Reviewed Sep 3, 2026I loved the view from the balcony very much. The sunset that shines the whole mountain range makes the whole trip worthwhile. Very serene and peaceful.
I think it's just my personal preference but I think the pillows could have been slightly firmer.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Host is super helpful in providing information on the property, and had kindly upgraded our apartment to a higher floor with a wonderful view overlooking the mountains. Kitchen facilities is adequate for simple cooking. WiFi is strong. Google TV provided. Mattress and pillows are comfortable for sleep. This is the only place in Fraser Hill with 6 public EV chargers installed, good for guests with EV cars. Short walking distance to Bishop trail and Hemmant trail for those who love jungle tracking
As the apartment is just right next to the guardhouse. We could hear people in the guardhouse talking loudly at midnight. Trying to use the EV charger but it took me a long time to just get connected as the internet signal at the site is relatively poor. In the end i did not use it

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026The host was very helpful and informative giving via WhatsApp all needed information and also checked whether we settled in well. The apartment was fully equipped and with a nice terrace one could enjoy the beautiful view.
Malaysia is a very beautiful country, regretfully maintenance and repair is very poor. Forest trails were partially in very poor conditions, other trails not maintained and completely blocked with no clearance to dangerous to hike

The only negative is that we went mid week when the town is quiet and neighbouring apartments were taking the opportunity to do some maintenance, so there was a lot of drilling etc., meaning we couldn't sit around and relax in the house as expected.

Leaking wash basin at master-bedroom as well as kitchen area . No hair shampoo as the shampoo provided clearly stated body shampoo only . Only received notification of which unit to stay after call at the guardhouse , should have sent earlier to guest. Quite a dated apartment .

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Easy check-in. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions. Unit was clean. Well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials. View from the Living Room and Master Bedroom was great - mountain views. There is a balcony with a table to relax and watch the sunrise while having breaksfast. The apartment block is just 10 minutes walk to the iconic Clock Tower which is the center of the Hill Top. Lots of shops, cafes within a 10-12 minute walking radius. Also close to one of the scenic viewpoints.

The first unit that was given to us smelt very musty and everything like the felt damp. The on suite. Shower head had to be hand held because there was nothing to it to it was broken. There were no instructions on how to get the hot water on or even the toilet pump. The furniture was old and gross. We were asked to move to a different suite because there was a lot of water leaking out of our suite. They upgraded us to a newly renovated suite which was so much better with newer furniture and flooring bathrooms a lot nicer. To sum it up and old suite that was gross should not be given to any guests. They should be given the best choice because guests are who gives them the business and we should be 1ST priority. We we very dissatisfied with our accommodation and would not return.

Communication. Staff was rather rude. I was being shouted at for interrupting her with phone calls . She should just switch her phone to silent mode if she doesn't want to be disturbed while in a meeting. She should know how to behave and speak in a proper manner instead.

The sink drainage clogged causing small flood outside the kitchen balcony. Beds feel like they got the mites. Would be great if only place when there are people, if not should be removed because it causes the dusty smell.
