Excellent experience, clean and well equipped

Très bel emplacement, appartement spacieux .Deux vraies chambres. Près des restaurants, de la plage. Parking apprécié et gardé. De bons conseils par le propriétaire.

L eau chaude de la douche a dû mal à arriver, mais problème indépendant de l appartement, attention 3 ème étage à préciser.

Il est très propre très confortable bien équipé j'ai bien apprécié

ma fille et ma femme ont une éruption cutanée très graves suite à un manque d'hygiène de cette établissement; notamment sur les matelas qui n'était pas protéger par des des alaise et les draps sentaient la transpiration. Ainsi le canapé et sur ses renfoncement. je pense même déposer une plainte à la gendarmerie. Ma fille à dû prendre des cachets pour ses éruptions cutanées qui étaient entrain de se développer à vue d'œil ! comme si elles avaient pris des coups de branche d'orties. je vous remercie de faire le nécessaire très rapidement. ceci est inadmissible et on n'en restera pas là. des asticots ont été retrouvés également dans les chambres et un peu partout dans le reste de l'appartement ! All was good for me

L’emplacement est bien avec vue sur mer. Le parking réservé ,sécurisé est idéal. Le petit portail pour aller à la plage pratique.

La propreté de la cuisine et de la salle d’eau n’était pas déplorable. Les accessoires étaient très dégradé et très sale. L’évier de la salle de bain était totalement bouché. Le ménage n’avait pas été réalisé. Le four et la plaque de cuisson était noir de graisse et ne donnait pas envie de cuisiner. Il n’avait pas de aucun produit ménagers à disposition seulement un fond de liquide vaisselle, dilué avec de l’eau avec des dépôts non identifié. Nous avons été obligé d’aller acheter éponge et liquide vaisselle afin de relaver la vaisselle . Nous avons enfin contacté le propriétaire, afin de venir a notre secours. Il a su être réactif, il nous aider dans cette situation.

The location is great, the flat is fairly clean and the AC works.

Therevis a guard/ porter, but he will watch in disdain your good lady lugging the luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The cleaning lady is pleasant and happy go lucky, but she needs to be taught how to dust the surfaces and clean the corners of the bathroom and bed room. And of course bring your own shower gel, shampoo, soap etc.

Location was fantastic. Beach is not even 50 mtrs. Property is clean and has everything including TV, Refrigerator, washing machine, necessary cooking utensils.

This property is in 4th floor and there is no lift. If you are traveling with heavy luggage then hmm it’s a challenge. Property has every thing and over all clean. Except the Sofa which torn out. And living room ac leaking.

Great spot close to the beach and local bars - air conditioning in each room - good size rooms - juliette balcony in each bedroom and balcony to main living area

The apartment could have been cleaner only had one cleaning visit in two weeks stay - inside kitchen cupboards needed cleaning - no remote for the main gate not too much of an issue and they did apologise for the inconvenience- a number of light bulbs missing no real information about the apartment - pool cleaning not great

some technical issues with shower and toilet and once signalled to the owner, he later sent someone to come and check and he himself came along to fix it which was hugely appreciated!

It was close to beach and restaurants area. Good apartment for longer stay. Easy access due to codes of entrances etc. host was very polite and helpful with all the information needed.

It could be more cleaner. Kitchen was well equipped but wasn’t very clean. Floors wasn’t very clean either. Would really nice to have a duvet for blankets. It was quite cold in nights so duvet would be nice. Over all apartment was nice.

It was spacious and close to the beach.

The whole appartment was very dirty. Non of the dishes were clean, we had to rewash everything. The place smelled odd, moldy. Bathroom window was broken and could not be closed, so we had to share our room with a bunch of mosquitoes. The curtains were so narrow that they did not cover the whole window, so that the people outside saw too much to the inside.

The host send us a message with everything necesary to get into the parking lot and also into the apartment. Apartment was big (two bedrooms), with balcony viewing towards the Flic en Flac public beach. We stayed in apartment only for one night and it was a bit sad that we left next day cos of the good layout of the apartment and price we payed.

It had the potential to be a great place to stay. The air conditioning worked.

