Most amazing host! He made us feel very welcome and even helped us getting back some lost items that we forgot in the shinkansen. The rooms are great and very comfy. Free laundry and some cupnoodels each day included. View of Mt Fuji from the room. Also some basic bikes are included in the price. Amazing stay so we would always come back. Thanks a lot for the great time at Mt Fuji!

Nothing, all very satisfying

Localização muito boa, com estacionamento para carro. O dono é bem simpático, o quarto simples é bem espaçoso, com geladeira,microondas, máquina de lavar,secador de cabelo, e até uns produtos hidratantes para o rosto. Me hospedaria novamente.

Apesar de limpo, senti um pouco de cheiro de mofo..acredito que pela umidade da região...e o colchão é muito macio então doeu minhas costas...mas isso é um gosto pessoal.

Es un pequeño apartamento con lavadora, cocina y closet por lo que es realmente cómodo para hospedarse y hay suficiente espacio para 2 personas o más. Tiene una tienda al lado para comprar la comida y lo que se necesite, el dueño es muy amable.

No está tan cerca de la estación de bus pero de resto todo muy bien.

ברמה של אכסניה ברמה נמוכה מאוד, לקחנו חדר טריפל- מיטות על הרצפה לא נוחות, מקלחת ושירותים הכי גרועים ביפן. הבעלים ביום ההגעה שלח הודעה שאם לא נגיע עד 20:00 ההזמנה מבוטל לאחר ששילמנו ללא החזר. א כ ז ב ה !!!

A welcoming, attentive and caring host, always available when needed. The room is admittedly a little dated, but it is comfortable and very clean. Being able to do laundry was also a real bonus. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay at the Blue Bird, with the added bonus of a beautiful view of Mount Fuji from the hotel!

L'appartement est propre et l'accueil est tres sympathique. De la rue on voit le mont fuji si le ciel est dégagé. Il y a des restaurants et un petit centre commercial à 5/10 mn à pied.

- les lits sont posés au sol et l'un des 2 lits est entouré de 3 murs on ne peut donc y acceder que par le fond du lit - il n'y a pas de table pour manger ni de chaises - loin de la gare à pied

I’m very glad I chose this hotel, the host was very warm and welcoming and helped me with any issues I had. Would highly recommend the bluebird hotel to anyone and I hope I get the chance to stay here again

No destacaría nada positivo, lo único que en 15 minutos andando estás en la estación.

Muy sucio en general y sin mantenimiento. El baño era impresentable: toallas puestas alrededor del WC por el agua, ducha con parches en el suelo mugrientos, utensilios del baño oxidados…los laterales de la cama súper sucios de polvo. La habitación no tenía vista ninguna. Solo es buena opción si buscas una habitación muy sucia y un baño en muy malas condiciones. Nunca me había quedado en un hotel en esas condiciones. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

水とカップラーメンがついていた点がよかった。 自転車の無料貸出があったので、花火大会の会場まで自転車を使わせてもらった。 管理人さんが優しかった。

最寄り駅（河口湖駅）から遠い（片道25分）。

連絡を直ぐにくれて、早くチェックインさせてもらえ、自転車もタダで貸してもらえた

Amazing location, extremely close to Mt. Fuji, which couls be seen from the room. Konbini close by, and plenty of parking space. Extremely friendly host, providing all necessities during the stay. I will never forget checking into the place, whilst Finnish national anthem playing in the background.

Location had great views of Mount Fuji on clear days. Convenient 2 minute walk to FamilyMart and 5 to local supermarkets and chemist. 25 minute walk to Kawaguchiko was a bit harder on hot days but totally manageable. Free ammenities daily was a pleasant touch.

