キッチンのお湯がでなかった。 キッチン用品（ホットプレートやフライパン等）がキレイに洗われていなかった。 キッチンカウンターが油でベタベタして汚れていた。

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Le style de la maison est très typique avec beaucoup de place pour une famille. De nombreux équipements sont disponibles dans la cuisine. Contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire dans un commentaire, il n'y avait pas de bruit de la route pour les 2 nuits que nous y avons passés en juillet. Mais cela peut éventuellement dépendre de la saison. Très belle adresse!
L'établissement est un peu loin de Hakone. Il faut absolument avoir un véhicule personnel, car pas grand chose dans le petit hameau.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026５人で利用 窓とテラスから富士山みえて最高！立地もよく、近くにコンビニ、パン屋、食事処がたくさんあるので、ご飯には困らない。 洗剤、ハンガー、物干しラックがあり、設備も整っていて助かりました。ベットも寝心地がよかったです。家のようにリラックスできました。

Staircase is very steep, bathroom its at the 1st floor and bedroom at the ground floor, made us inconvenience to walk up and down.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026Good decorator and good Fuji view. Spacious. Bed is comfortable. There are many kitchen utensils. The villa same in picture.
I stay at the winter and Heavy snowfall. The power is cut off every hour untill morning. We didn't get a long sleep because we had to wake up every hour to turn on the heater. I'm exhausted from lack of sleep. I recommend that villa have Uninterruptible Power Supply.

タオルとそれが入っていたカゴに髪の毛がそれぞれ一本ずつ。 冷凍庫の庫内に少し汚れあり。 一つ一つは些細なことですが、他のきれいなはずのところの清掃も全て疑ってしまいますので、最終チェックをもう少しだけ丁寧にしてほしいです。

Reviewed Dec 23, 2025Very clean and comfortable - three bedrooms, two toilets and one bathroom, a sitting room. Well equipped kitchen with hotpot, yakiniku, pans, pots, microwave, fridge and kettle. Spectacular view of mt fuji with balcony and bbq. Good yakiniku restaurant steps away.

- The living room and kitchen are on the second floor. It's somehow inconvenient to carry food/stuff to up - The bed is too close to the closet, somehow difficult to open the closet door.

En mettant mes commentaires élogieux et cette note Je crains qu'il y aIt beaucoup de personnes intéressées et qu'il n'y ait plus disponibilite pour y revenir. Dommage de n'avoir pas pu accéder sur la terrasse.

廚房基本上配備很齊全，如果不沾鍋能定時更換就更好了，不沾鍋都是刮痕不適合烹飪。 每間房應該都要有衣架，其中一間房沒有，榻榻米房的被子（蓋再身上的）能給其他房間的被子一樣就更好了，因為榻榻米房被子的被套是用床包方式去套，所以蓋一蓋很容易被被子勾到。 浴室的窗戶沒有遮，會被看光光...我們是用浴巾擋住窗戶的...

Cons is the bathroom on upstairs, while bed rooms on downstairs, the staircase very steep, not convenient especially for seniors or toddlers.

Хозяин жилья не отвечал на сообщения. Мы попросили оставить багаж, он написал "ок", но после не отвечал на сообщения и мы не знали, где оставить багаж. Также слишком позднее заселение и ранний выезд, мы не успели как следует отдохнуть.

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025We stayed at Villa B. Is sort of too dark as we arrived at around 9pm. There's no light and we took awhile to get in. Is clean but 1 of the room is bit cold or maybe we don't know how to operate the cooler/ heater. Is bit of inconvenience as the rooms are downstairs, kitchen, bathroom and laundry rooms are upstairs.
All was good for us, everything needed in the kitchen is all included. Just that the bathroom window will need to cover up as friends can see you from the BBQ side when you are having your shower.....😅😅😅

Reviewed Oct 21, 2025Emplacement calme, propre, assez grand pour accueillir plusieurs voyageurs sans se serrer, belle vue sur le mont Fuji, correspond aux photos, très accessible financièrement parlant. Konbini pas loin à pied. Très bon restaurant à 2 minutes à pied. Un peu loin des arrêts de bus (15 minutes à pied) mais ce n'était pas une surprise. Environ 30 minutes à pied de kawaguchiko station, ou 7 minutes en taxi (1200¥).
Il semble y avoir un système de Shuttle mais je n'ai pas eu de réponse quand j'ai demandé combien ça coûtait.