The ease of access was hopeless. The cleanliness was not great. Superficially ok, but thick layers of dust in places, a dead lizard in the fridge which was, regardless of a rotting corpse, completely unclean. The maid wanted extra money from me in addition to what I'd already paid for the rental. The bed had a single sheet only - no other cover of any kind. There was no attention to detail, no care taken to ensure guest comfort. Six flights of stairs to climb was not much fun either

Excellent value for money, right by the beach, it had everything we needed. Good air con, nice views, plenty of sliding doors to let fresh air in, a washing machine, good shower, comfortable beds, nice balcony, well stocked kitchen and a very kind and helpful host.

Self check-in /check-out, really helpful host, very well furnished, especially the kitchen! Right on the beach! Great value for money!

location is awesome with a good sea view, very easy access to the beach and nice environment. parking area is ok and the apartment's is clean.

there's not enough kitchen materials provided. the plates, forks and others are not so well maintained. the owner can add coffee, bread knife , glasses like whisky glasses, water and so on.

Big apartment, 7-10 min away from Restaurants and shops. Clean flat with good WIFI connection. The beach is opposite the building. Friendly staff. Very close to Bus Stop.

It can be a big noisy during the rush hours in the morning or early evening.

Apartment was dirty, dirty dishes from the cupboards. Apartment smelled of extreme smoking, bathroom dirty, shower glass gross dirty. Floors dirty, couches dirty. Aircon in one bedroom faulty. Would not recommend to anyone …

The flat is well equiped and very well situated just across the road to the beach. excellent communication with the owner.

Could walk to the beach

Absolutely appalling host - super aggressive and insulting when we complained about the state of the apartment. Kitchen cupboards warped, missing handles, bedroom cupboard door wouldn't open. He told us we had a crap attitude. Do not under any circumstances book to stay here. Said he HATES South Africans. Shocking that such a host is allowed to rent his apartment on Booking.com Terrible value for money - we moved to a MUCH better place for the exact same price.

We loved it. It is a big flat. Has two bedrooms and a living room plus a nice balcony facing the sea. The pool is great for kids. The views are nice. Birds sing beautifully every morning. There is AC in every room. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. He welcomed us extremely kindly. Great restaurants in a walking distance nearby e.g Zub Express. Parking available. A fruit stand just in front of the building ( buy from the lady, not her husband, his prices are twice as much as hers). You have a washing machine in the bathroom so you can easily do the laundry. There are also two types of toasters that will help U make good breakfast. Coffee, tea and some snacks and fruit were provided for us on our arrival which was extremely kind. The beds were super comfortable. There is a car park under the building. This place has a really positive vibe. . You have to cross the street to get to the beach but for me it wasn't too noisy and it did not disturb me at all. Generally worth the money, comfortable and in a great location. Good starting spot for trips in the north/west/east I would highly recommend.

It was clean enough but not super clean ;). The only thing U have to bear in mind is to bring some ant powder if you mind. There are really tiny ants in the apartment ( not everywhere and not too many). They did not disturb us too much. We packed our food in closed bags and it was fine. But from what I have seen there are ants in every other apartment as well and hotels also.

The location is great and we had a partial sea view. It is on the public bus route.

Duvets on the beds would have been nice.

Location was great with secure private access to the main beach road from the property, Access to many restaurants within easy walking distance. Secure parking.

There was a problem with the hot water. We had none for our 4 night stay!. The owner did his best to get it fixed but to no avail. He offered compensation, another night stay, but we could not accept due to our itinerary, so bought us some groceries. Also offered a free 4 night stay if we come back to Mauritius.

- nice balcony with a lovely view, - kind neighbours, - a small pool with a shower, - beach and filao trees just across the street, as well as ice cream van and a fruit stall with fresh mangoes, coconuts and pineapples, - AC rooms, - washing machine in the bathroom, - spacious living room, - WiFi provided as well as TV but we never even turned it on as the island is too beautiful to waste time by watching TV, - a very kind and helping host, - firm beds, - about 6-10 minutes to restaurants and nearest supermarkets

- We had some ants, but, hey, we were on a tropical island with many different species living there :-) so we kept all our food in the fridge - Some people might find 3rd floor without an elevator a big issue but we didn't mind it. - The kitchen is a bit poorly equipped and warm water might take some time to start running

Very nice place with good view to the countryside and sea.
