Apartamento perfecto para viajar con un niño pequeño. Muy bien equipado, con dormitorio separado y cocina completa, lo que nos facilitó muchísimo los días con nuestro hijo de dos años. Además tenía juguetes, con los que jugó muchísimo. El check-in autónomo funcionó sin ningún problema y las instrucciones eran muy claras. Pero lo que más destacamos es el trato de Dajana y Nicola: atentos, rápidos respondiendo y flexibles en todo desde el primer momento. Ringgenberg es un pueblo tranquilo, con bus cada media hora a Interlaken Ost (gratis con la guest card) y todo a mano. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Desde la parada del autobús hay unos 5-10 minutos andando cuesta arriba hasta el apartamento. No es un problema si vas con mochila, pero con maletas grandes conviene tenerlo en cuenta.

Bellevue Apartment is in a wonderful location that combines the comforts of modern life with the peaceful atmosphere of a traditional Swiss village. It is surrounded by beautiful nature, greenery, gardens and fruit trees, while still being conveniently located for exploring Interlaken and the many attractions in the surrounding area, especially easier if you have a car. We particularly enjoyed the immediate surroundings of the house. The green gardens and fruit trees give the area a lovely countryside atmosphere. My children even picked and ate a few pieces of fruit from the trees, which was a nice little experience for them. :) The apartment itself was clean, tidy and well maintained, just as shown in the photos. It was also equipped with most of the things we needed during our stay, although there was no washing machine. I would also particularly like to thank the host for something that happened on the day we left. Unfortunately, we accidentally left the oven switched on (could not find a timer lock). We had already travelled to an area with no mobile reception and therefore could not reach out and inform the host immediately. Thankfully, the host was able to check the apartment quickly, switch it off and prevent any possible damage. They informed us very politely, and we are genuinely grateful for their quick response and understanding. Overall, the surroundings are green and beautiful, the location is excellent for exploring the Interlaken region by car, and the apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

The main issue for us was the way the accommodation was presented in the listing. When I made the reservation, the wording “entire apartment”, together with the main photograph showing the whole villa, gave me the impression that we would have the entire house to ourselves. This was particularly important to me because we were travelling with our children. I had deliberately looked for a detached and private property so that they could enjoy this part of our holiday without me constantly having to remind them to keep their voices down. In reality, our apartment was only the lower level of the house — what some might describe as the ground floor and others as the basement/lower-ground floor. There were other people living directly above us, apparently the host's family. Therefore, I still had to remind my children to be particularly quiet, especially at night, and we could also hear noise coming from upstairs. Had it been clearly stated that this was a lower-floor apartment within an occupied house, I personally would not have booked it, even though the apartment itself was nice. I think the listing and photographs should make this arrangement much clearer. there is no real panoramic or mountain view. One side mainly looks directly onto the nearby trees, while the other side is partly below ground level. Finally, there was a small issue regarding the tourist tax. I realised myself that I had not yet paid it and contacted the host to remind them. We agreed that I would leave the money in the apartment before checking out. I had already separated the amount and placed it under a vase ready for them. However, on the evening before our departure, the host came to the apartment specifically to collect the tax. Perhaps this is normal locally or culturally, but personally I found it a little uncomfortable, especially as we had already agreed that I would leave it before departure and I had been the one to remind the host about the payment in the first place.

Location and space for the whole family was really enough.

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, many places with cobwebs and the lack of mosquito nets on the windows attracts all kinds of flies and bugs into the house. Especially since it was very hot and we had to keep the windows open. Lack of air conditioning. Probably would be good to install one especially the new heat wave that will cover Europe from the next years.

Dajana and Nicola were incredibly accommodating from the moment we arrived. They kindly allowed us to check in early so we could drop off our bags, and throughout our stay they consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Their quick responses and genuine care made such a difference. The place met all our needs, and I would absolutely stay here again. Truly a wonderful experience.

交通:这个地方离因特拉肯东站只有几站地，乘102路可达，第一次去需要自己买票，之后用上房东送的免费交通卡，完全不用再担心交通问题。而且住宿的小村落景色很美，有时间可以逛逛，欣赏美丽的湖光山色。喜欢徒步的可以谷歌导航经过山路、铁路桥，顺着湖边走路到东站，也不远。 餐饮: 公交车下车后前行几步路就有家小超市，虽小但日常所需一应俱全，价格适中。可以买一些方便食品，蔬菜，自己回去加工，吃到热乎的饭菜。这在美食荒漠来说简直是一大优点。住宿处的所有厨具一应俱全，烤箱，微波炉，各种锅碗瓢盆，冰箱，还准备了免费的胶囊咖啡。这一点墙裂推荐。 服务:房东家就住楼上，回应问题非常及时，无论网上还是线下。人很nice，边界感强，不会打扰到你。 卫生:大客厅，有沙发，电视等，打扫得干净，但住宿期间需自己维护，不会每天去打扫卫生，但我喜欢这一点。

不足之处是床垫比较软，个人喜欢硬些的。洗澡时注意不要让水跑进洗手间，不然地面比较难干。还有烧水壶里面水垢比较多，且不能自动弹起来，就没用。

The apartment is spacious and very clean, it has everything you need, beds are comfortable, the host is super nice, we felt like staying at home. The location is good, there are four stops from the train station (Interlaken Ost), the neighborhood is beautiful and tranquil.

Everything is great, just a kind reminder to people who have difficulty in walking, there are some small uphills before getting the apartment, it’s more convenient if you have a car.

