The grounds were so beautiful. The room was spacious and clean.

The hotel and jacuzzi area were So relaxing. The lush greenery and views were perfect.

Very relaxing, beautiful setting over looking lake and mountains. Great to have pool, bar and gym .. loved the jacuzzi also and the fact it’s private to each room is fantastic. Laura is an amazing host. Nothing is a problem.

There is quite a steep hill from Bellagio centre to get to the property. If you had issues walking then you would be challenged.

Our stay at Villa Vitali was incredible. The villa is in an excellent location—only a 10-minute walk from the town of Bellagio, yet far enough away to remain completely peaceful. The pool area is beautiful and we also had a private hot tub on our balcony, which was absolute bliss. The views throughout our stay were stunning. Communication was excellent, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about it - the location, the quality, the views, the staff were all beyond expectation . Can’t rate it highly enough!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Vitali. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Alessandro especially went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The villa itself is beautiful, with stunning surroundings that create such a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. We enjoyed it so much that on our very first evening, we decided to stay in, relax by the pool, and enjoy pizza and cocktails that were homemade. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to return to Villa Vitali in the future. Highly recommended!

A couple of things worth being aware of before your stay- Taxis can be difficult to arrange and the walk from the train station to the villa is uphill. My mum is 61 and quite fit, but even she found the walk a little challenging, so it’s something to keep in mind. It’s also worth noting that use of the jacuzzis comes at an additional cost.

Beautiful and spacious villas tucked away from the city center. Lovely property. My family enjoyed our stay here. It was so relaxing. The pool area was lovely. It was a short walk down to many stores and restaurants.

It was a bit challenging to arrive there without a car. It’s uphill so we had to push our luggage. It was tough to find a taxi at the city center

La villa est sur les hauteurs de Bellaggio dans un cadre magnifique. La vue de notre balcon était sublime sur le lac de Côme. Le jacuzzi privé était très appréciable. La villa et surtout les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et nous étions à proximité de tout.

Notre arrivée a été un peu compliquée car nous avons un peu cherché notre appartement dans la villa malgré les explications et la réactivité de Laura. La laverie est partagée avec les autres appartements.

Lovely place 10mins from Bellagio old town. Hosts were simply amazing - took care of everything and made our stay very enjoyable. View from the pool area is so beautiful.

Nem todos os quartos tem Jacuzzi dentro e precisa ser acessada em uma área externa, além de pagar uma taxa extra de EUR60.

Amazing villa within walking distance to Bellagio town centre. Great modern apartment with private hot tub and large patio with fabulous views on Lake Como and the surrounding area. Well equipped kitchen with some welcome treats on arrival. Large bedrooms and bathroom. Great shower. Friendly staff. Clean property. Laura is a lovely host, with great comms and always helpful either in person or via WhatsApp. The pool and garden are very well maintained. The free gym is great. Free parking. Honesty bar. 2 small supermarkets and a local cheese shop within walking distance.

Everything was amazing. The only thing we raised with Laura is the confusing description on Booking.com regarding the hot tub, for which there is a supplement to pay which isn’t clear in the online description. Laura did inform us of the option and cost on WhatsApp a few days before, but we thought the Booking.com page could have been more explicit about a supplement.

Great self contained apartment, amazing swimming pool and lovely pool bar. Good little shop a few min down the hill for breakfast supplies. Washing machine and dryer available as well

A bit of a walk into town, especially back to the apartment up a hill. We managed but if mobility is an issue it’s worth being aware of.

This is an exceptional place. Spacious apartment with private jacuzzi, beatiful garden, place to park a car. The pool is also wonderful. We had an excellent stay!

Everything was amazing, we liked having the kitchen, pool, air conditioning, laundry facilities. Host was wonderful to work with throughout entire process.

The location had beautiful views but in the heat of summer hill back up was hot. Fine for us, but maybe not for all.

Faciliteiten. Ijsmachine airco jacuzzi’s (had van mij in de prijs inbegrepen mogen zitten) Ruimte was ook fijn.

De bar was nooit open.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Bellagio. The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything and the complex where the apartment is located was lovely and well maintained. The apartment inset was confortable and exactly as described. Our host was excellent as well. Very responsive and available whenever we needed anything.

The one issue we ran into was the jacuzzi: we were charged an extra fee to use it, which was not disclosed beforehand. Since the Jacuzzi is listed as part of the apartment's amenities, we don't think an additional unannounced fee should apply to use it. This should be clearly communicated to guests in advance so there are no surprises.

