Maison life 小居屋 The Loft Imago

Localização

O local precisa um bom reparo , tinha uma cama quebrado e a torneira pingando água sem parar .

Central to shopping and food. Comfortable. Parking available.

Terrible check in. Very confusing. Worse checking out. Hard to leave the keys anywhere. There was no tea towels, drinking glasses, wine glasses. No bench to rest your luggage.

Everything..

Nothing

The view the landscape of the room. Everything was perfect.

The parking lot, the exit signboard so small and confusing. Maybe try to put a bigger signboard and arrow to make it easier for the residence to exit.

Near Imago

The staff, the facilitiea and the safety.

spacious and nice view

a lot of maintenance needed. spoilt lighting, dusty floor and unclean bedsheet

For the staycation, it was veey good. Especailly very friendly who has a big family of 4. Right now it was very good and comfy. The extra bonus is that theres an extra beds.

The room is that every plane that landed on Kota Kinabalu international airport is very annoyed and there is no sound proof. But its vedy understandable not just only this apartment. Can be heard from the neighbours too. And also some of the room doesnt have cabinets so that can put stuffs.

I think the location is perfect but inaccessible

1. my wife spotted roach twice coming out from under the bed quickly return under the bed, so its still there! 2. to exit the apartment whenever the imago mall is closed, you need to walk down the car ramp all the way and vice versa if you need to get back in. Horrible access, otherwise location is perfect

Furnish

Send a Bedsheet stain, forget to give pillow cover, got small coacroaches in cabinets, did not change new towels upon entry, no internet down for a day 🥵

No internet, wifi also not function.

地理位置佳 價格便宜

螞蟻很多

One building/area with Imago which is very convenient

The toilet has an unpleasant smell

卫生不错 很干净自助入流程很清晰

Same building Imago Shopping mall

Owner provide parking sangat jauh dengan lift. Studio room yg kurang bersih. My bad experience washing machine rosak. Staff ok

Convenient because easy for me to do my shopping and find food for my kids

The mattress and sofa are not comfortable. The mattress makes creaky sound.

Ruang yang tepat untuk tempahan..

The location is actually great—situated within the Imago Kinabalu mall complex—but finding the entrance requires extra effort, and the management's communication is poor, involving complicated instructions for the check-in process. Wi-Fi was provided for only two days, with no internet access on the third day; they were very stingy and tight-fisted about it. It would also be better if basic kitchen essentials like salt and cooking oil were provided.

The person in charge was unfriendly and gave convoluted answers to questions.

No Komen

No Komen

Location good, but parking space difficult to find exit.

Bed a bit stiff

Convenient location above the mall

One of the room is too bright for a good rest

Location, free parking and strong wifi

The bath towel was smelly, bed was not comfortable, one of the A/C was not cold. Bathroom was infested by cockroaches.

The location near to mall

Location

Parking slot

The location is great for the mall

The communication is awful which really matters because there is a complex check in process. You are not able to use the main entrance so you have to use a service lift and then change lift to get to the room. The apartment itself is not clean, there are stains everywhere and it stinks. Someone also told me that there was a big robbery in that block recently so we didn’t feel safe.

The bed, many pillow

So many flies in the toilet

Strategic location for shopping as located above mall Netflix is provided for viewing

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and faces the main road, so it's get pretty noisy. The aircon not cold enough perhaps required maintenance especially the master bed room and living room.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent, with Imago Shopping Mall just a short walk away. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Nothing major. Everything was good overall. It would be even better if there were a few more basic amenities provided.

dekat dgn shoping mall

selesa cuma tandas kecil

Selesa & 1 aras dengan kolam renang..

Its clean, easy access to mall.

The house needs maintenance.. the cutleries need to add more. The shower head holder and the matress need to replace.

Very clean comfortable

Excellent

I like this apartment because it's very cozy, and the lift provides direct access to Imago Mall.

Location in imago shopping mall

Unfortunately, our check-in experience was quite frustrating. The parking directions were difficult because the parking bay numbers on the floor had faded and were no longer visible. The staff could not clearly explain how to get to the apartment and did not inform us that the unit was located on the first floor. As a result, we spent over an hour looking for it and even searched on the fifth floor due to the unclear instructions. The check-in guide was also unnecessarily long (14 pages), making it confusing instead of helpful. We have stayed in this area many times before, but this was the first time we had such difficulty finding an accommodation. The apartment itself is actually easy to find if the directions are clear. I would strongly recommend providing shorter, simpler, and more accurate instructions, along with clear information about the apartment’s floor level. This would greatly improve the check-in experience for future guests.

旁边就是商场，非常便利，吃东西和买东西都很方便

风格太旧了，家具太旧了，最好改进一下现代的风格

The room cozy, easy to go mall

The dedicated parking lot so far from the loft apartment access.

