Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The apartment is beautifully renovated, clean and very comfortable to stay. All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned except for living area. However, living area is cooling enough by turning on the ceiling fan and bedroom aircond. Have beautiful view, indoor parking lot, strong WiFi, washing machine, fridge, hot and cold water dispenser. Everything is well function in the apartment. Worth the value and highly recommended!

The host was also very friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Kelengkapan yang disediakan juga sangat lengkap dan berada dalam keadaan baik. Setiap bilik mempunyai penghawa dingin, jadi kami dapat berehat dengan selesa. Lokasi homestay juga sangat strategik kerana berhampiran dengan pelbagai tempat menarik seperti Mayang Mall serta mudah untuk mendapatkan makanan dan keperluan lain. Proses daftar masuk dan keluar juga mudah, manakala tuan rumah sangat mesra dan responsif. Memang sangat disyorkan!

Mmg sgt berbaloi & murah utk 3 hari 2 malam 👍

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025The location is perfect, located very near to all KT attractions like Jambatan Angkat, Pasar Payang. The location also quiet secluded and plenty of parking available. All rooms have airconds, only the hall did not have an airconds, but small issues as we can open the window and enjoy the sea breeze. From the window, we were able to see the sea, Jambatan Angkat and city view. Also since, I was staying during Merdeka day, our family can enjoy the fireworks show. Toilet and rooms are clean. All the basic utensils available i.e water filter & microwave

Reviewed Nov 11, 2024The owner took the extra effort by providing all amenities needed. In addition, the availability of laundry detergent, toothpaste in two bathroom is appreciated. Never ever in my life experiencing quality details like the owner has done for the tenants. A very generous and considerate owner, it has been a good comfortable short stay, as we attended funeral and did not have much chance to research on accommodation options. The availability of filtered water system is appreciated and I sincerely commended this place that has surpassed my expectation totally.
The towels could be better in absorbing excess water after taking baths.

1. It's nice to have air cond at the living room. 2. Living room fan's remote control is malfunction. 3. Grill key and the power slot should be separated so that we can lock the grill without cutting of the whole apartment's lighting.
