Apartamento muy espacioso, bien ubicado en la playa de Flic en Flac. Parking en la puerta. Amabilidad de la persona que nos atendió.

Nada que objetar.

La ubicacion frente a la playa, cerca de todo, supermercados , restaurantes, casas de cambios, cajeros..la playa de enfrente es espectacular. El personal es amabilisimo. Recomendado 100%.

Por poner algun pero: falta secador de pelo y alguna toalla para pelo. Las almohadas son un poco bajas.

L'appartement du rdc était sombre et sentait le renfermé, la salle de bains beaucoup trop petite ainsi que le balcon. De plus la vue sur la plage était gênée par une vieille cabane en tôle.

La tranquillité la propreté la proximité de la plage et des arrêt de bus

La salle de bain un peu exigu ….mais on y passe pas sa journée

Had a lovely stay at Phoenix Beach Stay. The place was clean, comfortable, safe and had such a relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, with the beach right there to enjoy. Everything was well maintained, and the stay felt cozy and welcoming. A special thank you to Mr. Jean-Luc for being so accommodating and kindly arranging an early check-in for us. We truly appreciated his flexibility and warm hospitality. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely a place I would happily stay at again. Highly recommended!

L’emplacement et la vue sur la plage sont parfaits. L’accueil a été agréable.

La literie est à revoir et la route est tout de même assez passante. Le linge de lit est bouloché.

Service au top et propre avec le nettoyage . Cadre magnifique avec vu mer et filaos, top pour le pdj et le soleil couchant

Posizione stupenda vista mare, gli appartamenti vengono puliti tutti i giorni, il personale è gentilissimo.

Contrariamente a quanto indicato sull'annuncio non c'è parcheggio privato (anche se c'è un parcheggio pubblico proprio di fronte) e non c'è la lavatrice: si può utilizzare quella della lavanderia del residence ma solo in alcuni orari molto limitati.

La Cordialità di Patrick non ha uguali. È stato gentilissimo ad accoglierci e a fornirci tutte le indicazioni sulla struttura e sui dintorni. L'appartamento era piccolino rispetto alle nostre esperienze precedenti ma molto carino con una bella vista sul mare. Siamo stati contenti di pernottare qui 1 notte.

Attitude of the staff before my arrival

Location was amazing. The beach facing view was magnificent. Parking was very convenient. Accessibility in odd hours was good. Cleanliness was top notch. Kitchen setup was tidy but all right.

The shower might be a bit small if you are tall and the bed makes a lot of sound even with the slightest move

Nice location. Request for early check-in accepted by the incharge Mr Patrick. Very humble person. Facilities were up to the mark.

Close to beach and cost of the apartment is less compared to others. Although the facilities within the apartment are also minimal.

Washing machine and iron box are only available during specific hours and not sure what those hours are and are not mentioned anywhere while booking. Also difficult to communicate with the host as they only speak french. The beds were creaking.

Die Lage am Strand war super, ca. 1.5 km vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Personal war super nett und hat sich sofort gekümmert und alles gut erklärt. Zimmer waren groß, Betten bequem. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt.

Leider waren die Zimmer, obwohl sie sauber waren, für unseren Geschmack etwas schmuddelig. Die Couch, Vorhänge und im Bad gab es viele Flecken, die wieder einmal eine gründliche Reinigung nötig hätten.Im Zimmer hat es gerochen wie in einer Pommes Bude, was sich auch durch permanentes Lüften nicht ändern ließ. Wir hatten Appartement 3. Ob das in den anderen Appartements genauso war, können wir nicht sagen. Alles in allem war es okay, jedoch das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nur wegen der Lage nicht gerechtfertigt.

Nous avons aimé le balcon qui donne une belle vue mer et les restaurants à proximité.

La cuisine est tout équipée mais nous regrettons l’abcence de café ou de thé. La wifi n’a pas fonctionné durant notre séjour.

Location was great. The lady who came to clean the apartment was very polite and nice. Apartment was clean , had beach view and parking space. Someone was always available on WhatsApp for any queries or help. Our bed had some issues and they fixed it immediately

After late evening to morning 8, nobody is available at the reception. Can provide basic toiletries and bottle of water during the stay.

Located amazingly right across the beach with sea view facing balcony is indeed one's heart desire until the point when the reality sets in that between the building and the beach is a busy, noisy main road. Having said that the building is pristine, the apartment # 7 is very clean, spacious, elegantly designed, modern furnished and pleasant to inhabit. The host and staff are courteous and helpful. It's a great place with noise levels dropping at least now in the quiet winter season from around midnight for six or so hours.

