Un po’ scarso di oggetti cucina e alcune cose sarebbero da sostituire. Poco accogliente. In alcune strutture i clienti trovano un minimo di benvenuto.

Amenities were good, location excellent

This is not a complaint, but the mattress needs a steam clean (few stains). The upstairs neighbour no.324 has a dog that has been urinating on there balcony, which is landing on the railings and floor of your balcony and below. this was every morning early.

We liked the location and the pool.

The poolside toilets were always locked so had to keep going back to room for facilities.

Property was excellent for space and location.

Central location. Ground floor so no stairs. Bottle of wine was a really nice gesture.

Lack of internet Fridge not very cold, milk and butter kept going off! Lack of safe to store valuables and passports. Bed and pillows very soft.

Quite run down. Some of the beds in very bad condition. My son’s beds had springs pushing up through the mattress. Very uncomfortable. Slats were missing for another bed. Nowhere to dry clothes, the drying frame was broken.

Would of like some single beds

First of all, I want to say it was very difficult to find the location, there is no reception or staff and when tried to ring the office they would not talk English 😕. I requested a cot for the baby and never got one. I emailed the next day and never got an answer back. I would never back again in those apartments and would not recommend anyone to go there.

Accommodation was in great location close to shops restaurants and beach. Pool was lovely, accommodation was spacious. We we were very pleased with it and would book again. Lovely welcome bottle of wine was very nice

It was all fine but no plug in kitchen sink to wash up properly. The big bins were a bit of a walk so if staying for more than a few days it's a bit of a trek to throw rubbish away

Great Location, Beach is literally just around the corner with multiple bars,cafes and shops, buses where close to access everything else.

The weekend I went down was cold, so felt a little cold in the appointment,no cc. Apartment wasn't amazing or super clean,just good enough to stay and sleep. There was no hot water to shower.

The sofa bed was not great to sleep on and the TV didn't appear to work (only radio channels) but the best improvement you could do is to provide WiFi

Location was perfect for us. Someone was on hand to repair things.

The toaster was broken, more dish cloths needed. A kitchen utensil for the frying pan was missing. The shower was not working properly when we tried it. Both broken items were repaired but should have been done before we arrived.

Location was perfect space in the apartment was more than enough for three adults and two children with good outdoor area

The property location is excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Property marketed for 7 people. The beds slept 5 with the addition of a sofa bed, however this wouldn’t be comfortable. The sofa was a 2 seater and that was the only comfortable seating, leaving the hard dining chairs as the only other seating. The balcony was very small with 4 seats . The hot water ran out quickly, meaning 3 people could have a short shower each before the water went cold. The mattress in the double room was stained, without a mattress cover, also the pillows.

The location is excellent and the appartment good apart from no wi fi and no change of bedding. It was ridiculously expensive compared to the other 7 times I have stayed in Tahiche especially when the apartment next door was paying 75% less than me for 2 people.

The appartment is located in the lively part of Costa Teguise and close to the beach. The layout of the appartment is nice. Two balconies. Sun througout the day.

This review is for appartment 301. (other appartments might be in a different state) The overall maintenance of the appartment is not ok. Multiple things were broken or not in good order. Bulbs not working, broken chair, cabinets. A lamp next to the bed but not possible to connect it to power. Iron with a UK plug. The bathroom was dirty. Urine smell that we could not get cleaned. Bathtub dirty between tiles and corner. Dirty pillows. We notified Realrent about several issues and they promised to come over and fix it but they never showed up. The appartment is noisy. You can hear the neighbours talk through the walls. The neighbours (permanent stay) are very noisy and held parties till late in the evening.

The location, the atmosphere

The only bad thing any of us can say about it was the pillow situation. There wernt enough, and some were badly marked. The beds in the single rooms were also very hard.

Couldn’t open the windows in the front bedroom due to wind. Needs some sort of shutter.

The location was excellent. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, safe for children. Apartment was spacious and clean.

The room got really hot. Fans were provided but were too noisy for night time. Could have done with a spare key.

Very bare, nothing in the presses - not even salt, sugar etc. I'm not sure if the apartment is newly taken acquired by the property company but a few little add ons would make it alot more comfortable. No locks on doors, no communication from owners.

The location was good and had good facilities on the resort.

Location was fantastic and highly recommend the area.

There where things that could be enhanced in this apartment, To begin, a simple welcome folder with instructions on where to put garbage/ recycling, etc. The apartment could do with a ‘deep clean’ corner areas in bathrooms where grotty. The ‘travel’ kettle in the kitchen Is definitely a hazard, too small , and boils over and over with lid flipping up and boiling water flowing out. Need replaced. Curtains in triple bedroom are a disgrace, ripped and pen marks all over them. Need replaced Brush and shovel for sweeping are worn out. Need replaced Clothes airer in balcony is rusted, leaving washings stained. Need replaced. Just a simple a investment from the owners of this apartment would help other guests.

No hot water. Dirty towels outside front door. Broken bathroom bin. Broken bedroom drawers. Dirty sheets. Lumpy pillows. Microwave frame broken. No reply from owner or booking.com despite constant messages. Room 301 avoid. Disgusted.

