Beautifully decorated with lots of extras like magazines, Netflix and Sky, lots of towels and kitchen wear. Gr8 having a washing machine and dryer. Thank you for the wee chocolate treats too. Internal access via garage was gr8.

If you have children that are scared of the dark they will appreciate the 2 single bed bedroom. However if you are a person that cannot sleep with lights on you will find it terribly hard to sleep in that room as the blind is very thin so lets the 6 street lights outside brighten the room. A black out blind being installed would change this allowing you to get adequate sleep.

Superb accommodation with so many extras. Feels just like home. Very friendly owner who has gone out of her way to provide top notch facilities and amenities. Thoroughly recommend this accommodation

Being close to the beach and many restaurants with a view was great. Though you are close to the roundabout , (but not too busy), it presents reasonable value for the price

Whilst this is subjective, we found the main bed was too soft for us

Great location by beach, walks and cafes. Safe for swimming. Anna was exceptional host. Drive-in garage made entry and security aspects easy.

Only thing on wish list would be double glazing to minimize night traffic noise but all quiet after 10pm.

We had an amazing time staying here at Anna's apartment. It was beautiful and clean and had amazing views looking over at the beach. It was perfect. It had everything you needed. We had young children, this was the perfect place to have a summer mini holiday and relax. The apartment was a great size and what we were looking for for a family of four. Excellent location right next to the beach, park, and shops. My boys loved it, especially the train set, sky, and Netflix on TV. We loved the treats chocolate and cookies. The car was safely in the garage, so we could go out exploring. I highly recommend staying here! Would love to come to visit again one day. We had an amazing time here. Thank you, Anna

Fantastic location. The facilities were amazing. Everything you could possibly want for a very comfortable stay.

The unit is starting to show its age but stil very acceptable and kept very clean.

Great location close to the beach, shops, playground and amazing views. Very tidy and comfortable with everything required for an enjoyable stay. Internal parking meaning secure parking and easy access to the apartment. Even had a visit from the owner on our first day to see if everything was ok

Cannot fault

Spacious, well equipped and first row beach side. The apartment was very clean and the parking just under the apartment was helpful to carry baggage. The owner is very kind and helpful. You can leave and arrive from Kapiti island (which is amazing, too!) easily. The apartment has all what you need and is super comfy.

Location was perfect, views of the beach from both bedrooms and lounge area were stunning and the apartment was beautiful, clean and felt very safe! Host Anna came down to welcome us and she was so hospitable!

Very welcoming Host on our arrival. Superb location to beach, restaurants and cafes and so much more. We loved the internal access because it was raining when we arrived. The home felt secure and the Hosts ensured our comfort was paramount. A home away from home. We hope to return to this perfect gem.

Fantastic apartment with everything you could possibly need for self catering, and a short stroll to many dining options and the beach. Fabulous views over to Kapiti Island. Very comfortable bed with high quality linen. The bathroom floor was heated...pure luxury!! Even had a lock up garage and, as a huge bonus, bikes to use during our stay. The host was very friendly and helpful, too.

This property was absolutely flawless, we loved our time here! Total value for money, the house was immaculate, stunningly furnished and the location was perfect for us! Ease of access to the beach and the little township just around the corner. Anna was an amazing host and so easily contactable. We will be back no doubt!

It is a spacious and well equipped 2 bedroom apartment. Access to the garage is very useful and there are even spices and cooking oils in the larder for your use.

I had the pleasure of staying at Anna and Boyd's property during a challenging time for my family. We were in Wellington to visit a sick relative, and despite unexpected changes to our flight schedule that necessitated an early check-in, Anna and Boyd graciously accommodated us. Anna personally reached out to inform us that they were available should we need anything, and Boyd was seen cleaning the exterior of the property to ensure it was pristine upon our arrival. The house itself was exceptional. The utilities were top-notch, the beds were extraordinarily comfortable, and the location was remarkably peaceful—so quiet that one could hear a pin drop. My family and I enjoyed some of the best sleep we've ever experienced, and we spoke highly of it throughout our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and extend my deepest gratitude to Anna and Boyd for their outstanding hospitality. Their thoughtful gestures and support during our visit were greatly appreciated. They were so amazing and we are so grateful. Thank you for ensuring everything was well.

Working from the aprtment while in NZ, the only feedback is that the internet connection was good only in one spot in the apartment, which meant sitting on the couch with the laptop. Would be great if the apartment itself had a router.

Really lovely modern apartment with everything you would need and perfect location overlooking the beach. The beds were comfortable and with electric blankets so cosy. Bathroom and kitchen were well equiped with a lovely walk in shower and underfloor heating a bonus. Our host, Anna was just lovely and very accommodating with our extra guest request. Extremely spacious, comfortable, well equipped and designed. All appliances and amenities were very easy to use. Hosts went above and beyond.

There was nothing we didn’t like. The apartment is located close to a small roundabout but traffic was very quiet and it did not disturb us in any way day or night.

Very spacious for 2 bedrooms, super clean, lots of nice touches like magazines, beanbags and books left put but the highlight are the sliding doors for lounge and main bedroom that led to the outdoor area overlooking the sea. Great location but especially if doing kapiti island trip as it is right opposite the island and boat stop!
