Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Die Wohnung im 3. Stock zum Hinterhof hinausgehend war unfassbar sauber und wie neu. Die Terrasse mit der Glaswand luxuriös u puristisch aber fein gestaltet/eingerichtet, sehr schönes Licht, feiner Blick, ruhig, und einfach alles sehr frisch und ausgesucht gut, zB Bioseifen u Bettwäsche, etc. Insgesamt beeindruckend hochwertig und geräumig. Mein Sohn sagte: kaiserlich.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Das Appartement hat eine top Lage in der Innenstadt von Freiburg. Man kann aber nicht zum Ausladen bis dahin vorfahren. Das war aber nicht schlimm, weil der der Weg von der Tiefgarage wirklich nicht weit ist. Es war super sauber und das Bett bequem.
Es war etwas laut nachts am Wochenende, dem konnte man aber mit Ohrstöpseln begegnen.

I generally really liked it and would like to stay again.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Die Lage war unschlagbar und der Check-In einfach und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war schön, schlicht und sauber und es hatte alles, was man brauchte. Toll war auch, dass man das Gepäck selbstständig einstellen konnte.
Wir hatten mit der Bedienung der Storen ein wenig Mühe. Es hat dann aber geklappt.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Das Appartement entspricht der Beschreibung - alles sehr schön, neu, funktional. Über den Türcode und den Schlüsselsafe ist das einchecken easy. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Fernseher, die nach Hinweis auf dem AB sofort behoben worden sind. Die Lage ist perfekt - zentraler und gleich absolut ruhig kann man in Freiburg wahrscheinlich nicht wohnen.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Ganz tolles, sauberes, neues und sehr komfortables Apartment! Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen! Das Bett war so super bequem, Klima funktionierte einwandfrei, rundum ein perfekter Aufenthalt und ich werde ganz sicher wiederkommen !!!
Die Parksituation ist etwas unglücklich! Klar ist ein Parkhaus nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt aber 30€ für 24h ist schon ne Nummer. Daran könnte noch gearbeitet werden.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Die Lage war top und alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen in der Nähe.
Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, muss man wissen, dass man wirklich in der Fußgängerzone ist. Das ist schwierig zum Ausladen, erst recht wenn man mit Topbox reist und in kein Parkhaus passt. Wir haben es aber durchgezogen und einfach zum be- und entladen die Fußgängerzone befahren.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026The location is perfect... right in the middle of town, with close access to streetcars, hiking, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, concerts, train station. I was there during a significant heatwave (35° C) and the air conditioning was so appreciated. The directions to get in and get the key worked well. The bed was comfortable. There was abundant natural light. While it overlooked an extremely busy street, the windows did a phenomenal job of blocking noise. Shower worked well and plenty of hot water. Elevator.
While they seemed to have installed blackout shades, the up/down buttons didn't work and the curtains were translucent, so it was hard to sleep past sunrise (around 6 am in summer). The kitchen is minimal ... the smallest sink I've ever seen, no oil/salt/pepper/other basics, etc. The back door to take out garbage/recycling was very tricky, even following the instructions. The first time I tried, it took about 10 tries. The second time, I gave up after 20. I could have used an instruction sheet for the tv remote ... very minimalistic and I was afraid of pushing the wrong button (I'm not great at those things but probably am not the only one). The Nespresso coffeemaker was appreciated but the "needs descaling" button was on the whole time so don't know how long it's been overdue.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Die Lage des Apartments ist wirklich top! Es gibt Rabattkarten für das nahegelegene Parkhaus was jedoch mit 18€ Tageskarte dann immernoch nicht günstig aber sehr praktisch ist. Rundum zu empfehlen für einen Städtetrip.
Vor dem Fenster war eine laute Baustelle, dafür kann jedoch der Betreiber der Unterkunft nichts.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Die Kommunikation ist sehr effektiv und schnell. Unser Appartement war hübsch, praktisch, alles was man braucht und mit einer super funktionierenden Klimaanlage! Es hat uns wirklich gefallen und wir werden wiederkommen.
Einen Punkt Abzug - was an der Perfektion fehlt ist ein Parkplatz vor Ort. Die Tiefgarage ist zwar in der Nähe, aber man muss mit den Koffern ein paar Minuten durch die vollen Geschäftsstraßen .

After our stay, my husband started to have lots of itching red spots along limbs, neck, side of face, generally appeared in the area that was not covered by the clothes. And me, who slept on the sofa only got a few. We would strongly recommend the hotel do some check.

Die Klimaanlage war bei den extrem heißen Temperaturen im Sommer 2026 ein Segen. Es ist alles sehr fein durchdacht und aufeinander abgestimmt. Der Kontakt per Mail ist freundlich, einfach und informativ. Wir waren begeistert.

Ein BioBett vom Feinsten - allerdings ist mir Latex zu fest, ich bin nicht genug eingesunken. Daher hatte ich Schmerzen. Das ist sicher nur bei empfindlichen Schläfern so.

La porta esterna del palazzo non si è aperta col codice, esperienza condivisa con altri clienti arrivati insieme. Siamo entrati solo perché qualcuno usciva e ci ha aperto. Sapone e shampoo erano piuttosto liquidi

Reviewed May 28, 2026Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet (alles in Grau), gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben auch den Balkon sehr geschätzt. Die Lage war perfekt. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.
Fällt mir nichts ein.

Reviewed May 25, 2026L appartement très propre . Bien situé en centre ville. On apprécie ce petit plus (cafetière avec dosettes et balcon ). Juste un petit bémol, le parking très cher surtout à la nuit.
Le prix du parking . Et le prix un peu élevé.

Reviewed May 23, 2026Great apartment, very spacious, modern and well equipped. Very comfortable bed and sofabed. We stayed for 3 nights, bars and restaurants right around the corner and very quiet in the apartment. Tram stop nearby.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Sehr guter schneller Kontakt. Das Apartment hat eine sehr schöne Einrichtung. Super neuer Zustand. Alles hat gut gepasst. Großer Balkon.
Aussicht in den Innenhof ist nicht sehr schön. Keine Parkmöglichkeit am Objekt. Es liegt dafür mitten in der Altstadt. Anfahrt und kurzes halten geht.

窗户如果能再隔音一点就去更好了，晚上有人在路上说话听的比较清楚

Apartament ruidoso! Justo encima de un Kebab Restaurant! Ruido toda la noche ! Imposible contactar con el alojamiento! No responde en toda la noche ! Baje al Restaurant a reclamar , siguieron con los ruidos por la limpieza hasta las 3 o 4 de la mañana ! Tuve que abadonar El Apartment

Saknade en brödrost. Ett litet tips när och om gardinbyte i vardagsrummet. Gärna mörkare gardiner med tanke på morgonljuset.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Sehr schöne, schlicht und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist direkt in der Fußgänger Zone, davon hört man drinnen jedoch nichts, also super angenehm. Erwähnenswert finde ich auch dass es sehr sauber ist. Einfach ein super Aufenthalt :-)

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Geweldig verblijf! Ruim, heel schoon, heerlijke bedden, goede douche en van alle gemakken voorzien. We boekten voor onze dreumes een babybedje bij en ze hadden ook een kinderstoel bijgezet, super fijn! Middenin het centrum. Wij verbleven een nacht op doorreis, maar we hadden hier prima een week kunnen blijven! Parkeren in parkeergarage op nog geen 3 min lopen. Inchecken ging gemakkelijk.
Erg gehorig. De bovenburen besloten ‘s avonds alle meubels te verschuiven, zo klonk het tenminste. Er is een lift, maar die is erg klein. Goed om rekening te houden met een grotere kinderwagen oid.