The apartment nice was spacious and in an ideal location for beach, bars and restaurants. Plenty of utensils etc provided and good WiFi in living room. Nice sunny little balcony overlooking pool and large balcony at otherside looking out to sea and bars.

The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable and there was no protectors on the mattress or pillow cases otherwise everything was fine. Although the advertisement said toiletries in the bathrooms, there was none, however there is a supermarket underneath.

Location was great apartment was basic but clean.

THE CLEANING PRODUCTS: it is self catering but a sponge, some washing up liquid, small shower gel and soap would have improved the stay. We bought these washing products and left them, they did not cost much, so hopefully they will be there for the next arrivals. The check out was at 10am our flight was at 19.25pm it would be great if there was a room to store your bags when you check out.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment in a fantastic location in the heat of Costa Teguise. All facilities within the apartment were well thought out; we didn't struggle to find anything we needed & our bedroom had perfect sea views & a very comfortable bed. Being right next door to the supermarket was also very convenient & being so close to the beach was a real plus point. The pool was lovely - great temperature & very clean. We had a problem with the shower head the first night but a quick email had that repaired & functioning by the middle of the next day. Great service. We would happily stay at this location again & would recommend it.

Outside furniture let it down very uncomfortable fold up wooden slat chairs. Plastic ones can't be expensive and would have made the experience a lot better. This is the only reason we won't book this apartment again .

Lovely excellent sized apartment with beach view & good facilities (two bathrooms, washing machine, toaster, microwave, terrace and balcony). The room was ready when we arrived at 13;00. Nice pool area with bar and direct access to supermarket.

The lock box was a bit fiddly and may need updated soon. Communal areas could do with a bit of an update but nothing to do with apartment. There were a number of cockroaches once we opened the wardrobe :(

Great location, was right in middle of everything. Good size apartment. Colors cafe & bar was brilliant on site, David couldn't do enough for us. Loved Costa Teguise was nicer than PDC that we visited last year. Great place, great people, loved it.

No one came to empty our bins, change the beds or towels in 5 days while we were there!! We ended up getting washing pods,and washed the towels ourselves. People who rent these apartments out need to replace the awful sun loungers, omg so uncomfortable, had to use a pillow each day underneath me. So very windy, no matter where you went on the complex. Do get abit of calm right at the very back. Bit of advice bring best suncreams, the supermarket brand clear sprays, are no good. Very dear here for them, as we found. Save money and buy them in uk before you come We got 'windburn' which you wouldn't believe, but its true. Make sure bring those big pegs for your towels aswell, or you can buy them in bazaar by the apartments , ha ha! Go to Decades which is over the Road from the square, it's a great night live music, Tony is great singer & staff are brill. El Rincon is a fab place to eat tapas, and quite reasonable, thats in the square too! Omg the food was aaammmaazing, not alot on the menu, but even a fussy one like me, managed find amazing prawns in garic butter, chicken taco's all wow!! Fancy a drink in the day,sitting outside the snug in sqare on comfy seats - a must lol! Then thats what it's all about

Sofa-bed is not fit for purpose. Mattress is very thin and could feel the thick metal bar beneath it. Had to sleep on it as a sofa - fortunately, it was not 2 people using it! Should have a proper ironing board, rather than a small thing to lay on top of a surface - made it difficult to iron. We arrived quite late because of a delayed flight. Had we been an hour or so later, the supermarket would have been closed. I think that there should be a toilet roll and a bottle of water as a bare minimum in a welcome pack. There was NOTHING.

We had a lovely stay and met some lovely people staying a couple of apartments before ours, great location .

The patio furniture has seen better days and very uncomfortable 🥴

Property was fine no issues there, but it took as a hit of time to find the apartment as there is no signpost with numbers Pool could be a bit cleaner

Room 218 very good size, two bedroom, two bathroom. all appliances in the kitchen. clean enough. sea view from large terrace and pool view from bedroom balcony. nice pool, supermarket access

Very easy the keys were in a lock box on the wall outside the property. The location is superb with direct access to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely book this place again.

Our week the weather was hot and the apartment gets very warm. There were 4 adults staying and there is only 1 stand up fan, no ceiling fans or other fans so a bit limited for keeping cool.

not a holiday rental its a workers block loads of bikes everywhere, dirty communal areas, arrived late at night dropped bags in went for food and drinks got back to the room and tried to go to bed but the wife fell through the bed as the lattes were held in place with packaging tape sofa bed was filty covered in stains so hardly slept, got up early looked around the apartment and found lots of sharp cracked tiles, curtains and nets repped and full of holes, bathroom was full of could around the bath, scratches all over the walls, electrical box had no cover on it, sat on the balcony and couldn't see a thing due to over grown tree not like the photos in the advert, not wanting to waste anymore of our holiday we went and booked into a hotel and left, contacted the company when we returned and got fobbed off total waste of money we have been going to this resort for years normally 3-5 times a year and will never stop in these apartments again

Apartment very clean, modern and spacious. Great location.

Only issue was the fridge was not working properly so we had to throw away food we bought, and drinks not cold.

Very noisy hotel next door which was quite overpowering Balcony furnished uncomfortable. I like to sit on the balcony quite a lot and the table and chairs could be a lot better for not much money.