As i tried my luck and cooked a simple, local dish for dinner I became aware that the cooking utensils are exceedingly spares. At least 2 decent kitchen chefs' knives would be appropriate. Bowls the likes used for many local dishes containing fried noodles, dumplings or rice would also be very practical. Clean dishwashing sponges would be appealing. Won't be harmful to pay a bit more attention to details.

Petit bémol, la navette aéroport gratuite devrait être retirée des services proposés par l'établissement sur booking, cela porte à confusion car ils font référence au taxi gratuit proposé par booking à partir d'un certain prix pour chaque hôtel. Résultat : on s'attendait à un taxi gratuit pour le retour à l'aéroport, vu qu'on a eu le taxi de booking de l'aéroport à l'hôtel à l'arrivée. Mais à par cela tout était parfait.

le lit fait un peu de bruit, mais ce n’est pas un gros problème en soi, on entend un peu les voisins mais ça s’est arrêté très vite.

The bed was making creeping noises and vehicle noise from outside was coming inside.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am öffentlichen Strand und bietet ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten auf einem öffentlichen, kostenfreien Parkplatz. Es war sehr sauber.

Die Küche war rudimentär ausgestattet. Für einfache Mahlzeiten ausreichend, für ein größeres Kochen nicht geeignet. Das Bad war sehr klein und eher unkomfortabel für größere Menschen. Sehr dicke Bettdecke für die anhaltenden warmen Temperaturen trotz Klimaanlage.

Great location, with the beach directly across the road. The room was clean and tidy. Lots of options within walking distance. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The accommodation is very well priced.

The beach directly across the road isn't the best for swimming. The beds were a little uncomfy and access to the laundry facilities is limited.

The size of the apartment, there was plenty of room in the main room plus a great balcony overlooking the beach and main road. Access to a laundry.

I liked that the place is in front of the beach. That made it very easy to make a visit to see the beach every day, even for a few minutes.

The place is not comfortable, it is poorly designed and not very clean. The sofas are not nice and impossible to enjoy a relaxed afternoon reading a book laying on it. The apartment is not well cleaned. The only advantage of it is the location.

Manque une climatisation ou un ventilateur dans la pièce centrale…mais ce n’est pas bien grave

Apartament posiadał dwie sypialnie, salon z aneksem kuchennym i wyjściem na mały balkon ze stolikiem tylko dla dwóch osób. Na balkonie była suszarka. Bardzo mała łazienka. Aneks kuchenny był minimalistycznie wyposażony, ale wystarczająco do robienia śniadań. Codziennie apartament był sprzątany. Za ulicą i parkingiem przy plaży jest wejście na piaszczystą publiczną plażą. Stąd plaża ciągnie się kilka kilometrów, a wzdłuż resortów plaża z palmami. Zdecydowanie lokalizacja jest dobrym miejscem wypadowym do atrakcji np.: Le Morne, Chamarel, Grand Bassin Temple, Port Louis oraz nurkowanie z delfinami. Blisko są sklepy i restauracje ze smacznym hinduskim jedzeniem.

Zaskoczeniem było to, że zdjęcia z oferty nie zgadzały się z rzeczywistością. Zdjęcia wskazywały, że będziemy mieszkać na najwyższym piętrze i dlatego wybraliśmy ten apartament, mając do wyboru po sąsiedzku o połowę tańszy na parterze. Tymczasem zamieszkaliśmy na parterze z widokiem na parking przed plażą i sąsiedni remontowany budynek. Na uwagi o niezgodności zdjęć z oferty recepcjonista zareagował bardzo nieuprzejmie. Przycisk do spłuczki w ubikacji był pęknięty, co utrudniało korzystanie, a w ostatnim dniu woda w umywalce nie spływała. Sugerujemy zamieszczać zdjęcia oferowanego konkretnego apartamentu z faktycznym widokiem na zewnątrz. Pomimo opisanych niedogodności spędziliśmy tydzień, który pozostawił piękne wspomnienia z Mauritiusa.

We arrived about mid day and our room was ready. Patrick, on reception, is very welcoming and will happily give you advice on where to eat or excursions. Nice balcony with a great view There isn't on site parking, as such, but it is just across the road, plenty of spaces.

The apartment was massive but only had a very small bathroom which is quite tight, with nowhere to hang towels or lay out toiletries. The balcony furniture is too big to allow you to get in and out easily. The airer, also on the balcony, is a bit rickety. Time for a new one I think. There isn't a washing machine, as described on the booking.com website (though not listed on the app. Not sure that the cleaner bothered on our last day, and the balcony was a bit of a mess after bad weather that day.