河口湖ステラシアターまで徒歩で行けたこと。

・テレビの電波が悪くすぐに見れなくなって困った。 ・ベッドのマットが柔らかすぎて腰掛けるのが不便だった。 ・用意されていた食器や食器を洗うスポンジも古く清潔感がなかった。

中期、長期滞在には向いている。洗濯機、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電気ケトルは完備。チェックアウトの煩わしさはない。インバウンド用ならいいかも。6〜7年前の宿帳のコメントは良いが、最近のコメントがない。 夜はよく眠れた。エアコンも快適。他室からの音漏れはなかったが、大きな音を出さないように注意書きが、日本語と英語でしてあった。 周辺に、牛角、シャトレーゼ、セブンイレブン、ローソン、弁当店、ショッピングセンターBELLなどがあるので、到着が早ければ食事なしでも問題ない。

ベッドが低く、折り畳み椅子が1脚あるだけなので室内でゆっくりする時に不便、畳敷きと同じか。 テレビがインターネットなのでフリーズがたびたび。ほとんど見れなかった。日本語のNHKがないのでニュースが見れない。旅先ではテレビを時計代わりに使うことが多いので不便だった。 ウォシュレットがついていない。便器の内側にところどころ茶色いものが付着、汚れが落ちていない。 バスタブ　浴室の部屋の中に四角い直方体が設置されている、巨大な装置になっていて、古いものなのでカビが落ち切れていない。新品の時は快適だったと思うが、清潔感はなかった。シャワーで使用には差し支えなかったが。

ステラシアターから近かったです

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, Fahrräder zum Ausleihen und die Sicht auf den Fuji.

Das Bad resp. WC war nicht so sauber, aber passabel.

The owner was nice enough to let us stay a little longer te watch the football. He also played the nationale anthem when we won the game.

We stayed at Bluebird Hotel for two nights as a family of four and had a great stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with comfortable beds that helped us get a good night’s sleep. It was well equipped with a refrigerator and a washing machine, which were very convenient for our family. There are convenience stores and a laundromat with dryers within a short walking distance. The hotel also provides bicycles for guests, which is a great way to explore the Kawaguchiko area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to families visiting Kawaguchiko.

部屋が広く生活する為のものはほとんど揃っていたので何日間か泊まるにももってこいだと思いました。 今回は寝るためだけに泊まったので、次に使うことがあれば何日間か滞在して周辺を楽しみたいと思いました。

El alojamiento es muy comodo, con todas las instalaciones necesarias, tranquilo y súper limpio. La atención del personal es inmejorable. Ofrecen bicicletas gratuitas para recorrer el pueblo. Al no poder reservar un taxi la noche anterior a volverme, el encargado del lugar me llevó en su coche hasta la estación. Todo fue increíble. Muchas gracias por una de las mejores experiencias de alojarme en un hotel.

Very kind staff. They lent me a bike for free.

The hospitality here was incredibly warm and polite. I was able to borrow a bicycle as promised, and a complimentary bottle of water and cup ramen were waiting for me in the room! It was so relaxing to come here and unwind between visiting the big cities.

we really enjoyed our stay, the room had a lot of lovely details like free snacks and water every day, we also could use bicycles for free which was really cool to explore the area! We can highly recommend bluebird hotel!

Прекрасный хозяин, меня встретили! Номера больше я был один но место было для 4-их, вид на Фудзи великолепный ! Рядом ест. Все необходимое ! В но ере тоже есть все что нужно!

食物都是日清泡麵，個人可以接受，算是蠻不錯，每天都會補貨，位置也很棒，可免費停車，離河口湖也近，窗外就能看到富士山

照片有點假，實際空間非常擠，床鋪上還有蟲

部屋数もあり、ローテーブルとダイニングテーブルがあり便利でした。

湯船を洗うスプレーがあればよかったな、、と。

El alojamiento es bueno en relación calidad precio. Si el Fuji esta despejado tienes una vista desde el segundo piso fenomenal, durante mis 3 dias de alojamiento pude verlo. Todos los dias te dejan paños limpios, agua y sopa instantánea. La habian tenia refrigeradora, lavadora y microondas. Queda cerca de lugares de comida.

