Sleep@161 Benade Drive

Everything was clean, and what we needed was there. The parking is safe behind the main house, and we left our bikes on the bike rack, and we like that. The host communicated with us and was very accommodating, as we only arrived very late.

We didn't stay long enough to pick up anything to improve. All was clean and the bedding was nice and warm for a place such as Bloemfontein.

The property is conveniently located, easily accessible and it’s well maintained.

Welcoming was super nice. The owner was helpful

Comfortable bed. Clean facilities. Friendly host.

A truly amazing stay ❤️ lovely hosts, shops are nearby and the accommodation itself is lovely, beautiful and comfy set-up

Very clean and tidy. Equipped Everthing you need.

The location is great and the room self is more than what you need

Everything was great and there is nothing not to like

Unlike some overnight accommodation in the area, this one is spacious and suitable for 2 people (and their bags and overnight needs). There are ample space for our bags, the kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to prepare and serve a quick eat-in meal, there are comfortable chairs to relax, and the bathroom and shower are separate. There is even an extra single bed in which to cosy up and watch TV. Very clever design and spacial flow.

Absolutely nothing

Clean. Comfortable. 100%

The location was good close to restaurants. The host accommodating with times. Shower was perfect.

The main bed was a bit hard, but passable for a overnight.

Easy check in and check out

We enjoyed our Easter days with my family. This will be our second home in Bloem. Thanks very much Anita.

Nothing except water from the shower wasn't hot but just lukewarm.

Perfect location and emaculate facility

Our room was well equipped, clean and super comfortable, I appreciated electric blankets in that cold weather in bloemfontein, the aircon was working perfectly to keep the room warm. The bed were well made up and clean and our host was very nice and welcoming.

The water was bit lukewarm. But we managed just fine

The unit was very well appointed with everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and everything worked and was well maintained. My Fiancé especially loved the big TV and size of the room. The decor was beautiful. We especially loved the tea and rusks and the cookies. It was one of our best overnight stays. We will definitely be back. Also there was enough parking and the host was very welcoming.

Nothing

Self catering

Wifi was non-existant Water was remotely stopped without informing us. Gyser was switched off so we bathed with cold water.

The place was clean and comfortable. It's well equipped for self catering. Arrived late and left early in the morning, wished we could have spent more days. I highly recommend it.

Very neat, comfortable and a pleasure to stay at. Highly recommend it.

We had a lovely welcome and although our stay was short, we felt refreshed when we left the following morning.

Ina and Stephan were wonderful hosts. Warm and lovely couple, very helpful and understanding. We would stay there every time we visit Bloemfontein.

I booked on very short notice and Ina and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The bathroom and the shower was large and had ample hot water. The premises is near shopping centres and the highway and was easy to locate.

Very clean, easy to access, and comfortable. Well worth it.

All was perfect.
