Reviewed Oct 31, 2025Spacieux pour 4 (2adultes, 2enfants (4ans et 10mois)). Coin jeux avec des jeux pour enfants, des livres (bien qu’en malais, les BDs en images ça occupe). Machine filtrante pour eau, machine à laver, ventilateur, clim, 2sdb, 2 toilettes. Parking (non utilisé). Immeuble calme et sécurisé. Gardes à l’entrée sympathique. À proximité du KTCC mall (-10min à pied) idem pour la plage, Mayang mall un peu plus loin, il y a aussi un grand marché encore après. Hôte adorable, organisé pour la procédure d’arriver et de départ. Petite attention pour les enfants, il y avait un lego minion à construire, cela nous a offert un petit moment famille en plus le soir. Armoire type convenience store à l’appart (avec jus, nouilles, chips) avec QR code/boîte à cash afin de régler. Classeur avec bonnes adresses où manger. Propre globalement, usure de temps on va dire comme une maison qui a dû vécu avant un ménage de printemps. Mais pour des vacances c’est top. Je recommande, et nous si nous revenons nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
Pas de problème avec l’appartement en soit. L’ancienne jetée a fermé, il ne reste plus que la jetée de Merang (environ 1h de voiture) si on veut aller sur les îles de Redang. Et il n’y a pas beaucoup (quasi pas, mais peut être parce qu’on tombe déjà à la saison des moissons) de Grab pour revenir en ville ensuite. Parfois une forte odeur d’égout aux alentours du complexe à certains endroits mais comme cela peut aussi arriver plus loin dans la ville.

The toilet.. the 2nd toilet has foul smell. The floor tiles are not properly cleaned. Remnants from construction works still there. The owner should replace floor tiles with a better quality one. The WC also not really suitable. Should be replaced with a better one. Finally, the mattress in Master Bedroom is not really comfortable.. should be replaced

Reviewed Sep 3, 2023very clean areas, and complete amenities for a homestay. it was fully air conditioned with water heaters to shower and i especially love that the theme accommodates kids. Netflix working perfectly fine and the tv are not some random old tv.
the bathroom / toilet was clean indeed but i guess the soap stain were hard to leave unnoticed. it looks like the bathroom / toilet are not as clean even though it was not dirty at all. also, i had 1 incident where the allocated parking spot was taken by some random visitors/tenants. but the owners are quick to respond to my issue and provide immediate solution.
