The aircon does work well during winter, it just makes a lot of noise and no warmth coming from and will cause blocked nose. The flooring is very cold during winter, im sure its pleasant during summer times. Please provide more carpets and a working aircon.

We knew that there would only be a bath in the bathroom, but a shower or a shower in the bath would've been lovely. The bath was very nice though!

Reviewed Apr 9, 2025The property is very well thought out and is very calming and relaxing. I enjoyed the fact that everything was later put perfectly. The TV had a tv stick which meant that I could log into my apps and feel like being home away from home.
The blinds need to be replaced they take away privacy because they are missing parts. The placement of the TV because it is too small it was hard to watch from bed and required one to sit uncomfortably to be able to watch the TV.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2025It was close to the hospital and easy to find. Host gave me directions and was extremely helpful. It was clean and spacious, safe. Beds were comfortable. We had hot water and everything we needed to use. Instructions were clear and informative about check in and check out. She responded to my whatsapp immediately.

When we informed the host that the WiFi had stopped working ,she sent her husband to come n check . He really looked uninterested and made us look like we were bothering him . But Alta was really helpful

My request was for two rooms since we three adults,two parents and adult daughter but to my surprise it was one apartment with two beds. I had to book an alternative accommodation for my daughter elsewhere. Very disappointing.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, even turning on the air conditioning so the room would be cozy when we returned. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Additionally, the room rates were affordable. The guest house is also centrally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Highly recommend!
