Hotel COCO Phuket Bangtao Beach

I understand the price when I see the facilities. If you are not looking for an experience and more for a decent confortable and large place to stay at a very good price, it's worth it. I was there for business so it was good enough as I didn't have time to spend in the hotel. The staff is nice.

The breakfast is really bad quality, the coffee and the orange juice cannot be called by these names lol.

Le penthouse est très spacieux, l’emplacement est correct

Coupure d’électricité toute la journée mais nous n’avions pas été informés avant notre arrivée donc pas de Clim, pas de prises électriques, pas d’eau chaude. La piscine pas très propre. La nuit malgré que la Clim de la chambre soit éteinte elle se relançait fréquemment faisant un bruit assourdissant

Absolutely loved our stay at Coco Beach Hotel Phuket! 🤍 Everything was beyond our expectations — from the beautiful room and relaxing atmosphere to the warm hospitality and excellent service. The place was clean, comfortable, and had the perfect holiday vibes. A special shoutout to the amazing staff for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. Es ist ein mittelgroßes, sehr gepflegtes und gut angelegtes Hotel in idealer Lage. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Der Gärtner pflegt die wunderschöne Grünanlage mit Hingabe und Passion. Die Poolbar ist gut und wird auch von einem sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeiter betreut. Die beiden Pools sind durch den Garten getrennt, was sehr schön ist. Das Studio war geräumig, das große Bett bequem und der Blick vom Balkon grandios! Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Gegessen habe ich dort nie und kann daher keine Beurteilung abgeben.

Auf dem direkten Nachbargrundstück entsteht derzeit ein riesengroßes Hotel und der Baulärm ist von Sonnenaufgang bis -Untergang an 7 Tagen in der Woche. Dass hat sehr gestört, was aber natürlich nicht zu Lasten des Hotel Coco geht.

I stay here any time I go to Bang Tao, never disappoints. Rooms are big and spacious with a good size balcony.

Overall nice place, very spacious and great to have a full kitchen. Walkable but not too much in the Bang Tao area.

Until arriving at the hotel we were not informed that either 3000 Baht or a passport would be taken as a deposit, Understandable but would have still been nice to have a heads up.

Good place, comfortable suites, friendly and helpful staff, clean, nice beaches accessible nearby. Beautiful territory is cared by staff. Good internet.

Gym is little outdated: running track sticks, ellipsoid's electrical part doesn't work, but you can use it. One weight machine had problem with wires as well. Huge construction site raises over horizon nearby.

The room we had, was with a private jacuzzi- the room had alot of broken things like cupboard handles, light switches, leaking taps, jacuzzi had algae in it. Needs some TLC

i liked the view and the jacuzzi outside and the space of the apartment.

people at the reception, understanding English better. the state of the property is bad. ripped curtains all over the so-called penthouse. some days, i called the reception to complain we had no running water....they had nothing for the kids to do, we stayed for nearly 3 weeks and they wanted to charge us 10USD to stay an additional 2hrs. VERY bad service and then they had photographs printed out of a picture of a dirty hand towel, which is a joke as they wanted to charge us $5usd. pathetic.

