Very large property with a variety of services. Breakfast and dinner buffets had lots of options. Loved the views from and the drinks at their outfoor bar. The gym is open long hours from 6am until 10pm. Lovely infinity pool.

I was missing the personal and homely feel of other Mauritian resorts but overall a good experience. It’s quite a walk to the prettiest parts of Flic en Flac beach.

I was initially quite skeptical about staying at a resort, as I was worried it might feel too touristy and overcrowded. However, Anelia Resort & Spa completely changed my mind. The resort is huge, and even though it can accommodate many guests, I never once felt cramped or overwhelmed by crowds. The gardens surrounding the property and in which the rooms are spread out are absolutely beautiful. You can walk along the little paths and discover a wonderful variety of plants and flowers. The infinity pool is stunning. When you swim in it, you really feel as though you could swim straight into the ocean, and it is also the perfect spot to enjoy an incredible sunset. Pool towels are provided. The beach is unfortunately quite small, but the resort makes the most of the space with a lovely sandy area with palm trees and sun loungers, where you can still enjoy the ocean views beyond the rocks. There is also a beautiful natural pool formed among the rocks, which is a lovely place to relax. Right next to the hotel, there is also a snorkelling and diving centre. We joined a snorkelling excursion beyond the reef and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, fun and professional. They helped us spot several different marine animals and made sure that everyone, regardless of their level of experience, could enjoy the trip and feel comfortable in the water. Our room was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean, and the sea view from our small balcony was simply priceless. We chose half board and were very happy with the food. There was plenty of variety and generous portions, with different dishes every evening. The evening entertainment was not intrusive at all; instead, it was a pleasant addition to the stay. We were also lucky enough to attend an evening featuring traditional local music and dancing. It took place by the sea and was a truly special experience. Finally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Due to an unforeseen major maintenance issue our room was closed for essential repair works. Anelia Resort & Spa arranged an other hotel (a better one ;)) and free airport transportation for our arrival and departure. I cant say anything about the hotel itself but the service you get is absolutely 10/10!

La plage est très belle, les chambres aussi malgré une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain. rez-de-chaussée au niveau de la piscine bof mais mais juillet ça va, peut de monde dans la piscine. Massage au spa très bien. Le rapport qualité-prix du buffet le soir est excellent.

Le bar de la piscine est éloigné et pas super convivial, on y prend son verre et on retourne le boire à la piscine ou sur sa terrasse. Une grand partie du personnel n'est pas Mauricienne et ne parle pas français, pas un problème pour moi ça peut l'être pour d'autres...

La vista dalla piscina!

Venendo da Gran Baie dove avevamo scelto il Seapoint, abbiamo subito notato la differenza nel momento dell’accoglienza. Il personale era super stressato e stanco di fare qualsiasi cosa. Un mega villaggio grande, l’accesso al mare era impossibilitato fatto eccezione per qualche piccolo punto, poi solo rocce. Le stanze super dislocate e solo un bagno disponibile vicino alla reception poi per il resto nessun bagno nelle zone comuni e per questo dovevi andare sempre in camera e percorrere grandi distanze! La colazione sempre la stessa e con poca scelta, davvero no comment! Le pulizie lente e superficiali…

Destacar las cenas y desayunos. Las instalación estaban muy bien.

Mi recomendación es que mejoren en la zona de ocio las cosas que reservan a los clientes de forma gratuita: raquetas de tenis, palas de pin pong y los tacos de billard. Ya que tienen esas instalaciones es muy recomendable un mejor estado de los utensilios

Het personeel en hun instelling. We moesten voor elke kleine vraag drie keer naar de receptie bellen en kregen vaak loze beloften zoals: “er komt iemand aan” of “jullie krijgen zo bezoek van de housekeeping” tot het echt irritant begon te worden en we zelf onze koffers maar naar de receptie hebben gereden bij vertrek. Niet dat ik dat niet erg vind maar wanneer je beloofd om binnen een half uur een mannetje te sturen voor de bagage en die komt na een uur nog niet opdagen… verder kregen we een hotel tour door een medewerkster die de Engelse taal niet goed beheerste en alles enorm snel opratelde en in een veel te hoog tempo alles wilde laten zien. Ook zag je personeel onderling ruzie maken, niemand keek alsof hij er ook maar enigzins zin in had en het was gewoon een drama service. Ik kom hier nooit meer terug en raad het jullie niet aan.

