken. Considering the location and the price, we felt that the apartment offered good value for money.

However, we were a little disappointed with the staff's response during our stay. We noticed a leak from the bathroom sink on the first day and contacted the staff. We were told that someone would come to check it the following day, but unfortunately, no action was taken.

The location is good, easily accessible via bus and train. Bus stop is right in front of the location and you get complimentary visitor cards that can be used to travel via bus to interlaken ost and more places. The rooms were spaces and had stand fans which were really required in the hot weather.

Only location is good.

Apartment was smelling. Microwave was greasy and no tea/coffee in apartment. I understand they don't have air conditioner but they can put mesh windows for ventilation. I opened windows and we had bugs coming in. Overall very disappointing experience. We just somehow completed our stay

Muy acogedor y con todo lo indispensable para poder pasar unos días por la zona. La parada del autobús estaba justo en la puerta.

La cama, muy incomoda. Tanto a mi novia como a mí nos costó mucho descansar en ese colchón. Se clavaban los muelles y te caías hacia los lados. Deberían de cambiarlo.

Communication could be bit better specially regarding “check out”.Also we were offered a local travel card proactively by the property owners but when we confirmed and said yes we don’t have any response(so wonder what that was). Anyways since we did not expect it in the first place we ignored it later.

The location was great and the hotel was a good size, which made it convenient for our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very disappointing. There were cobwebs throughout the property, we found centipedes behind the couch in the main room, and there were ants on the kitchen worktop. The lighting was also quite poor, making the rooms feel dark. With better cleaning and maintenance, this place could be much better because the location itself is excellent.

The apartment is absolutely huge (you can literally get lost in it!) and exceptionally well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. Honestly, if it only had air conditioning, it would undoubtedly be the best apartment I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. A wonderful experience.

As mentioned, there is no AC in the apartment. We knew this in advance when booking so it wasn't a surprise, but it's still something to keep in mind. Additionally, an important safety note: the floor in the upstairs shower is very slippery, so you need to be really careful there.

Lokalizacja. Jak sie okazało blisko miejsca gdzie można skorzystać z kąpieli w jeziorze. Przystanek bardzo blisko i piękny widok z okien na góry

Przydałby się już powoli remont kuchni . Parking z bardzo skomplikowaną opłatą. Niedaleko było biuro informacji turystycznej i bardzo pomocna Pani pomogła w zakupie karty parkingowej

beautiful accomodation which has everything you need, very good location, right next to the bus station and 5 minutes away from the ferry. The rooms are big and clean

Demasiada calor sin aire acondicionado. Lo anterior fue lo peor para la familia. Demasiada calor y dejaron ventiladores que no enfrían. Muchas moscas todo el día. El refrigerador encendía una alarma con bocina permanente. El televisor no encendió. No había cuchillos para cocinar. La ducha del piso 2 se rebalsó y se inundó el baño, debimos secar con toallas y no se pudo ocupar más ese baño. El piso del piso 2 crujía cada vez que alguien caminaba. La tijera que dejaron no cortaba nada. No había destapador de botellas de vino para corcho. Aprecio alguien en la noche hablando por la ventana cobrando el TAX para 5 y entiendo que es para adultos que éramos 2.

Spacious good for 11 people…

Richtig schöne und große Wohnung, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Uns hat nichts gefehlt, sehr sauber und ordentlich. 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt . Betts sind sehr bequem und angenehm. Würden gerne wieder kommen.

Das man Touristen Tax bezahlen muss, aber das liegt ja nicht an denen Hände

Location is great as it’s less than 10 minutes walk (600 meters) from Ringgenberg station & bus stop is right next to the apartment. Interlaken can be reached in 10 minutes by bus.

We had a very pleasant stay at Royal Swiss Apartments. We were three guests and stayed in Studio No. 31, which includes one bedroom and a separate living room. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped for our needs. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and the city. Check-in was simple, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Lucerne.

Die Lage war super, direkt bei der Bushaltestelle Ringgenberg Post. Das Appartement war mit den nötigsten Utensilien ausgestattet, die man so braucht.

Es wurde leider nur das Nötigste geputzt. Viele Ecken und Dinge waren schmuddelig und im Bad zum Teil schwarzer Schimmel in den Fugen. Tücher gab es nur zum Duschen und einen Putzlappen, ein bisschen spärlich. Das Haus ist sehr alt und daher ringhörig, wenn jemand unten zur Tür reinkommt und die Treppe hochgeht, hört man alles. Es sind praktisch nur Touristen im Haus, darum gehen sie auch sehr früh morgens aus dem Haus. Parkplätze kosten extra (nur öffentlich, NUR BARGELD für den Automaten). Der Gastgeber ist gut zu erreichen über den Chat auf Booking, jedoch hat er auf meine Nachricht zum Schluss nicht mehr geantwortet, als ich das Problem mit der mangelnden Sauberkeit mitgeteilt habe.

Location is super as Bus is right IN front of the apartment.. just across the road. Host is super cool and very helpful . Interlaken OST station is just 5 stops from bus hence very nice to connect any place in swiss. small garden outside the apartment is just a cosy place to relax.

room size could have been little bigger as its not convenient even for a family of three...

The room was very comfortable and conveniently located with easy access to public transportation. It was clean, well-maintained, and the kitchen was excellent. All necessary kitchen utensils and equipment were available, making the stay very convenient. The person coordinating the accommodation was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay.

The curtains were filthy and dirty,the toaster looked as if it’s never been used and cleaned for 20 years , coffee machine was there but no welcoming coffee or tea was provided on the day of arrival ,the stairs to the room was as dirty

Totul perfect. Apartamentul este de fapt o casa intreaga cu etaj, 3 dormitoare, 3 bai, si vreo 6 paturi. Pernele cu puf minunate, privelistea superba de pe balcon. Bucatarie mare cu masa de 6 - 8 pers, si toate aparatura necesara. Pozitionare perfecat, la 5 min de Interlaken si multe alte destinatii minunate.

L’appartement est confortable et cosy, il est bien équipé

La communication avec les propriétaires est très compliqué. Ils ne répondent pas de la journée et après nous accusent de pas leur avoir ouvert la porte alors qu’ils ont pas prévenus, de plus, on ne nous explique pas grand chose lors de l’arrivée. De plus l’appartement n’étais pas très propres et surtout les draps. C’est dommage car l’appartement est plutôt pas mal et le séjour est agréable.

Es war stickig heiss, trotz Ventilator. Extrem laut, da Fenster direkt zur Strasse. Erholsamer Schlaf war nicht möglich. Das Bett war billig, das Duvet für zwei Personen viel zu klein, durch die Hitze brauchten wir es nicht. Allgemein war es schmuddelig. Im Bad stank es nach Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, fällt fast auseinander. Die Küche war fettig und schmutzig. Es war extrem laut, von den Nachbarn konnte nan jedes Wort verstehen als wären sie im selben Raum.
