Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The apartment is big and has many facilities.
Beds are quite hard and pillows too soft. Due to the climate, it was very hot inside. The online way to get the tempeture down was by opening the windows at night. But that was not possible, since several people used the entrance and the chairs at the bakery as a place to smoke and that smoke comes in via the open windows. Also the construction work across the street woke us every morning at 7 so we had to close the windows. Not very relaxing when you are on holiday. At the last day we received an e-mail urging us to leave the apartment clean. Almost threathening with the following statement: "depending on the condition of the apartment, we will charge a special cleaning fee of up to EUR 100." Not very nice.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Era bastante amplio y espacioso, tenía muchos instrumentos para cocinar, incluso tostadora. Nos dejaron café. El baño era enorme. El garaje para aparcar era muy grande y cómodo. Es verdad que estaba lejos del centro de la ciudad, pero nosotros lo queríamos como base para ir en coche y visitar la Selva Negra y, además, íbamos con un perro de 40 kilos, por lo que nos pareció genial.
Las almohadas eran muy blandas.

Er is maar 1 terras/restaurant in de buurt. Maar met de tram, die bijna voor de deur stopt, binnen 10 minuten in het centrum.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026It’s fine for one night, has all the amenities needed. Available parking on site is a big plus, especially if you are stopping as a layover and have a loaded car. Reception staff was very helpful and kind.
We booked on the same day online and we were under the impression parking was available and we had requested a cot for our baby, which was said it was available. Turns out none were possible, despite the confirmation via Booking, which were the 2 main reasons for us choosing this place. We ended up parking in the street and the baby had to sleep in an improvised floor setting with the extra duvets provided. Our room faced the main street and it is extremely loud, not really possible to keep windows open during the summer nights (no aircon).

Leider waren alle Parkplätze belegt aber wir haben 200 Meter entfernt auf der Straße einen Platz gefunden. Es war sehr heiss und schwierig die Wohnung zu kühlen aber das war sicher nur wegen dem Klimawandel.

Soggiorno molto deludente, rispetto alle foto pubblicate e alle aspettative in generale. La cosa peggiore è stato trovare sui materassi della stanza solo un inquietante coprimaterasso senza lenzuola, caldo e con uno scarso senso di pulizia. Il monolocale aveva un odore terribile che non è andato via per nessuno dei tre giorni di soggiorno, anche dopo molte ore con le finestre spalancate. Niente aria condizionata. Sarà stata anche colpa nostra che abbiamo prenotato tardi e sarà stato anche (fine) agosto ma tanto l’edificio, quanto la posizione (zona decisamente bruttina e periferica), nonché stanza e servizi non valgono assolutamente il prezzo pagato!!!!!

Uns wurde erst in den letzten Tagen der Fahrradkeller zugänglich gemacht. Wir erhielten dann einen extra Schlüssel für den Eingang. Das war nicht okay, weil in der Garage im EG keinen ausreichenden Platz für Fahrräder hat und die auch dort nicht sicher stehen!

Biggest plus was it had a washing machine
The only area of improvement is the bed linen and pillows . They were misshapen and the covers were wrong sizes . Some had holes in them . The sheets and pillows did not match . Would expect better quality of linen from V7

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Wij zijn na 21u aangekomen, na 21u is niemand bereikbaar. Accommodatie had een eigen parkeerterrein, maar wij konden daar niet in. Je moest deze blijkbaar van te voren reserveren (deze kon ik nergens aanvinken bij het boeken). Parkeren in omgeving is heel moeilijk, waardoor we gedwongen bij een laadpaal hebben geparkeerd. Laadkosten is ook 3 keer zoveel dan normaal. De dag dat we daar aankwamen was het best warm, maar de accommodatie is niet voorzien van een airco. Ik had een babybed afgevinkt in beide kamers, maar in 1 van de kamers zat geen babybedje. Al met al slecht geslapen en was ver onder mijn verwachting.

Dans la chambre il y avait deux ventilateurs il y en avait un il etait un peu bruyant mais pas trop mechant par contre l’autre ventilateur etait impeccable il nest pas bruyant. Bon j’ai fini par eteindre le deuxieme ventilateur.

