The Loft Imago

I like how the host is so friendly towards us. The rooms are clean, and the facilities are complete!

Just wish there are drinking water provided hehe something like Coway perhaps?

Strategic place

Abit slow wifi on TV

Great view, big room, many toilets

Owner sngt peramah dn baik juga jujur.

Tp sngt sdih bila masuk rumah baby saya trus mnangis dngn kerap. Sehingga sush di pujuk smpi wktu dftr kluar.sprti ketakutan.

The location is great as it is directly connected to Imago Shopping Mall and very convenient. The owner was very kind and helpful, and provided clear information about the parking, lift, and hotel.

The bed was a little itchy, and the bidet had not good have leak and the water pressure was low

Location. Parking space.

The facilities provided are quite old and run-down. The ironing board, iron, hairdryer, and TV are outdated, and the air conditioner is not cold enough. The refrigerator was not cleaned properly, and I noticed fungus/mold inside, which was quite unpleasant. The bath mat in the main bedroom was also very old and did not appear clean.

everything from the check in to the check out

nothing because everything is perfect

Great Location

The apartment was really good, the host is so king and friendly. The main reason I liked is the view and location because we can access multiple malls since it was located at centre. So, far everything good there place loft.

One of the lift wasn't working and one of the bedroom light is dimming

Clean

The furniture need tu upgrade

The unit was clean and all the air conditioners and water heaters worked well. The host was very friendly, responsive, and informative, making the stay smooth and enjoyable.

The strategic location and clear instructions from owner

Near shopping mall and have dedicated car parking

The lift button sometimes very hard to press

Excellent place to stay due to its close proximity to shopping centers. Apartment was spacious with lovely views of the ocean. Recommended!

Location

Mouldy toilet

The location, cleanness, quiet and best sea view. Also easy to access the attractive city location. Strongly recommended to those traveling for family holiday and for budjet cost for foods bcs can cook with property belongings.

Pls repairs the toilets faucet head and hose.

Good

The location is very convenient and easy to get around.

The moment we went into the house, the floor was pretty dusty. If you plan on cooking a meal at the apartment, some of the utensils are not clean. Other than that, it is alright just not cozy.

Location

Quite a few but I have left a full review at the end of the second course of my stay with my family who joined me from May 1 to 5. I decided to continue to stay as I had already paid for the unit in advance and also did not want to pack and unpack my luggages if I were to move to another place.

Excellent location Property manager was nice and helpful A/Cs in the unit worked well Good views from the unit

The property was not accurately represented in the photographs advertised on Booking.com. The images created expectations that were not reflected in the actual condition of the unit upon arrival. Overall, the unit was poorly maintained and in need of repair. While some issues were addressed after being reported, they should have been identified and rectified before the property was made available to guests. Bedrooms The wardrobes showed clear signs of wear, and the sliding door between the master bedroom and living area was difficult to operate until repaired following my complaint. Master Bathroom The bathroom ceiling contained visible mould, raising concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, and potential health implications. This issue should have been rectified before the unit was offered for occupancy. In addition, the shampoo and body wash were provided in a bottle with a typed label affixed to it, leaving the contents open to question. Second Bathroom The shower door would not close properly, causing water to leak onto the floor and creating a potential safety hazard. This issue was only repaired after it was reported. Kitchen The cabinetry was worn and dated, and several utensils were unsuitable for use. The spatula was heavily blackened, and the frying pan was excessively worn with a broken handle. Despite advising that three guests would be staying, only two sets of forks and spoons were provided. A cut-up water bottle was used as a sponge holder, giving the kitchen an unprofessional appearance. No operating instructions were provided for the appliances. Other Issues The clothes airer was well past its serviceable life and held together with sticky tape, further highlighting the lack of maintenance. In summary, the unit did not match the standard portrayed in the online listing and did not represent good value for the price paid.

lokasi yang strategik

The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent, and the host proved to be incredibly helpful where they even kept some items I had accidentally left behind. It’s rare to find such thoughtful service. I would definitely stay here again!

i like the location and how the apartment was cheap and convenient

apartment abit outdated but comfortable enough for a week stay

Near to shopping mall Nice staff Value for money Clean property

-So far okey, i think the owner shud renovate the property a little like the toilet door and ceiling(got fungus) -prepare dishwasher so that guest can wash their dishes( during our stay, there is unwashed bowl left by previous guest, myb bcos of no sabun piring)

Near to the Mall

The constant noise of planes. But nothing can be done about that

Good location, helpful staff, specious, good facility

No water dispenser

Great location because of the Imago Shopping mall and many restaurants nearby especially the 24 hours one. In terms of the apartment, it was nice and spacious. Suitable for 3-4 pax. Good thing washine machine and drying rack were provided. All amenities listed on Booking.com were provided, except for slippers. View from apartment balcony was as expected, it has garden view. Best for relaxing.

Poor maintenance, cleanlines could be improved better, and low water pressure due to water supply disruption. Also, it was not so quiet at night. There was one time at around 1 am, there was some construction going on(?). In addition, heading to the residential parking lot was soooo confusing. We had to drive round and round for about 30 minutes until we reached our reserved parking space.

I just like the location

Almost everything, The toilet is smelly and the floor is sticky

Bilik sangat selesa, bersih, kemudahan lengkap untuk masak, pengurusan terbaik,...akan menginap kembali lagi

Next to shopping mall, spacious house.

The facilities are very old, and there is a strong unpleasant smell in the house. The cleanliness is poor, with dust throughout. The toilet is dirty, with ants and many small flies, and the shower head is broken. Noisy fan. Overall, the actual condition is very different from the images shown. Very disappointing.

a bit spaces areas

the bathroom, the room and airondf, the fan no bath appliances, no extra pillow and and towels. balcony door is broken,

Loved the location and space of the property

No hot water, and needs a good clean

The host was great with communications and shared lots of photos before arrival.

The carpark was hard to find and the access card didn't work on two occasions.

Convenient location and reserved parking provided. Easy and comfortable stay.

Everything is okay.

Space. Safe Parking lot for client. Swimming pool and gym. Easy to reach shopping mall

Nice

I have stayed here for countless times. The home ambience is very soothing. The owner is very nice & considerate. Attached to Imago Mall is a big bonus.
