Everything was perfect

Great condo in a great location. Check in was easy and front desk was always there 24/7. The room itself was nice and clean but maybe not quite as nice as the photos. But still 9/10. The rooftop pool is nice and the gym, for a condo gym is pretty decent.

Il complesso di appartamenti aveva moltissimi servizi, tra cui palestra e piscina, e vista la costanza presenza dello staff alla reception ci si sentiva molto sicuri. L’appartamento era molto grande, moderno e con tutto ciò che può servire, tra cui anche una lavatrice. La posizione è ottima; a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Quinta Avenida e con un Seven/Eleven proprio sotto. Il check-in è stato facilissimo e ben spiegato.

Condo parfait sur toute la ligne, confort, luxe, proximité de la 5e avenue et surtout à un coin de rue d'un supermarché.

Posizione ottima, sicurezza h24, piscina e palestra sempre a disposizione. Cucina dotata dell’essenziale, se poi durante la prenotazione si legge bene la descrizione dell’appartamento, si può prenotare anche l’unità con la lavatrice. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Super consigliato

Tilava studio hyvällä sijainnilla. Kaksi ilmastointilaitetta piti huolen että oli viileä nukkua. Uima-allas oli todella iso ja hieno.

Location excellent and great rooftop pools

Only 1 security fob to get in and out of the building. It meant we all had to go back at the same time.

The location was great! Walking distance from 5th avenue not too close to avoid all the noise , loved the pool !!!

Super schöne Unterkunft, top ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sehr schön und es war meistens sehr wenig los und ruhig. Man kann 4 Pools nutzen, die alle über das Dach miteinander verbunden sind. Die Wohnung is schön aufgeteilt, komfortabel und sauber. Sehr Zentrale Lage und gleich ums Eck ist der beste Taco Stand (Tipp: Tacos El Cuñao) Das Personal was sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet (Küche, Waschmaschine, etc.), ist schön und hat einen Balkon. Die ganze Anlage scheint recht neu zu sein. Im Gebäude gibt es auch ein Gym und am Dach mehrere Pools. Sehr zentral gelegen, aber rund 30 Min zum Fährenterminal nach Cozumel. Mit Chedraui Select einmal um den Block und Fifth Avenue & Strand von Playa in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage im Haus mit Security vor der Einfahrt. Der Host schickt detaillierte Erklärungsvideos fürs Parken und zum check-in.

Das Check-In war sehr umständlich. Die Person, auf der die Buchung läuft, muss zur Rezeption im Block C (der hinten links) und sich dort anmelden. Das Auto kann währenddessen vor Block A geparkt werden. Erst danach können weitere Personen angemeldet werden. Wie für Mexico typisch, kriegt jeder Gast ein Band damit die Security einen auch reinlässt. Erst nach Check-In kann mit dem Auto in die Tiefgarage gefahren werden.

Súper alojamiento. Lo recomiendo mucho

The central location and lovely garden courtyard are the best features of this apartment, along with the building amenities—an expansive series of rooftop pools and a good sized gym (though the equipment is minimal for the size of the complex). The apartment has a modern aesthetic and I especially appreciated the garden setting of the ground floor unit. Since I stayed during the quieter season, I mostly had the outdoor courtyard space to myself and it was quite a peaceful experience. I can imagine the patios might feel a bit close together during busier periods, as there is limited privacy between units.

I’m not sure the term “luxury” quite fits. The apartment is extremely compact—there was barely enough space to open a suitcase—and some basic things were missing, like a large jug of drinking of water (which is commonly provided in Mexico). The floors did not appear to be mopped before my arrival, and a partially used bar of hand soap was provided in the bathroom. There was also an unfortunate incident in which the cleaning staff discarded a number of personal items that were stored in the apartment during my stay. After I pressed, the situation was resolved to my satisfaction, but it was stressful and should not have happened in the first place. Guests should be aware that the building requires plastic wristbands to be worn throughout the stay. They are attached festival-style, which felt tacky and inconvenient.

nothing really, everything was great! would have been nice if we had a towel to dry dishes and a dishcloth but thats all really.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet établissement. Le logement était très propre et parfaitement équipé. Le personnel de l’immeuble était très agréable. Le rooftop avec les piscines et la salle sont un véritable plus. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Localisation parfaite.

Erittäin viihtyisä huoneisto kaikilla mukavuuksilla ja loistavat kattouima-allasosastot. Hyvä sijainti, vaikkakaan rantaa ei ollut välittömässä läheisyydessä. Iso supermarketti lähellä ja 24 h kauppa aivan vieressä.

Aamupala/ravintolamahdollisuus olisi ollut plussaa. Mielestäni oli myös hyvin kummallista, ettei osa työntekijöistä suostunut puhumaan kanssani espanjaa vaan halusivat jostain ihmeen syystä puhua väkisin englanniksi. Luulin aluksi, etteivät he osanneet kyseistä kieltä kunnes kuulin ohimennen heidän keskustelevan espanjaksi keskenään. Olisi ihan kohteliasta vastata asiakkaalle samalla kielellä kuin millä hän on aloittanut keskustelun. Saimme myös virheelliset ohjeistukset uloskirjautumisen suhteen eräältä respan työntekijältä.

Great location. Close to 5th avenue but quiet at night. Right near a massive grocery store. Apartment modern and clean with a functional kitchen, plus required utensils. Amazing facilities. Loved the rooftop pools. There are 4 of them. Never had an issue getting a sun bed. Fantastic gym. Lots of equipment. You can do a proper workout. Checkin instructions clear and easy to follow. Definately recommend this place. Incredible quality for the price compared to other places in Playa.

