Reviewed Feb 25, 2026Slept in the Family room with two colleague and the room was huge! Great staff. They came to help us with the wifi as soon as we arrived in our room. The staff was very attentive. They were quick to give us our requests.... toilet paper, etc.
Need hook in the bathroom to put your clothes/towel when showering. A bidet would be a good addition. Tiny ants in our room (Family room).

I have stayed at countless amounts of hotels and motels International and domestically in the US But this is worst unqualified Management I have seen. It jus did not work out for me. Plus they took all the payment for five days when I only stayed one. SCAMMERS.

Extra charge for the pillow and blanket which is not fair. I also didn’t like their washroom, too small. Also, the picture in the booking shows that they have a pool. However, when we arrived, we were told that they don’t have one.

The hotel is not able to arrange a taxi to the airport. We had to ride in a tricycle. We were told there is no taxi service in the area.

The staff were definitely a highlight—they were friendly, approachable, and went out of their way to help with any requests.Food is a must try as well😊Muy delicioso at a very affordable price. The location is easy to find as it's along the hiway.Overall, it's a pleasant experience for me and my family.
Our stay at this hotel had some notable inconveniences. First, only one charging port was functional, which made it challenging to charge multiple devices. The air conditioning unit also needed cleaning—it froze during our stay, and we had to request an electric fan as a temporary solution. Additionally, it would be more convenient if each room had mugs and if water dispensers were placed closer to the rooms. Having to ask for water every time was a bit inconvenient. Overall, while the stay was manageable, addressing these issues would significantly improve the guest experience.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2024I had a great stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, with welcoming and impeccable staff. The only recommendation I’d have is to stay on the 2nd floor, as the ground floor had a bit of an issue with bugs since its close to the meadow as the name suggests. Additionally, the Wi-Fi and water system could use some upgrades, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Despite these minor things, I would definitely return because of the fantastic service and hospitality. Highly recommended!
