De locatie was top. Dicht bij het oude centrum. Mooi appartement met alles erop en eraan.

We hadden een hoek appartement waar de zon de hele dag op schijnt. Hierdoor werd het erg warm in het appartement. Helaas was er geen airco, maar wel hadden we deie waaiers ror onze beschikking.

El alojamiento son apartamentos bien situados en Friburgo. Tienen recepción durante el día. Situado en una buena zona, puedes ir andando a cualquier sitio. Tienes posibilidad de aparcar en un patio del hotel aunque pocas plazas. Toda la zona es de pago por aparcar en la calle, aunque cerca está la universidad y te sale por 10 euros las 24 h. Camas cómodas, almohadas muy blandas para mi gusto. Cocina pequeña pero práctica. Hay máquina de café y te facilitan dosis. Baño estrecho, aunque buena ducha. No hay ascensor, para mí no fue un problema. Andando estás a 10 minutos de la plaza de la catedral. En la zona hay restaurantes y supermercados.

Baño estrecho, almohadas muy blandas. Si el apartamento da a la calle principal es algo ruidoso porque hay mucho tráfico. Por lo demás, todo bien

Bonito apartamento para ir andando a todas las principales atracciones de la ciudad. Apartamento pequeño pero limpio, bien decorado, y bien equipado al detalle. El personal inmejorable, dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo posible, un gusto de gente. Recomiendo reservar el parking ya que aparcar en la zona es complicado. Si no ellos te ofrecen unos descuentos en algunos parking cercanos, y es un detalle que se agradece. Recomendable 100x100.

La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de todo. El apartamento es muy cómodo con un salón de buen tamaño y una cocina que nos ha permitido cenar tranquilos. El baño con una ducha muy cómoda! Tienen una lavandería en el sótano que se puede usar, gratis y ya te dan el jabón.

Nos han ubicado en un tercer piso sin ascensor, con maletas y la compra del super es algo complicado estar subiendo escaleras. No habia lavavajillas y pasamos algo de calor en el primer día por no tener aire acondicionado, aunque con los ventiladores nos apañamos en los demás días.

Falta de aire acondicionado, los ventiladores imposibles para dormir. Al estar en la planta baja se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle si se abrían las ventanas

La ubicación del edificio, la amplitud y comodidad del apartamento.

Dificultades con la wifi.

Ha estat molt bé, l'estada. El personal molt atent i sempre disposat a ajudar. La ubicació és molt bona: no tens el soroll del centre però estàs a dos carrers del centre. Té una fàcil sortida/entrada de la ciutat. L'apartament té un menjador còmode, amb una taula rodona, una habitació amplia i un bany modern i perfecte. La dutxa de sostre és genial. Els fogons per a cuinar, els hi costa bastant escalfar, però amb paciència, res que no es pugui superar.

Tienen que invertir en aire acondicionado, los ventiladores no eran suficientes con la ola de calor de este verano.

Goeie locatie. Vlakbij centrum en treinstation. Keuken is goed uitgerust.

Schoonmaak had beter gekund. Bedden waren niet heel comfortabel.

Durante nuestra estancia hubo ola de calor y no hay aire acondicionado. El aparatamento acumulaba un calor insoportable. Imposible dormir o simplemente estar en el apartamento

Ubicación excelente, ya que está al lado del centro y puedes ir andando a todo. Alex, el responsable del alojamiento es encantador y muy atento y todas sus recomendaciones fueron excelentes. Instalaciones muy limpias y nuevas. Parking público enfrente del hotel a muy buen precio

Nos tocó el bajo, y al estar a pie de calle no podíamos abrir las ventanas para refrescar la casa. Como en el resto de Europa, Alemania no está preparada para el calor, y aunque había tres ventiladores en el apartamento, no eran suficiente.

This location is very convenient, being right at the edge of the main city center and a short walk from the old town. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was quite clean and modern, and great that we had a suite with 2 rooms. Parking was convenient and good.

We liked the rooms - only a few things here. First there is no AC there, and when Europe heats up in the summer now, this can be more of an issue. You remediate by opening the windows, but as our room was on the first floor, with lots of people and traffic on the sidewalk and road just outside (we were facing the street), it wasn't really feasible to do this, so we had a bit of a hot evening with the windows only tipped in and the outside screen mainly down. After my daughters took their showers earlier that evening there was no hot water when it was my turn, even though I went a half-hour later - I suspect that the hot water may turn off at midnight or so, which is when I tried. Of course, it was already a hot night, so I did my best with a cold sponge-down, which was probably a better idea anyway. Aside from these particulars, it was great.

Tenía todo lo necesario y estaba muy bien ubicado.

Cuando llegamos hacía un olor muy fuerte como tabaco o algún alimento cocinado que en los días que estuvimos allí no se fue y era molesto.

Die Lage, die Mitarbeiter und die Ausstattung waren super.