الموظفين لا تبدو عليهم ملامح الترحيب أو اللطف أقمت في الفندق لمدة ثلاث ليالٍ، لكن للأسف كان الإفطار غير متنوع، إذ كانت الأصناف نفسها تُقدم كل يوم، وكنت أتمنى وجود تنويع أكبر في قائمة الإفطار.

Sehr gut. Sogar besser als Erwartet. Unser Zimmer war sauber, groß und hatte wundervollen Meerblick. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel konnte auf jeden Fall schönere Bilder hochladen. War positiv überrascht.

Konumu çok güzeldi. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve doyurucuydu güzeldi. Her şey dahil kalmadık ama akşam yemeklerinde de çoğu zaman otelde yemek yedik. Akşam yemeklerini de çok beğendik hint mutfağı özellikle bize hitap ettiği için genel olarak hint yemekleri ağırlıklıydı.

Odamız çok kötüydü ses etmedik ancak kapımız kırıktı ve yan odadan tüm sesleri duymamızı sağlayan ara bir kapımız vardı. Yastığımda saç gördüm ama temiz kokuyordu. Yapışmış olabilir diye ses etmedim. Oda servisi ve mini bar yok. Banyomuz ya çok sıcak su ya da çok soğuk su ile yıkanmamıza sebebiyet veriyordu. Havuzu çok soğuktu gerçekten gerilemeyecek kadar üşütüyordu. Otelden denize girmek kolay değildi ufak bir tuzlu su havuzu gibi bir yer yapmışlar orası tatlıydı. Akşam yemeklerimiz ücrete dahil değildi sanki kaçak yemek yiyecekmişiz gibi muamele gördük açık büfeden satın alıp yemek yerken çekindik bu konuda. Masaj gibi belirli olanlar pahalıydı. Etkinlikler yetersizdi ama zaten ülke genelinde gece hayatı çok yok

L'hotel est bien situé ! Il est vraiment magnifique avec accès à la plage direct ! Et petite piscine naturelle dans l'hôtel pour voir pleins de poissons, oursins vraiment ça c'était inattendu 😍😍😍🙏 Le spa est top, le personnel est charmant et le lieu est juste beau ! Encore mieux que sur les photos

The hotel is quite well placed, away from the flic n flac main street but within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and the credit goes to all the staff who are very friendly and very accommodating.

There is limited choice for vegetarian person, who doesn't eat eggs, either in hotel and local restaurants around. We were on bed and breakfast basis.

Belle emplacement de l'hôtel qui a de belles infrastructures. L'emplacement à côté de la plage de Flic en flac est très agréable puisque l'hôtel n'a pas de plage

Très mauvais fonctionnement et la propreté laisse a desire . La chambre était sale et même quand le nettoyage était fait , c'était toujours sale. Je l'ai signalé au directeur . Le service est nul: J'ai demandé deux verres en chambre on m'a dit qu'il faut payer 600 roupies. Je n'ai pas eu de télé comme il fait ( images parasites ) pendant tout mon séjour même si je faisais une demande chaque jour. Même au restaurant c'est compliqué . Les serviettes sont toujours aussi usée et râpés. C'est vraiment dommage. Et pourtant il ne manque pas grand chose pour ce soir vraiment agréable. Quoi dire du service. J'attends depuis plus de 2 mois ma facture . Je ne reviendrai pas.

Very quite location at the top end of fick en Flac, loved the gardens and sea views

Salle de sport et piscine avec fermeture tardive, emplacement proche des commodités et du parc Casela (10min) , grande piscine , produits douche offerts, buffet varié et à thème. Hôtel calme ( en dehors des horaires d’animation) et assez joli

Équipement vieillissant, quelques personnes du personnel peut accueillante voire désagréable, énormément de bruit lors du dîner/ déjeuner car les animations sont trop proche du buffet (le volume était trop élevé) trop cher pour ce qui est proposé comparé à d’autres hôtels 4 étoiles.

