Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Super expérience ! L’appartement est magnifique, très propre, confortable et idéalement situé. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. L’hôte est très gentille, accueillante et surtout très disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Elle prend même régulièrement des nouvelles pour s’assurer que tout se passe bien, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien du début à la fin. Je recommande cette location les yeux fermés et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir ! Merci encore pour cet excellent séjour

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Tolle saubere Wohnung. Wunderschöne Lage...nur 1 Minute von der Hassan Moschee entfernt. Meerblick von jedem Zimmer. Wir waren mit 3 Kinder da, deshalb war es sehr vorteilhaft auch ein Wäschetrockner zu haben. Gute Klimaanlage. Blick von der Dachterrasse im 7.Stock, die man bequem mit dem Aufzug erreicht, einfach traumhaft!

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026The apartment was a good size and the beds were comfortable, the doorman was very polite. The washing machine and dryer were nice to have.
Getting into the apartment was confusing, the doorman stopped us from entering until he spoke with Sofia and we were finally let in, still not sure what the issue was as he didn’t speak english and we didn’t speak moroccan . I was then called by Sophia who asked for photos of our passports , I had sent copies of them to her 9 months ago via email and she had acknowledged receiving them, I found the email and sent it again. Entering the lift lobby we were told by another man who was in the building that they were renovating the apartment next to ours, when we finally got inside the apartment the noise was horrendous, they were jackhammering all day, they finally stopped after 17:00hrs. The cleaner was still in the apartment when we were let inside for at least an hour so we had to wait in the lounge area until she finished. The kitchen lacked kitchenware, for example 3 teaspoons , 3 mugs no tea towels to dry anything, the bathroom floor flooded near the toilet when you showered and the flush button on the toilet was missing.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026The location is great next to Hassan Mosque and the Atlantic Ocean. Every room has AC. So convenient to have microwave oven, regular oven, gas stove, fridge, washer and dryer. Easy to get around by walking or just catch a taxi. Good restaurants and mini markets nearby. Very spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms. Perfect for our family's need. Very nice and friendly host. Thank you, Sofia.
It would be even better if there are bidets in the bathroom. One of the AC remote doesn't have batteries, but the good thing is we were able to use the other remote for all 3 ACs.

There were only towels for bathing, no hand towels or kitchen towels. The doorman was a bit unnerving.

Есть выход на крышу - оттуда прекрасно виден закат и рассвет, а также видно мечеть. На кухне было все необходимое для готовки, хозяин был на связи. В целом в апартаментах было очень чисто.
Не хватает полочек для одежды в ванной, но это мелочи

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026BRUTAL !!! Un apartamento expectacular, un comedor enorme, con una iluminación exterior tremenda. Las vistas son geniales, ves el mar y parte del paseo marítimo. La ubicación es expectacular, a 50 mts estas delante de la mezquita Hassan II y del paseo marítimo que es brutal. Pudimos aparcar en la puerta aunque el propio apartamento dispone de plaza de parking interior, nosotros no lo utilizamos. La cocina es enorme, las habitaciones muy amplias, dispone de dos baños, etc... Muy recomendable para visitar Casablanca y sobretodo si se quiere visitar el paseo marítimo y la mezquita.
Si aparcas en la calle vigila porque hay aparcacoches que vienen volando a pedirte dinero por aparcar en la calle aunque sea una zona gratuita para aparcar. Pero lo tienes solucionado porque el propio apartamento tiene una plaza de parquing interior. Problema resuelto.

Le digicode de la porte de l'appartement fonctionne de manière aléatoire, il faut le faire plusieurs fois pour réussir à rentrer.

On se faire réveiller tôt par la prière de 5h, car la mosquée est juste a côté, mais ca fait aussi parti du charme de l'endroit.

The host provided clear, simple instructions for getting into the apartment, making arrival completely stress-free. Its location was perfect: just a short walk from the impressive Hassan II Mosque and surrounded by numerous charming pâtisseries where you could pick up something delicious at any time of day. Overall, the stay was clean, convenient, and genuinely amazing.

Borzasztóan koszos volt minden, a sarkokban egyértelműen látszódott hogy felmosva sem volt rendesen, az ágy tele haj és szőrszálakkal, a hűtőmocskos, más maradéka maradt benne és a fürdőszoba vàllalhatatlanul koszos, főleg penészes, látszik is hogy festéssel megpróbálták eltüntetni eredménytelenül. Nem értem hogy lehet ilyen jóra értékelve a hely, ez alapján esett erre a választásunk szállásfoglalásnál, ide biztosan nem jövünk többet, nem ajánlom senkinek a képek régen készültek, nem tükrözi a mostani állapotot.

La propriétaire nous a accommodé en nous permettant de stationner notre voiture plus tôt. Elle répondait rapidement à chacune de nos questions. L’appartement était propre et très grand. Reviewed Nov 30, 2025The apartment is spacious, very clean and surprisingly warm despite the cold weather outside (we stayed in the third week of November 2025 and the locals said it was chillier than usual). It is a stone's throw from the beautiful Hassan II Mosque and just on the edge of the street that joins with the Boulevard de la Corniche. Very close for wonderful walks along the marina, with loads of local cafes. We stayed for only one night hence we didn't need to use the facilities much, but the apartment is well-equipped. As Indians we were a bit surprised with the separate bidet bowl and absence of a hand faucet but got used to it. All outlets in the washroom have hot and cold water so that was a relief. Be sure to have a universal plug connector if you are from the east or west or UK - Morocco has the type C/E plug and not all establishments will offer a convertor. We'd really like to thank the doorkeeper who helped us from the get go - from letting our car in and guiding us to the parking spot to helping us with the luggage and also showing us how the remote for the parking doors work. Thanks Sofia for facilitating a smooth stay for us!

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025L’appartamento *Mosquee & Sea View Casablanca è situato in ottima posizione, a pochi passi dalla Moschea Hassan II, e dispone di un comodo parcheggio privato in garage sotto la struttura. L’alloggio è spazioso, con due camere da letto, due bagni, una cucina e un ampio salone. La vista dalle finestre è molto bella, con scorci sull’oceano. All’ingresso è presente un portinaio/guardiano che controlla l’accesso.
Tuttavia, l’appartamento nel complesso risulta piuttosto datato e poco curato. I bagni, in particolare, non erano particolarmente puliti. Con più attenzione alla manutenzione e all’igiene, potrebbe diventare una soluzione davvero valida.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2025The apartment view is really nice. you can see the see and the big mosquet, which is walking distance from the building (100m). There are incredible restaurants in the sorounding, like Marina Juice or inumerous itallian restaurants that are worth visiting. The beds are confortable an shower is good! Garage is also fine, big space and underground. I loved the apartment and would stay here again next time.