Lo unico malo es que no esta muy cerca de la estacion (+20 minutos caminando) y casi no hay buses que te dejen cerca desde la estación. Por lo cual recomendaría alquilar algun carro o bicicleta para moverte. O en mi caso caminar :)

Super amplia y completa la habitación y mega pluss el nintendo para pasar el rato antes de dormir, super tranquilo el lugar y al salir del hotel tenias una vista hermosa del fuji

The welcome was exceptional, each day fresh water and clean towels. The rooms were so clean and shower was great. The proprietor was more than helpful, getting us taxis , enjoyed his company.

Zur Begrüßung wurde die Nationalhymne gespielt und ein Fahrrad stand kostenlos zur Verfügung. Betten waren auch bequem.

Tolle Zimmer, toller Blick auf den Fuji. Sehr freundlich. Fahrräder zum ausleihen, war sehr toll.

A little difficult to get assistance. Reception often not manned. But owner provided transportation to train station when no taxi available.

The room was spacious and fairly cleaned.

The hotel was a bit more expensive than I originally registered for. The room only has 1 or 2 pieces of furniture we could use aside from the bed. It is a typical Japanese motel/hotel that is used for sleeping and washing.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night as a place to sleep, but even for such a short stay, the experience was very disappointing. The restroom was extremely dirty. We avoided using the shower entirely, and even minimal use of the toilet was unpleasant due to its poor hygiene. Additionally, the hotel’s location made access to the train station very difficult and time-consuming, especially with luggage. This created unnecessary stress as we had a train to Kyoto that same night. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I strongly do not recommend this hotel

The bed

The owners were very helpful. They provided new towels, a ramen cup and a bottled water for each of us each day and the bikes and washer were a nice bonus.

The beds were comfortable but on the floor so it may be a little difficult to get up when older like us. They could really use some chairs and a higher table. Maybe the table is low because you are supposed to sit on the floor? Chairs and a higher table would be more comfortable for us. The walk to the train station was a bit long but tolerable. We tried to get a taxi with GO a couple of times and it said there were no cars in the area. Luckily, we were able to get one when we were leaving in the rain with our luggage.

Everything was as advertised and more. Very pleased.

Small thing is that it's a bit old and it shows on some of the furniture etc, but this didn't affect us in any way

Very spacious to Japanese standards, well equipped, stores are close, host was friendly, free bike rental. Our room even had a window looking at Mt. Fuji which was awesome!

The location is sometimes harder to reach by buses. There are only a limited number of buses during the day and if you cannot synchronise with their schedule, you have to walk (or take a taxi) for 20-30 minutes depending on where you are in the cities main attractions.

L'emplacement est idéal pour admirer le Mont Fuji et visiter les alentours. Le gérant est une personne vraiment adorable et aux petits soins.

Elke dag hing er een tasje met noedels ,water en handdoeken aan de deur. De gast heer en gast vrouw waren altijd bereikbaar. We zijn vriendelijk ontvangen en konden gratis gebruikmaken van de fietsen.

Die Unterkunft ist ca 30 minuten von der Station entfernt es ist also sehr ruhig und entspannt. Der Besitzer ist unfassbar freundlich und hat uns ein Taxi gerufen und kleine Geschenke geben. Außerdem konnte man kostenlos fahrräder ausleihen. Ich würde immer wieder kommen

Die betten waren etwas zu weich was aber nicht sonderlich gestört hat

Accoglienza calorosa, appartamento con tutti i confort. Lavatrice compresa. Addirittura una switch con 3 giochi per giocare. Alle spalle della struttura vedrete il Fuji ❤️ Non vicinissimo alla stazione ma chi ama camminare nessun problema. Altrimenti è ben accessibile con i mezzi o un taxi.

Super comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, view of Mt Fuji from the room. Staff were very friendly, towels changed every day and free water, cup noodles and toiletries. Quite a large manga collection if you can read Japanese Literally no complaints, if they weren't fully booked I'd have stayed longer

Good location near restaurants, convenience stores, and bus stops. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything needed. The host was very friendly and helpful. The fancy bathtub was perfect for relaxing after long days exploring around Mt. Fuji. Highly recommended.
