Location, cleanliness and service support were excellent.

We had an amazing stay at Golden Square Villa! The place is beautifully maintained, very clean, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private pool was definitely a highlight, and the rooftop terrace made evenings extra special. The villa is spacious and well-equipped, making it ideal for families or groups. The host was extremely helpful, responsive, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and a great overall experience. Would definitely comeback!

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft für 7 Personen. Wir wurden wunderbar betreut, hatten einen tollen Pool und eine riesige Dachterrasse.

We really liked the design and cleanliness of the villa, the comfort of the rooms, and especially the private pool. Everything was well-maintained, and the place felt calm, private, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Do not hesitate to book the villa, it is a real gem in the west of Mauritius. A talented host ready to listen to you always!

Very well appointed appartment, bonus roof terrace, with sea views. Air-conditioining works perfectly. Large table, good beds. Overall a great place to stay.

Be aware that one of the three bathrooms has a little musty smell, as it has very poor ventillation. We ended up only using it for the washing machine and short bathroom breaks.

Everything. The villa was beautifully designed, very clean, and comfortable. We especially loved the private pool, the calm atmosphere, and the attention to detail. It felt cozy yet modern, perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was also great and convenient.

Nothing in particular. Everything met our expectations and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Value for money. A very neat and clean and comfortable. The host was always available and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

The pool cleaning motor did not work, but when we informed the owner of the property he took quick action. That was very good.

Environnement un peu bruyant, route, travaux...Le ménage notamment des robinetteries est moyen. La location est un peu isolée de tout et nécessite un véhicule.

We had such an amazing time at the Golden Square Villa. The host, Mr Vidz, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. He was also easily reachable on his phone, which was a huge comfort and made the whole experience stress-free. ​We were so impressed with how beautiful the villa was. The pool was a huge highlight for us, and the rooftop provided the perfect spot to unwind. The location is ideal for exploring, but honestly, the place is so great, you'll be tempted to just stay in and enjoy it. ​A definite 10/10—we highly recommend it and will be back again.

We really loved this place, we had a pleasant stay, the owner Mr. Vidz is very kind. I had a hassle-free check in and check out. Big shout to Mr. Vidz for excellent hosting.

The kitchen was well equipped and even food ingredients like Salt, sugar, Tea, coffee etc were available.

There were plumbing issues / water pressure issues in 2 of the washrooms. The flush tank was not operating and the faucet had leakages.

The owner was helpful and responsive, the place was comfortable and safe. Since it is a very quiet place, would be ideal for small groups looking for a calm and relaxing environment rather than a party setting.

We faced some minor ant issues and would have loved if the pool was heated.

It is a secured gated villa which offers good security. There was everything in the Villa you needed for a comfortable stay. The owner Mr Vidz is very knowledgeable, attentive and responds to all your queries promptly. This is very helpful especially when you are staying in a new area. He is a fantastic host. Pool was cleaned several times during our stay.

I paid for the use of the whole villa, but when I arrived several rooms were locked - including two bedrooms and a bathroom. I was told if I wanted to use the other two bedrooms that I'd have to pay extra!

The accommodation is in a nice residential complex, and everything was fine. We especially liked the large patio and pool, which made for a comfortable stay. The host was always responsive and quick to answer any questions.

There was no coffee machine, no barbecue, which was a bit inconvenient.

Loved the privacy of the house despite being located close to other houses. It is well fenced and secured and you can have all your privacy whilst inside and outside in the backyard and pool. The place was very clean, tv had netflix and the water in the shower was well heated.

The space in the rooms were a little tight but that was not a big deal as all the required comfort was there! Our stay there was just too short!

Nothing not to like!

The villa was very clean and we could see that it is well-taken care of. It is a quiet area so it is best for chill barbecues with friends and the comfort was up to our expectations. I also liked the fact that it is close to the natural pool, where we got to enjoy a beautiful sunset.

As mentioned before, it is a very quiet area, so if more people were to come, it is not very convenient. Moreover, it is a bit far from super markets or the public beach, if you do not have a car.

The accommodation was modern, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Sitting on the upstairs deck and watching the sun go down over the sea was a favourite way to spend the evening. We also loved the quiet location - close enough for a short drive into town for dinner, far enough away for peace and serenity. Our host, Mr Vidz, was simply brilliant. Always willing to help and give advice. He made our stay comfortable and special

Lovely villa, very clean, large space, private pool and rooftop relaxation area. Everything was brand new, clean, and worked flawlessly. In general, we did not regret that the choice fell on this place. Special thanks to the host, Mr. Vidz, very great attention to the comfort and convenience of the guests, answers any questions at any time and is always ready to help!

There is rats in the villa. We took a video for the owner to see. When we found the rat in the kitchen, we agreed with the owner that we should only pay for the 2 nights we stayed at the villa, and get a refund of the last 3 nights. When we got back home he would only refund us for 2 nights. So the owner can not be trusted. I would not recommend this place at all. Stay away.

The property concept is very nice. Villa was really clean, cosy and well equipped. Mr Vidz is such a welcoming host. Definitely recommended for your future stay.

The owner was polite and helpful. The location was nice and we could easily cover west and southern parts of the island from there.

The friendliness of the host, Mr. Vidz, makes it incredibly easy to have a pleasant chat with him. Moreover, he proves to be super helpful when it comes to providing directions and recommendations. In fact, he went above and beyond by even booking a restaurant for us.

The Host was exceptionally friendly and helpful while the whole trip. He even brought a traditional breakfast and helped with planing trips. If I had a question he was very quick and helpful with the response. the pool was cleaned three times a week. AC in every room

everything was fine - just maybe add a toilet brush to every bathroom because the water fountain may not clean everything.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

The villa is very clean , nice and comfortable for a family especially with kids . It was to our expectations. The host Vidour is a very nice and welcoming person , caring for his customers , will ask if everything is ok . We did not get any problems while staying there . Water pressure and heater , aircon , fridge , etc. all were functionning very well . No issues at all . I highly recommend this villa if you are a family of about 6 - 8 persons . For sure , my family and myself will go again there and hopefully stay longer . Always keep up your villa clean , nice and welcoming .

Very stylish, comfortable. Much thought went into interior design. Outside areas are lovely for relaxing either next to the pool or sundowners on the roof top.
