Diamond Condominium Bangtao Beach

Looks amazing from the photos and the pool is lovely and hotel staff are really nice .

Didn't like the fact that once the hotel staff realize you're staying on. Condominium that they don't want to know you. Our bags left in the reception and we had to go and collect them later once we realized. The Thai people are so nice and welcoming but not if you're staying in the condos! First impressions were not good. Didn't like that we were not allowed to get towels from pool man, no advice that we had to use the grey towels on the room. Didn't think the bedding was clean, both beds had makeup stains on the sheets. Communication with the host was lacking as I wanted to avail of transfer assistance before we arrived and messaged thru 2 avenues and was ignored. 2 rooms are small, apartment is modern but the furnishings are showing signs of wear. On arrival at our second stay location the whole family commented that the first impression was much better - welcome drinks, cold towels and genuine smiles!

The host was kind and friendly and tried to accommodate all our requests. Clean. The apartment was nice but dated.

The towels and bed sheets need changing and supplies like toiletries and tissue boxes were not topped up regularly. Had to keep chasing.

Nice cozy apartment, access to pool and gym. Everything you need in the kitchen and washing machine with washing powder. A little bit outside is small cafe with cheap and very tasty food and drinks. Tuk tuk to the beach 100 bats. We stayed 4 nights and got unexpected cleaning 1 day, really nice. Friendly stuff.

Could have one more chair on balcony :)

À notre arrivée à l’hôtel, l’accès était trompeur, car il y a une partie gérée par l’hôtel et une autre par des particuliers. Nous, nous étions dans la partie gérée par un particulier, ce qui n’était pas précisé. En arrivant dans l’appartement, on a constaté plusieurs problèmes de propreté, des taches sur les murs, un cafard, des draps sales, un balcon inutilisable, et une lumière clignotante sous le lit rendant le sommeil impossible. De plus, l’électricité était à payer en supplément, ce qui n’était pas mentionné, et le propriétaire est arrivé avec trois heures et demie de retard pour réparer. La télévision et le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnaient pas non plus, et l’accès à la plage était mal indiqué.

Électricité non inclus dans la location mais offerte par l hote.Pas de prix pour accéder au petit dejeuné et repas. Transport payant pour aller a la plage et etc...donc non accès aux services de l hotel.manque de clarté dans la description de booking.

loved big and beautifull pool. Our unit was also very comfortable, spacious enough for three of us and very clean. Looks like just after a renovation.

Equidistant between the beautiful beach & restaurants and Boat Avenue. Cheap tuk tuk rank immediately outside and a good breakfast pop up about 20metres away

Had an issue getting a second key to the unit. This was supposed to have been provided pm on the day of arrival but never materialised (despite several messages). This meant that our son wasn’t really able to “do his own thing”. Also, the safe was left locked open. Asked for this to be remedied a couple of times also but was not dealt with. Whilst nothing went missing, being unable to properly secure valuables was a concern

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well equipped we loved that it has a washing machine. Everything was extremely clean. Unfortunately the shower pressure was terrible didn't have a hot shower hardly at all!. The pool was amazing. The Buffet Breakfast was good. We received amazing service from our waitress. Jeap. I think? We also loved the Authentic Thai Food & Cocktails at the Take Away Caravan & Cafe next door, for Breakfast Lunch & Dinner. It was amazing quality & value. The Free Shuttle Bus Service to the local village was very efficient. We highly recommend it and look forward to staying there again. Just hoping they get the hot water system sorted!

Convenience. It’s close to beach, Boat Ave., everything you want to do around Bangtao and Surin.

It’s a combo residence and hotel so, I was looking for something a bit more private and quiet with less activity.