Beautiful property with lots of amenities.

There is a 15 min walk to the main part of Bellagio. We enjoyed the walk but may not be a good fit for those who don’t like to walk.

Absolutely beautiful with a secluded feel but still close to ferry station. Pictures did not do it justice, even better than I expected.

Terrace floor could’ve been a bit cleaner when we arrived and cleaning of the room a bit more often.

This was such a perfect spot, it was quiet, low key, clean, comfortable, had good AC, a decent view, a private parking spot, a stunning pool, and the property itself was gorgous. The property was gated and we were given a code to get in and out, and the building even had a small elevator to get to our higher floor, which wasn't expected but appreciated! The host messaged us the day before our arrival to arrange key pick up, and then when our flight was delayed she was easy to message to adjust our arrival time. Staying here allowed us to drive in, park for our entire stay, and be within walking distance from everything we wanted to see and do.

Nothing, everything was perfect. There is a bit of an uphill walk to get there from town, but we knew that going in and it wasn't nearly as bad as we were expecting!

The pool was fantastic. As were the the pool bar or honesty bar near pool. The laundry facilities were great and needed after our long journey.

Walking back and forth into Bellagio is quite the walk, only take about 15mins but uphill. Great for exercise to walk off those pastas

We loved the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. They were extremely attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived until our departure. The views from the rooms were stunning and gardens were immaculate.

Amazing property and the tower room's views are truly breathtaking. It's far enough from the busy downtown, yet close enough to enjoy everything that Bellagio has to offer.

This was a little slice of heaven - the grounds are immaculate, the apartment was perfectly spacious for our family of four, laundry available and the staff was very kind and friendly. The pool was really nice with amazing scenery. It was super clean too.

It was more uphill than I would have liked but honestly helped us work off the gelato and we had really nice views from the hotel grounds.

Property was quite a and comfortable. They think evert detail. We stayed at house which have its own Jacuzzi. Bellagio is really simple and small location. If you are looking crowd and more like city . I recommend como city. But if you would like to get relaxed. This place is the right place. Clean , quiet, relaxing. House have everything you need.

There was hard bromine tablet smell in jacuzzi. So we couldn’t use it . The rest was perfect

The property is wonderful with amazing views out of every window in the apartment. You can see Lake Lecco and Como. The pool is a major bonus with a great setting. It’s a little bit of a hike to town, but not a bad walk. We’ll sacrifice a bit of a walk to have the incredible views and privacy

Villa Vitali was a wonderful place to stay. The property was beautifully maintained, clean, spacious and offered lovely views of Lake Como. A special mention goes to Laura, who made our stay even more enjoyable. She provided a warm welcome at check-in, was always responsive and helpful, gave us useful local recommendations, kindly set up the jacuzzi for us, and gave us a warm farewell at check-out. Her hospitality truly made us feel at home.

Gostei de tudo, é uma vila maravilhosa, de um gosto incrível, foi um prazer poder estar neste sítio e sentir-nos no paraíso!!! Desde o apartamento os quartos, a casa o jardim.. Em geral tudo. Laura é uma anfitriã fantástica, todo o tempo atenta e preocupada, desde antes de chegar até que nos recebeu no apartamento. Ela é um amor. Tivemos a sorte de ficar num dos apartamentos privativos com. Jardim e piscina particular o qual deu ainda mais charme e confort a estadia.

Puutarha on todella upea ja sijainti Bellagion palveluihin nähden hyvä, kävelymatkan päässä. Asunnon vuokraaja Laura on aivan huippu ja vastasi aina todella hyvin viesteihin ja tarttui esitettyihin kysymyksiin. Ihana vierailu kerta kaikkiaan.

Ainoa mistä hieman miinusta tulee, niin ilmastoinnin mukana huoneeseen suihkutettava tuoksu oli kovin voimakas, eli tuoksuherkät saavat oireita.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Wat een vriendelijk personeel. Alles was heel schoon en verzorgd. Hele mooie tuin en zwembad. In tijden niet zo een mooie vakantie gehad. We gaan zeker weer terug. Kunnen gewoon niet genoeg van het uitzicht krijgen. Een echte aanrader

Echt tegen niet hoor. Ik vond het matras minder prettig, maar mijn reisgenoten hadden er geen last van.