Merkezi konumu ve marketlere olan yakınlığı açısından oldukça avantajlı bir apart otel. Merkeze yürüyerek ulaşabilmek ve ihtiyaçlarımız için marketlerin yakın olması en beğendiğimiz özelliklerdi. Ayrıca Alexee’nin ilgisini ve yardımsever yaklaşımını özellikle belirtmek isterim.

konaklamamız genel olarak maalesef oldukça olumsuz geçti. Giriş katta kaldığımız oda çok sıcaktı. Vantilatörler yeterli olmadı ve oturma odasındaki jaluzi çalışmadığı için gündüzleri içerisi çok karanlık olmasına rağmen ışıkları açmak zorunda kaldık. Hafta sonu durumu resepsiyondaki iki görevliye bildirdiğimizde, çıkış yaparsak ancak odayı başka birinin tutması halinde fiyat farkının karşılanabileceği, aksi takdirde ücret iadesi yapılamayacağı söylendi. Oda çok sıcak olduğu için üçüncü bir vantilatör alabileceğimizi de belirttiler. Pazartesi günü Alexee, jaluzinin içerisindeki pilin bittiğini fark ederek hemen çözüm buldu. Ayrıca odamıza ayaklı klima getirdi. Ancak klima gece saat 23.00 civarında çok gürültülü olduğu için çocuklarımız ve biz uyuyamadık ve kapatmak zorunda kaldık. Bizi en çok düşündüren konu, bu sorunların check-in öncesinde kontrol edilmemiş olması. Jaluzi gibi temel bir ekipmanın çalışıp çalışmadığının oda teslim edilmeden önce kontrol edilmesini beklerdik. Üstelik bu tatili eşimin doğum günü için planlamıştık. Çok sıcak bir odada, çalışmayan bir jaluzi nedeniyle gündüzleri karanlıkta kalmak ve geceleri gürültülü klima ile uyumaya çalışmak, eşimin doğum günü ve tatilimiz için büyük bir hayal kırıklığı oldu. Alexee’nin çabası deneyimimizi bir nebze olsun telafi etti. Umarım otel yönetimi bu geri bildirimi dikkate alır ve oda kontrollerini daha özenli yapar.

Auf so kleinem Raum (ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer) alles vorhanden für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt, und das Zimmer lag im Innenhof, sehr ruhig also und tatsächlich kühl an den heissen Tagen im Juli

Parcheggio: ci sono solo 10 posti auto, abbiamo cercato di prenotarlo appena arrivata la mail della struttura, arrivati li nn c era posto. La stanza la 204 terribile esperienza arrivati in un periodo di gran caldo assolutamente invivibile con il solo ventilatore, in aggiunta dava su strada trafficata impedendo di fatto di aprire le finestre. Assolutamente inadeguata per un clima che sta cambiando.

Alles super, speziell bei den Zimmern und der Freundlichkeit des Personals ging es uns sehr gut, wir wurden sogar bis zum Zimmer geleitet, um uns nicht zu verlaufen.

Die Parkplatzsituation war etwas unübersichtlich, da unklar war, wo man parken darf und dann umparken musste.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, man ist fußläufig schnell in der Innenstadt. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kleine Küchenzeile, Kaffeemaschine mit Pads (werden bereitgestellt) , Mikrowelle, kein Teppichboden, allergikergeeignet, schalldichte Fenster, geräumige Schränke! Ventilator, Parkplatz kann unmittelbar bei der Unterkunft dazu gebucht werden. 👍

Es sollte ein Geländer im Treppenhaus angebracht werden, bin etwas eingeschränkt beim Gehen, wäre hilfreich für mich gewesen, damit man sich nicht beim Hoch- und Runtergehen nicht an den weißen Wänden abstützen muss.

Es ist relativ laut, da die Apartments auf einer Hauptstraße liegen. Im Sommer ist es sehr heiß in den Wohnungen. Es gibt Ventilatoren.

One of the best apartments I've ever been at on vacation. Our family room was big and everything was squicky clean - looks brand new. Very close to Freiburg's city center. You have (almost) everything you need for a long stay - fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom, big and comfortable beds, and this is the ONLY place I've stayed at the gives you a NEW dish scrub spunge (and that is such an overlooked aspect of almost all other places I've stayed at. For me, it's discusting using used dish sponge...). This attention to detail is what sets this place above others. The staff were super nice and accommodating. You can also rent a parking spot and they have a shared washer and drayer in the basement. We had a great time.

We stayed here during one of the hottest summer's I know, and there's no AC - you get a fan for every room. I knew it before we came, and it was especially hot, so don't make it a deal breaker, just be aware.

The location of the Freigburg Apartments Friedrichring is excellent and kitchen is full for a family with children. Also very kind staff, always helpfully smile 😊 that’s very energetic to travelers

Due to the season it’s very hot but they put three fan two in living room and one in bedroom, not old fans very useful

L appartement n est pas climatisé, il faisait tres tres chaud. Et cela reste tres cher je trouve.