Emplacement exceptionnel avec de nombreux endroits pour se détendre et être tranquille. 2 piscines vue sur mer, une petite plage sympa. Buffet copieux et personnel vraiment agréable. Chambre standard spacieuse et nickel. C était mon anniversaire et j ai eut droit à un gâteau surprise vraiment une gentille attention! Merci à toute l équipe.

The location was perfect and the time we spent there was so relaxing, maybe partly due to it being a weekday with fewer guests therefore less busy

The pillows were horrible, given us neck pain in the morning and we also could not sleep at night due to this as well as the noise coming from the fridge when everything else was switched off. Also the light from the phone and the tv were distracting too, therefore sleepwise it was not a very good night for us. If we knew how to unplug all of these we would have

Tesisin tamamı çok güzel. Sadece okyanusta yüzmek için kumlu yüzme plajı olsa daha güzel olurdu. Okyanusa kumlu giriş daha çok su sporları için gibi görünüyor. Ama doğal okyanus suyu havuzu çok güzel, ama çocuklar için uymaz.

Grande chambre confortable. Repas (petit-déjeuner et dîner en buffet) bien fournis. Personnel agréable. Piscine et piscine naturelle dans un beau cadre. Nous avons également profité de la salle de jeux (tennis de table, billard) et de la salle de sport. Animations le soir.

1 seul choix de confiture pour tout ce grand buffet de petit déjeuner, dommage.

Hôtel familial avec de bonnes prestations et du personnel sympathique

Le kiosque avec le matériel de plage à des horaires qui ne conviennent pas du tout. Cela a été très difficile de pouvoir faire un tour en canoë entre les marées et le stand qui termine soit à 14h soit à 15h soit à 16h.

Salle de bain vétuste , demande une rénovation (contraste avec la chambre qui très grande et moderne ) Les travaux juste à côté de la chambre , pas simple de faire la sieste des bébés on a attendu 1h nos bagages au Check out , avec 2 enfants en bas âges , sous la chaleur c’était pas cool

The shower looked dirty and needs renovating

The location is great. The gardens are lovely and the rock pool a fabulous place to snorkel.

The boat house promises several excursions, but for the entire 10 days it was not possible as the tide did not come high enough to get past the rocks. They are also very poor at explaining the problem and not friendly in offering to call you and advise if it will be possible. You have to keep going there and they get a bit rude.

This was absolutely exceptional experience and we would recommend staying in this hotel to everyone. Perfect from the room to the staff and delicious food. We stayed during the Mauritius national holidays and the hotel even organized a special celebration for the guests including national music and dances. Special thanks to the hotel manager Navindra who took such a great care of us. We wouldn't hesitate a minute to come back.

We loved the big pools and lots of sunbeds available at the pools and beach area. Breakfast was very good. Beautiful gardens en views. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was nice and clean!

Staff were reasonably friendly. Food adequate

This booking proved to be a mistake and a disappointment. The room we booked did not warrant the description "superior ocean view". Several of the tiles on the balcony floor were cracked or broken and skirting tile borders missing altogether. Cockroaches appeared from a hole on this floor every evening. The room was very small (the bed took a large part of the floor area) and there was no space to store our suitcases. There was an odour from the shower and the shower tray slippery and dangerous especially for people of our ages, A general feeling of neglect arose in our minds. We understand the resort is about forty years old and it showed. There is no real view of the ocean from the balcony as it is obscured by palm trees. The photographs on the website suggests the resort enjoys a sandy beach but, in reality, this is not the case. Most of the "beach" area appears to be covered by a membrane of some description topped by a thin layer of grit and sand. There are many rocks which are difficult to navigate to gain access to the adjoining public beach. In addition to this there are no facilities in the resort for swimming in the sea. The food, in the main, was adequate if biased towards Indian cuisine. However it must be said that on our last evening at the resort the food was barely warm. We are not habitual complainers and did not address any of these issues directly to reception but during two of our evening meals we were approached respectively by the general manager and one of his subordinates (during their rounds) to whom we expressed our concerns. We received the usual platitudes and banalities and were offered another room but due to our relative short stay did not think it worth the effort. In any case we fail to understand why we were given this room in the first place because it is inconceivable to us that the management was unaware of its condition. The only action that was taken was some patching up by some material.

The WiFi in the rooms is extremely erratic and not stable. Had to constantly move to reception area.