קצת מסובך להסביר, כי הגענו למלון קוקו בזמן מלחמת איראן מרץ 2026. ולמעשה אנחנו ישראלים שנתקענו בלי טיסות חזור לישראל. משום כך חיפשנו מקום לא יקר, פשוט, במיקום הגיוני, וחדרים סבירים+. במלון קוקו מצאנו למעשה מפלט במשך כ-3 שבועות, והגענו איתם למחיר נוח והגיוני בהתאם למצב שלנו, 3 משפחות תקועות בפוקט. בגלל המצב החריג חוות הדעת שלי שונה מטיול רגיל ומלון רגיל. אני חייבת לציין יחס טוב של הצוות, עובדות משק הבית היו נחמדות ויעילות, בקבלה לרוב זכינו למענה מיידי. הבריכה טובה ונקיה. כשהיה צורך בתיקון תקלות הגיעו מיד עובדי תחזוקה וטיפלו בבעיות. חדרי הדירות שקיבלנו היו טובים ומרווחים, עם מטבח טוב, מקרר גדול, כיריים חשמליים, מעט כלים פונקציונאליים, שיש נרחב. פינת אוכל, סלון וחדר שינה. אבל בגלל שהמקום פשוט יחסית, אז האינטרנט לא תמיד עבד, חדר כושר קטן ולא ממש מזמין, זרם המים במקלחת חלש - ובכל זאת אנחנו נשארנו בגלל המלחמה והמצב המיוחד כי לא היו לנו טיסות לחזור הביתה, וזה היה הבית שלנו 3 שבועות. ואני לא יכולה להגיד מילה רעה על האנשים הטובים האלו. אני חייבת לשבח אותם על הסבלנות וההבנה. צריך לציין שמדובר על תאילנד ולא שוויץ, ובהתאמה המלון הוא זול וטוב. המלון קרוב לחוף באנג טאו המקסים כ-15 דקות הליכה, (רק שימו לב, שאין מדרכות, אבל כן אפשר לצעוד בזהירות) ומגיעים לנומאד ומופעי אש. מלא מסעדות טובות, חנויות, ואווירת נופש מושלמת. החוף ארוך ומדהים ונתן לנו נופש ומפלט. חשוב לציין שגם ליד מלון קוקו יש מלא חנויות וסופרים טובים 7/11, top daily, lotus go fresh, מה שעשה את הקניות לנוחות וזמינות. ממול למלון קוקו נמצא מלון דיאמונד ריזורט ושם מצאתי קונסיירג'ית מדהימה, שבזכותה הגעתי לכמה טיולים מושקעים. אנחנו לא יכולנו לחזור הביתה, והמלון נתן לנו מנוחה ומרגוע, ואני מודה להם מאוד. אני מדרגת את המלון 8 בגלל שילוב כל האספקטים האנושיים והתמיכה שהם גילו.

Номер просторный, большой холодильник, ТВ с большой диагональю, терасса, 2 общих бассейна на территории отеля, есть тренажёрный зал. Пешком можно дойти до пляжа, в 3 минутах ходьбы магазин 7/12.

Много комаров, в том числе в номере. Грязный частный бассейн джакузи, который после 3 дней просьб на ресепшн не очистили. Пользоваться таким нельзя. А это входит в цену номера.

Inte mycket, hade vi läst recensionerna innan så hade vi aldrig bokat detta hotellet.

Det stank avlopp ifrån badrummet, det limmade linoleum golvet hade rest sig och var väldigt ofräscht. Listan kan göras väldigt lång tyvärr.

Personale gentile e premuroso, struttura posizionata a circa 800mt dalla spiaggia, anche se per arrivarci devi percorrere una strada senza marciapiede.

La camera si presentava da subito con un forte odore di muffa e umido. Camera sporca con parecchi capelli sul pavimento, completando il tutto con ragnatele qua e là. Mattonelle sollevate in bagno e all’ingresso. La mattina il bagno emanava forte odore di fossa biologica. Il mobilio della camera era in condizioni pessime, usurato con pezzi rotti e macchiato. Benché fondamentale è basilare per queste zone, non era presente una zanzariera, quindi bisogna stare perennemente con l’aria condizionata accesa. Il personale delle pulizie entrava in camera anche quando lasciavamo il cartellino “non disturbare”. Tutto ciò in un hotel a quattro stelle é ingiustificabile. GENTILMENTE NON RISPONDETE ALLA RECENSIONE CON LA CLASSICA FRASE “LA TUA RECENSIONE E’ SERVITA AL NOSTRO STAFF PER SAPERE DOVE INTERVENIRE” PERCHÉ LEGGO LE STESSE PROBLEMATICHE IN RECENSIONI DI ANNI FA! Petit déjeuner moyen dans l'ensemble. Personnel au petit soin. On pleut déplorer le bruit extrêment génant du chantier voisin et le bruit entêtant de la pompe du jacuzi. L'abence de restaurant est dommage.

Rummet låg på bottenvåningen utan balkong/terass med en hög mur 70 cm ifrån fönstret och arbetare som kutade fram och tillbaka i gången varför det inte gick att ha gardinerna öppna med den fantastiska mur vyn. Förstår inte att man har rummet till försäljning överhuvidtaget.

Небольшой, но уютный отель с бассейном недалеко от пляжа Бангтао. Приветливый персонал, честно вернувший депозит, о котором я забыла, за что отдельное спасибо работникам ресепшен. Уборка номера хорошая, на территории отеля чисто. Наборы для чая/кофе и воду обновляют каждый день.

Ну очень воняет из канализации!