il nostro appartamento era sulla strada quindi la notte era molto rumoroso...visto l estate calda l aria condizionata sarebbe stata gradita...era comunque fornito di due ventilatori.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Das Appartement war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der direkte S-Bahn Anschluss war ebenfalls gut, so auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Wir waren dort, als gerade eine Hitzewelle von ca. 40 Grad in Süddeutschland war. Unser Appartement (4. Stock) verfügt wie alle in dieser Unterkunft über keine Klimaanlage (es wird auch nicht damit geworben, insofern alles prinzipiell in Ordnung). Allerdings hat dies dazu geführt, dass in der Wohnung selbst um 2 Uhr nachts noch immer 32 Grad waren und natürlich so nicht an Schlaf auch nur im entferntesten zu denken war. Der Ventilator ist zu vernachlässigen, selbst auf der "Turbo" Einstellung sorgt ein kleiner Schreibtisch USB-Ventilator für mehr Luftzirkulation. Wir hatten eigentlich vorgehabt für 2 Nächte zu bleiben, sind allerdings in der ersten Nacht wieder abgereist um bei uns zu Hause zu schlafen (auch eine Dachgeschosswohnung, insofern sind wir hohe Temperaturen gewohnt). Als wir am nachfolgenden Tag telefonisch über diesen Zustand informieren wollten, wurde versucht, uns für weitere Aufenthalte in Freiburg trotzdem wieder an V7 Appartements zu begeistern. Das wird nicht passieren. Auf die Nachfrage, warum wir uns nicht an die Rezeption gewandt hätten, wurde auch nur halbherzig reagiert. "Man hätte ja dann versuchen können eine andere Unterkunft finden zu können." Das bezweifeln wir stark, immerhin ist die Rezeption nicht 24/7 besetzt (daher war eine Beschwerde nicht um diese Zeit möglich), noch wäre hier nachts wahrscheinlich eine Lösung zu finden gewesen. Auch das Parken ist sehr schlecht, kaum Parkplätze vorhanden und die außerhalb überteuert bzw. unsicher. Für den Preis der Unterkunft daher im Sommer nicht angemessen.

La persona de recepción, sin embargo, no le importaba demasiado dar indicaciones claras o solucionar de alguna forma las solicitudes. Por suerte, Melanie, cubrió de forma excelente esa parte.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der Südseite, die wurden trotz der bereitgestellten Ventilatoren schon sehr sehr warm.

Praticamente tutto! arrivati in una camera che sembrava un forno, senza aria condizionata con 1 ventilatore e una torretta ventilatore sporchi e pieni di polvere. Camere NON pulite. Senza lenzuola, solo con coprimaterasso. 1 piano lato strada RUMOROSISSIMO d entrava puzza di smog e pericoloso lasciare la finestra aperta di notte perchè scavalcabile. Non è stata fornita alternativa ne assistenza al problema della temperatura interna alla stanza. Anche per altre info la reception non ci ha aiutato con il noleggio bici e con aiuti sul parcheggio, rispondendoci sempre solo "non so". Pulizia generale pavimenti bagno scarsa.

Leider war der Ventilator nicht zu gebrauchen. Dazu war im Vorfeld nicht ersichtlich, dass das Zimmer zur Straße geht. Dadurch bei geöffnetem Fenster leider doch viel Straßenlärm.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite uncomfortable, especially considering the apartment is advertised as a 4-star boutique property. The temperature was around 36°C during our stay, and the apartment had no air conditioning. We were provided with three fans, but they were in poor condition, with some parts broken and a lot of dust on them. The children’s room also had no window, which made it particularly difficult for them to sleep in the summer heat. Because of the heat, we had no choice but to keep the windows open. However, the apartment faces a busy main street, so there was a lot of traffic noise throughout the night. The cleanliness was also below expectations. There was visible dust in the corners and inside the cupboards, and we even found leftover food in the kitchen sink drain. Given the 4-star rating and boutique positioning of the apartment, we expected a much more comfortable and better-maintained stay.

Op die locatie met de bouwconstructie valt het zeer tegen dat er geen climate control systeem is ingebouwd en ook geen airconditioning. Het was dan ook zeer benauwd en warm in het appartement. Een neergezette ventilator kon daar ook geen verandering in aanbrengen.

Bei der Anreise war niemand am Empfang, kann vorkommen. Leider waren in der Unterkunft keine Parkplätze vorhanden und dies bei einer relativ abgelegenen Location. Es gab Parkplatz etwa 200 Meter entfernt auf einem Parkplatz eines Einkaufszentrums. Aus diesem Grunde sind wir sofort wieder abgereist ohne die Unterkunft beziehen zu können oder das Geld zurückerstattet zu bekommen.

Pas évident de se garer si le parking est complet. Tout fonctionne encore avec de la monnaie. Le mieux : se garer dans la rue dans une des zones bleue à 10 mn à pied et à une station de tram (dit. Vauban) et payer via une app (10 € les 24 h)

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Zeer ruim en mooi appartement. Zeer vriendelijke man bij de receptie. Er waren geen parkeerplaatsen bij het complex vrij, maar in de straten eromheen is er voldoende ruimte om langs de weg te parkeren.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Appartement close to perfection. Spacious and welcoming. Things are well organised, and good design meets functionality. Close to tram 4 and easy to get to the center and the trains. Good bakery open every morning at the ground level of the building.
Temperature was a bit warm during July. Windows open only on one side and air flow isn't that good. Air fans from the appartment were very useful.
