Reviewed Mar 18, 2026The staff were all very kind and accommodating, even helping us carry our bags to our room upon arrival (our room was on the 2nd floor). They have Netflix (asked for an account access) and a good wifi signal. The place may not be near the main road but was situated in a nice quiet area. You can sit and relax on their rocking chairs on the veranda overlooking a field/greeneries to the right with the cool breeze passing by during dusk/sunset. Iron, ironing board, hair blower and hot kettle were available upon request. We availed the flat iron and ironing board which was a life saver. The room and bathroom were clean, and towels and tissue rolls were provided. They also have plenty of sockets (near the bed and table areas) to charge your phones and gadgets simultaneously. No need to bring extension cord. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to come back here again. Highly recommend!
The bathroom had a bad stench. I don't know if they have a p-trap in place. But you really need to close the bathroom door at all times to prevent the sewer gas and odor from entering the bedroom. Moreover, there was also a time the shower water didn't flow while one of us was taking a bath. We told one of the staff and was resolved immediately. Water was flowing again albeit kinda slowly.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026The place was clean and the bed is very comfortable and the ambience around the are is calm and relaxing. The location is just hidden but it is very good if you want to wind down. It’s a hidden gem that you can feel that you’re in the province or bukid. The breakfast was very good. The people are very courteous and very helpful. In the future, I would love to stay here again for more days.
It’s a little far from the city but it’s really nice to unwind, but not that far cuz Robinson’s Mall is just 15 minutes away.

Reviewed Nov 5, 2024Nice facility. Very roomy - more than we needed for just two of us. Nice kitchen with full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, etc. Good internet. Super quiet location.
About the location - a bit hard to find. Fortunately, they sent someone to pick us up from Robison's where the bus dropped us off. After that we had friends from San Nicolas pick us up and drop us off and they would not have found it without GPS. It is so remote that you need to walk a bit to get a tricycle, but not far (unless you called one). San Nicolas does not have Grab (or Uber) so tricycles are the primary public transportation.

The property and house is very “homey”, clean, comfortable, and complete with all amenities; perfect for family travelers. The owner and staff are especially hospitable and nice. They’re very engaging and patient with our requests. Most importantly, we felt safe during our whole stay there, we were able to bond and have without any worries.

It is also few minutes drive to the tourist spots so movement is convenient. It's a 'home away from home'.....will definitely go back in this place.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2023Kuya Alcie and his wife were wonderful hosts—warm and sincere. Kuya Alcie went above and beyond. He offered to pick us up from where we got off from the bus. He also offered to drive us back to the bus station. We were supposed to check in at 12nn and just leave the luggage but since the apartment was already ready, he let us check in early in the morning. This gave me and my husband to rest and freshen up before we started our day. I recommend this place if you want to have a restful and relaxing stay. It is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. But still relatively near Robinsons mall. Kuya Alcie is the best host!!!

Reviewed Feb 5, 2023Al is a welcoming host and his apartment was very clean upon arrival, complete with fresh drinking water. Internet access was available with a strong signal. A smart TV provided entertainment. CRs were clean as well as bedrooms that were furnished with clean blankets and pillows. Rooms had aircon if needed. The facility is gated with plenty of room for a vehicle. The furnished kitchen included stove, fridge, microwave, kettle and more. This is definitely a place where I will stay when visiting the area.
The stay was that good that I cannot think of anything to improve. If anything, perhaps signage to find the apartment a little easier. There is a sari sari nearby but a short walk is necessary.