El departamento es muy amplio, moderno. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Las vistas son muy hermosas, rodeadas de naturaleza. Las indicaciones de check in fueron muy prácticas. A 4 cuadras hay una parada de bus. Los anfitriones muy amables! Volvería por más días

Apartamento en excelentes condiciones de limpieza y muy cómodas camas y demás espacios, es muy amplio lo cual te permite disfrutar la estancia. Dajana y Nicola son muy amables y están super atentos de que se pueda disfrutar la estancia. Aunque el apartamento está a 20 min de Interlaken te dan tarjeta para moverte en bus y pasan cada 30 min.

The view from the property is stunning and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. They even picked us up at the Interlaken Ost station because of the bad weather.

We would suggest to adjust the light in the bathroom since it can be a little dark sometimes. Also, it would be wonderful if we can use washing machine privately inside the property rather than sharing with the owner.

Personal, ubicación y limpieza

The views from the Lake and the surrounding mountains are spectacular, the apartment was spot clean, the area is very quiet but at the same time one can get in a few car minutes to Interlaken or few walking minutes to a bus stop or a train station. The apartment itself had everything that we needed to cook our meals and even some toys for the children. The owner Nicola was easy to contact, very nice and answered any questions and issues fast. All in all we loved this place and would stay here again, if we go to the Interlaken region.

The location was great. Bus number 102 goes very close to the apartment. Proper insstuctions with google map was given by the host.

The apartment was absolutely spotless and well maintained. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. This was the perfect family-friendly spot. The host thoughtfully provided toys and puzzles for our kid. Kitchen was perfectly equipped. It was an amazing experience for us. Definitely we will visit again!

Everything was absolutely beautiful. The host were very helpful. It’s a bit away from where tourist prefer to live but that was the best part. We like places where there are less people. The bus reaches Interlaken OST in 10-15 mins and thats what made our planned trips more efficient. Thank you Nicola and Dajana for the stay.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the hosts were very helpful and made us feel welcome. They have thought of everything that you might need and more. The village is lovely and quiet but near both train and bus routes also easy walk into Interlarken.

The apartment is very cosy and has all the amenities you need for a stay in Switzerland. Nicola is an amazing host and is very accommodating. We had a nice chat a couple times and he was very helpful in providing directions to us.

The property sits on a hilltop in Ringgenberg so it’s quite a hike from the bus stop or train station with luggage. That being said, the view and stay makes up for it.

The apartment is very big and spotless clean, the kitchen well equipped with everything you need, even coffee capsules, which we really appreciated. The position is quite good, in a quiet village very close to Interlaken.

No thick curtains during my stay in summer. So the entire apartment was bright from 5 in the morning to 11 in the night

The attention of detail throughout the whole booking by the amazing hosts was amazing. The kitchen had everything to cook great meals. All the pots, pans, cutlery and more. All rooms neatly clean and organised. The whole apartment felt inviting, and nicely cool during warmer days. Both the hosts we're kind to double check for extra towels and the trash. Easy parking space for the car (we have hatchback). Location is nice and quiet, with easy acces to main roads connecting the bigger cities around Interlaken.

If there is anything, it would be that we missed having a broom for the apartment. Purely to sweep when our stay was over. The rest was nothing short of amazing.

The location of the property was scenic and very quite. The hosts were extremely gracious and helpful. Dajana went out of her way to pick us up by car since it was raining and we had no rain gear. Also, they supplied us with umbrellas during our duration of stay. The house itself is beautiful and is very tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains all appliances required for basic cooking.

Great location with a great stay. Thanks to the host. Apartment is in really good condition with all the amenities. Host ensured that our stay is memorable and also offered chocolate box/Interlaken souvenirs at the end of our checkout. They also helped to allow us put our luggage in the store just across apartment while we roamed around interlaken after checkout. Host have kept the apartment in very good condition. They also allowed us access to their laundry which is just a next door within the apartment. Access to the apartment was easy with a key lock outside the apartment. Host provided clear instruction to access the key lock. from the apartment , you will not see much of the mountains (except for kitchen window) but just coming out of the house , you see the beauty of the place and the house is at great location. Nearest bus station to the apartment is Anhöhe Burgseeli and buses are regularly running from internlaken Ost / west Ringgenberg stations. Apartment is 400m walkable road distance (8 min) from the bus station. Half of the distance is Gentle uphill road walk so keep in mind which we realized after the booking got confirmed which is ok. Overall very satisfied with the stay and thanks to host.

To reach to the apartment from the bus station , it has Gentle uphil road (walkable though) . Keep in mind this if you have checked in luggage size bags to carry from bus station to apartment. on first day of our visit, there were ants near kitchen and dinning area which was quickly taken care by the host and there were no issues of ants for the rest of duration of the stay. It was due to the previous checkout which had left the house in untidy condition as per the host.

Spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. There were several items provided by the host to assist during the stay, such as first aid supplies, kitchen essentials, umbrellas and board games. The host's attention to detail is evident in making the stay enjoyable, with a personal touch that makes you feel welcomed like a friend.

Replacing the shower curtain with a glass enclosure would make the apartment 100% perfect.

It was truly a wonderful experience staying in this house. The house had a spacious living area, the bedroom was well-appointed, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a hassle-free stay. Nichola, the host, was exceptional. He was always prompt in his responses and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The beautiful garden added a touch of serenity to our stay, and the ample parking space made it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for getaway.