Location

Toilet, very dirty 🤢, very smells 😷😞

i like how fast u respon back

The room is clean, got two large beds, 1 TV, a bathroom, air-cond, and a small kitchen. Also got hair dryers, washing machine, iron board, fridge and microwave. Everything can be used without additional charges. I like the designs of the room . Very worth the prices and a good stay for my one night. Next time maybe I will book a little bit longer 🤭 (Sorry for the photo I forgot to actually picture everything so yeah I had these photos where I capture the expired date with the hotel room floor as the background)

The things that I don't like about it is that the key is a bit hard to used as the lock seem to stuck at some point but we (my mum and I) manage what we can. Also had a bit security issues like I understand the kitchen have to had some airflow so it had like large window(hole?) and it was close to the hallway and I thank God the nextdoor the window facing the room kitchen is like some kind of a store. So gotta lock the kitchen and bathroom door as it face the same way. Other than that, the first security guard we found in front of the hotel is definitely are not friendly and seem to look down on us(because we dress like someone who doesn't have much money which is kinda right ;) ). When we ask for assistance he seems to not wanted to help us at all. It's our first time booking so yeah obviously we don't know how the places work yet. Lastly(I think), I kind of want to extend to the one more night and it was told in their Whatsapp I can ask them 1 hour earlier before the check out time but the response is not on the spot and I had to play missed call before getting response just to find out it's already book out. Mind you we don't reach the check out time yet and it's still early. So we kinda disappointed.

😁

SPACIOUS HOUSE

PARKING

Selesa dan luas....

The host is very accommodating. Easy access to imago mall. Nice view overlooking the sutera harbour golf course and the sea. Nice sunset viewing from the unit. Easy access to the jogging track. Can fit large family group. The living room is spacious. Location is strategic.

great location

The toilet smell too strong, no ventilation. the washing machine sound super loud. the wifi is not working

Near to a shopping mall.

To navigate going in out of the property is not convenient. You have to take two different lifts to go down to the mall. May be not for elderly people. Parking space was too far if you are physically challenged.

Perfect for family gatherings with kitchenware. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Easy to check-in & check-out.

The curtain in the master bedroom need to replace with new one.

Location was great, easy to have everythings we needed.

The rice cooker need attention or replace with new one. 🤔

Nice pool

Great location with a shopping mall just downstairs.

The main door could not be locked, which felt unsafe. There were also many ants in the bathroom and kitchen. The back of the bathroom door was black and looked unclean, possibly mold. Hope these issues can be improved.

Spacious house, which can easily fit my big family! All rooms are complete with AC and towels! The rooms are spacious as well. The view of the sunrise is nice, though the new development kind of blocked it. Basic kitchenette, easy parking, and quiet residence.

The check-in process was a bit of a hassle, as I couldn't get the key in the mailbox without anyone opening the lobby door for me. Thankfully, I managed to find the way to enter after waiting 10 minutes. The Wi-Fi was also not connecting that day, so the TV was just part of the gorgous decoration. The host did respond to our queries, but that's it. That's all. Everything else is okay.

very disappointing.!!. i have book three bedroom unit but what i got is 2 bedroom unit.. already try to contact with the host. no solution. they say itu salah sistem and give me another number to call. keep calling the number they give me but no respon. hopefully next time no one get scam like me.. so sad sebab kami datang dari jauh tapi kena scam.

free car parking..near the imago mall

I like how’s the arrangement of the furniture and how clean the apartment is! The location was superb and easy to access the mall!

The aircond were not that cold and with the hot weather we found it very inconvenient. We stayed 2 nights, 1st night from 30th april - 1st may, and another night from 3rd-4th may. And before the 2nd night, I have already complained to the owner/housekeeper, but the aircond still not cold. And I want to also highlight about the security that’s working on the morning of 4th May, when we were waiting for our car at the lobby, the security was a bit rude and asked us to silent our kids. But kids were just being kids, and kids running around the lobby is normal and I do not think our kids were too loud at that time, they were just singing. I love the apartment and hope to stay here again, but with the experience, I don’t think so.

Excellent location, friendly staff

Need to upgrade the bathroom

Pleasant room, Big fridge!

Nothing!.... Wish could stay longer

Nice, cozy and very clean

Limited parking

Location

Nothing

Its literally near the entrance to Imago Mall. I love it!!

We have breakfast at restarurant

All OK no complaint at all

Location is above imago shopping complex, the numbers of bedrooms & toilets are good for us

None

Excellwnt location. Near the lift and rubbish room.

Aircon kinda outdated. The wall sockets need to be repaired. Quite dangerous if u habe toddlers running around and touching them

Fast response, room very clean

Puiki vieta, nespėjau pasinaudoti baseinu, nežinau ar jis įeina į kainą.Gera vieta apsipirkimui

Mažoki dušai

I always stay using Maison Life as everything always smooth, easy and straighforward, from picking up the keys to returning the keys. Our handler always helpful and very attentive.

Sometimes, the assigned carpark far from the entrance but that's how it is. Everything is great.

Spacious and comfortable

Vị trí rất thuận tiện

2 phòng không có tủ để quần áo. Ga giường bẩn. Nhân viên bảo vệ không hỗ trợ khi nhận phòng