Sehr sauber, für 4 Tage ausreichend gut ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschine mit Pads, Wasserkocher alles vorhanden. Sehr nahe am Stadtzentrum, wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Münster. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fußläufiger Nähe.

Lage Richtung Friedrichring ist etwas laut. Klimaanlage wäre im heißen Sommer wünschenswert.

Struttura nuova, ben ristrutturata! Gli spazi sono adatti a brevi soggiorni. Ottima la vicinanza al centro pedonale. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato, anche se a pagamento.

Das Appartment war super. Gute Lage, modern, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Ich kann das nur empfehlen! Es hat alles super geklappt und das Personal war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und auch die Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt war super. Wir konnten dann sogar den PP früeher haben und das Appartment war vor 16 Uhr schon bezugsbereit. Zur Begrüssung gabs sogar noch Sekt! 😊 Macht weiter so!

Vielleicht einfach als kleine Anmerkung...das Kissen zum schlafen war viel zu hoch.

Hubo un malentendido con el garaje y aunque el personal de recepción intentó arreglarlo al final tuve q aparcar fuera pagando y no fue barato. Mi agradecimiento al personal de recepción y el encargado, que estuvieron de 10, pero una queja para la que pensamos que era jefa de limpieza pues habló de muy malas maneras a mi marido con respecto al coche, no hace falta ser maleducado cuando hicimos lo que nos dijeron en recepción. Una pena esas personas.

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer (bei Außentemperaturen von 35 Grad war es im Zimmer unheimlich warm und stickig). Für das Wetter kann die Unterkunft aber nichts. Im Zimmer stand ein Ventilator zur Verfügung, der aber leider für wenig Abkühlung sorgen konnte.

En los días de calor, agobiante porque no tiene aire acondicionado, abrir las ventanas no soluciona porque la calle tiene mucho tránsito de coches. Afortunadamente ponen ventilador en las habitaciones.

L'appartamento era in ordine e pulito. Il centro storico è vicinissimo e raggiungibile a piedi senza necessità di muovere l'auto.

Faceva molto caldo nei dye giorni passato a Friburgo con temperature fino a 34-35°C. L'appartamento non è dotdi aria condizionata e, pur tenendo le finestre chiuse e tapparelle abbassate, diventava un forno. I ventilatori in dotazione non aiutavano molto. La stanza era fronte strada al pian terreno ed era impossibile tenere le finestre chiuse. La temperatura interna era di 30° anche di notte.

Was warm weer en we hadden het hoek appartement waar zon middag en avond op stond. Geen airco en door drukke straat was het vanaf 6 ‘‘s ochtends te lawaaierig om het raam nog open te houden.

The location is great, and to have someone friendly at the reception almost all day long is a luxury I really appreciate.

Sehr gute Lage für einen Abend in Freiburg, Mitarbeiter freundlich und zuvorkommend, Zimmer auch sehr sauber.

Das einzige war die Lautstärke der Straße. War aber dank Kopfhörer hat es mich nicht allzu sehr gestört.

Mi-a placut faptul ca apartamentul este bine pozitionat si bine dotat. Accesul se face usor, iar gazda a fost suficient de binevoitoare astfel incat sa ne ofere aceeasi camera in care am mai stat anterior. Camerele sunt spatioase.

Un lucru care a deranjat sejurul a fost lipsa aerului conditionat, deoarece am prins o perioada calduroasa.

Die zentrumsnahe Lage war traumhaft und die Größe des Appartments war für 2 Leute völlig ausreichend.

Es war sehr laut von der Straße her und der Parkplatz im Katharinenhof war anfangs sehr schwer zugänglich. Als die Motorräder weg waren, konnte man wesentlich entspannter einparken.

We had apartment 304 which faced the afternoon sun. Although a fan was supplied, the room really heated up significantly in the afternoon and was uncomfortable through the night. I know it’s a problem installing AC in Europe - but avoid rooms on this side of the building. It really spoiled our stay which would have otherwise been good

Great location, we could walk everywhere we wanted very easily. Nicely decorated and clean apartment with everything we needed. We appreciated that coffee was provided.

We found the small pillows uncomfortable.

Prachtig ruim appartement op een goede locatie vlakbij de oude stad. Appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer compleet.

Everything about this apartment was excellent. The location was very convenient, the apartment was clean, and it had everything we needed. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning. If you are visiting during the summer, keep in mind that there is only a fan. We asked the staff about it, and they explained that the building is not suitable for installing air conditioning. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived during a very hot day, and they immediately offered us ice cream to help us cool down, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

La ubicación y el alojamiento en sí está bastante bien

Una vez que cierra la recepción es prácticamente imposible contactar con el alojamiento, se nos quedaron las llaves dentro del apartamento y justo se había ido el equipo de recepción, nos llevamos más de dos horas llamando a un supuesto número de emergencia, lo intentamos a través de booking, por correo y nada. Esa noche la tuvimos que pasar en otro hotel..