They put bracelets on you at checkin that you supposedly need to wear to access the facilities. Although most people werent wearing them. Not a big deal but a little annoying.

The location was great, the staff on site were great. We did not meet the representative, when we had questions or issues, they were extremely quick to respond, and very attentive.

The sofa in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. There is construction of a new condo directly behind the balcony, and massive air conditioner for the hotel next door. We were not able to use the outdoor space because of this. The kitchen is lacking essentials for someone intending on cooking.

Musique du bar parfois agressante . Les gens qui réservent des chaises sur le bord des piscines même si ce n’est pas permis. Avoir dû exiger des ustensiles , un chaudron de plus et un bol. Les accessoires de la cuisine seraient à être révisés. Le sofa-lit est à changer , mou et défoncé , les chaises de cuisine pas confortables et instables , les chaises extérieures en métal pas confortables. Pas de linge pour essuyer la vaisselle. Deux chaises de plage serait un plus .

L’appartement est magnifique. Il est très bien situé, à quelques pas de la rue principale de la ville. Les piscines sur le toit sont incroyables. L’endroit est très calme.

Very modern and beautifully decorated apartment with all essential facilities, including multiple outdoor rooftop swimming pools and gyms in the apartment block. The apartment block is located in a quiet and secure area just behind La Quinta Avenida, with restaurants, street foods and grocery stores all close by. The host replied to our enquiries and helped us solved a bathroom problem in a very timely manner. Luggage storage was possible after check-out.

While it is not far from La Quinta Avenida, it takes about 20 minutes walk to the ferry terminal and the bus terminal. Not a problem for us, but something to keep in mind if you are travelling with big luggage and do not want to take the taxi. We had to wear a non-removable bracelet to identify ourselves as guests, but this seemed to be the standard around here. Overall, one of the best apartments we had stayed in when travelling!

This is a condominium complex where you had private and rental units. There was a rooftop pool and other leisure facilities. Had parking, about 2 mins walk to 5th Ave and 4 mins walk to beach. 20 mins from xcaret. Balcony was very large with nice seating area. There was a large rooftop

APT. was comfortable, well equipped, good size, and very clean. Good size refrigerator and very good working A/C. Host was easily reached through Booking.com chat.

Through no fault of host, unit overlooks a very active construction site. Fan and overhead bedroom light not working.

The apartment was nice and very comfortable. The location was great and the host attentive. The rooftop pool was also very relaxing.

There is a large and noisy construction site next door. Work starts at 8am Monday to Saturday. We had a direct view of the site which meant is was hard to enjoy the balcony.

The location to the beach, shops, and restaurants is ideal. The rooftop pools were amazing. Although we didn’t get to enjoy the beach due to the seasonal seaweed (sargasso) I’m sure other times of the year guess can enjoy a day at the beach.

The condominium has the very minimal items for the stay. The beds were not so comfortable and light coming into the master bedroom prevented a good night sleep.

Very good location, close to playas 38 and Mamitas, bars, restaurants and supermarket! The apartment has everything you need if you wanna cook yr own meal and also good gym and beautiful pools!

The pools but not enough umbrellas

The unit was needing some love ….toilet seat was too small and didn’t fit toilet . The mop and bucket were left on porch and it was an eyesore The tv wasn’t working 2 bath towels for 8 days , they were wet

- we felt very safe - swimming pool and rooftop are great - everything is walking distance

- the floors were not clean (there was sand on the ground) - some walls, around the sink area and bathroom, were dirty

very convenient to walk to shops and dinner. Pool area is very nice too

Although the location was a little far from the bus station, it was perfectly located in other aspects- close to the beach, close to lots of great places to eat and near to a supermarket (Chedraui). There was also a 7/11 next door, making it easy to purchase water etc. late at night. We were sent the details about how to access the room keys from the lockbox in an email shortly before our stay and the information provided was easy and clear to understand. We loved the rooftop swimming pools and seating. There were multiple pools available and it was easy to find somewhere to relax by the pool as there was plenty of seating. The facilities were very clean and we saw staff regularly cleaning. We were on the ground floor in a one bedroom flat so had easy access and had AC and a kitchen area and devices (kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer).

The room was great but could have done with a paint refresh as it was a little marked but overall the stay was great and we would return there again. Just to note- I hadn't realised that room cleaning was not included during our stay (additional cost). This wasn't a problem as we weren't staying for long, but I imagine some people might be disappointed with this.

This was a fantastic stay. Very friendly stagf. Good location, very modern sleek apartment that was set up well for both long term and short term stay. Pool was also well maintained and clean.

The apartment itself was quite nice, with a reasonably comfortable bed and sofa. The location is great -- a very short walk from some nice touristy stuff by the beach and also a lot of good local spots. The pool and weight room are nice.

The hosts have a stingy attitude. The worst example of this is that the sheets were the wrong size for the bed, and so the bottom several inches of the mattress are exposed. When we mentioned this to them, they dismissed our complaint. They only gave us a couple of bath towels and a couple of beach towels. For 2 people staying for 8 days this is somewhat inconvenient, especially without a convenient way to do laundry. They provided a very small set of bath supplies, and reluctantly provided more shampoo and bar soap after a lengthy exchange. Overall, it felt like their attitude was much more focused on saving a couple bucks than making sure we have a comfortable stay. Aside from this though, we were generally happy with our stay.
