I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Casablanca. The rooms were very clean, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! The location was perfect, and I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. The security staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and all the other staff members were also very welcoming and professional. I am very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you for the great hospitality, and hopefully see you again soon!

This property was absolutely not worth the money and I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking. Unfortunately, almost every aspect of our stay was problematic. The apartment itself is not well maintained, and quite dirty in places, with many stains on the walls and the amenities. 1/2 bathrooms had little to no water pressure throughout most of our stay. The apartment was advertised as having air conditioning throughout, but when we arrived we were told that the bedroom AC units had been removed. The portable coolers provided instead barely worked and repeatedly caused the electricity to trip. As a result, we were unable to properly cool the bedrooms and had to sleep in the living room. The situation became even worse when we woke up to cockroaches crawling around inside the apartment. This was completely unacceptable and made us feel extremely uncomfortable staying there. The following day, the electricity went out for over an hour. Reception told us that an electrician would arrive and that if the issue was not resolved within 10 minutes, we would be given an alternative apartment. Despite waiting and repeatedly following up, this did not happen. We raised these issues repeatedly with the property and contacted Booking.com for assistance, but neither provided any meaningful solution before our stay ended. For the price we paid, the standard of the accommodation and the lack of assistance were completely unacceptable. The property did not provide the experience or facilities advertised, and it was nowhere near worth the money. I would not stay again.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, tout était parfait. L'équipe est vraiment attentionnée et professionnelle. Un immense merci à Mohamed en particulier : toujours présent, de bons conseils, souriant et très serviable. Grâce à lui notre séjour a été encore plus agréable. Merci à tous, on garde un excellent souvenir et on reviendra !

J’ai vraiment tout aimé, l’accueil était vraiment bien! Et l’appartement était propre et très belle et la vu et l’emplacement était magnifique!

Mala actitud del personal ya que no se adaptan al turismo y solo se limitan a hablar marroquí o francés y el turismo europeo queda nulo. No se aclaran con las taxas turisticas y parece ser solo una estafa para recaudar dinero. No tenian ni un simple secador. El immobiliario es basico y solo dejan 1 papel de vater para 3 dias. Las paredes no son insonorizadas y se escucha absolutamente todo de la calle y eso que estabamos en un sexto piso. Esto dificulta muchisimo dormir.

De locatie was geweldig. Bed, wasmachine, personeel en airco waren heel goed!

Weinig bestek en jammer dat de tv niet echt werkte. Er wordt niet dagelijks schoongemaakt, of toiletpapier en handdoek ververst. Als je het vraagt krijg je het wel natuurlijk.

The location and view was amazing. Beautiful apartment and comfortable size for me and my three kids.

The AC was only working in the living room so most of the time had to be there although the room didn't feel very hot.

The location was perfect, with a stunning view of the sea and the Hassan II Mosque as the backdrop. The floor-to-ceiling windows, modern décor and mirrors made the apartment feel incredibly spacious. The apartment itself was large, beautifully decorated, modern and very clean. Staff were fantastic and very helpful, they went out of their way to try and help.

Unfortunately, there were a few issues. The air conditioning wasn’t working in the main living area, where we spent most of our time, and it was also not working in two of the three bedrooms. A technician came and provided a mobile AC unit for the main room, but he was under the impression that the bedroom AC was working when it wasn’t. The apartment had a coffee machine, but there was no coffee provided. There were also no bins anywhere in the apartment, so we had to use our own bags for rubbish. There was no hairdryer, and we had to ask for an iron and ironing board. Parking is available for free on the street outside, which is convenient, although the local parking attendants expect to be paid. Overall, the apartment has an excellent location, fantastic views and a lovely modern feel, but the issues with the air conditioning and some of the basic amenities should be addressed.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement qui a parfaitement répondu à toutes nos attentes. Il est spacieux, confortable et très agréable à vivre, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et, en plus, un petit aperçu de la mosquée qui apporte beaucoup de charme au paysage. 🌊✨ Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la qualité des services et l’attention portée aux voyageurs. Le personnel est très bienveillant, à l’écoute, disponible et chaleureux. Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme.notamment de la part dé Mohamed 1 , Mohamed 2 , YAHIA et Yacine , Un petit mot également pour l’agent présent à l’entrée, toujours disponible et souriant pour nous orienter et nous conseiller!!🙏🏼 Une très belle expérience, que nous recommandons vivement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! ❤️

The view was amazing. The Host and receptionist were very kind and friendly. Always available for communication.

The toilet seat wasn't working. They compensated for our inconvenience by booking free taxi to the station for us.

La vue est magnifique. L appartement est bien équipé Le restaurant Le Gatsby au rdc est très bien pour le Petit-déjeuner.

Il y a réellement 2 salles de bain. L eau chaude est incertaine. La climatisation fuit dans le couloir par le plafond et la douche de la suite parentale. Le volet roulant d une des chambres s est démonté quand on a voulu l utiliser.

Eigenlijk alles aan het appartement en service. Beddengoed waren vies, bedden lagen niet lekker, airco deed het niet in de woonkamer. Ontzettende geluidsoverlast buiten van auto’s en motoren, de hele nacht, niemand van ons heeft een oog dicht gedaan, we waren gebroken in de ochtend. Zou iemand naar de airco komen kijken= nooit gekomen, ook na verschillende malen dit te hebben aangegeven… nooit maar ook nooit meer

Ça manque de propreté. Nous avons pas pu faire un petit repas dans l appartement car la taque était vraiment sale . Pas assez de vaisselle. Il faut vraiment revoir la propreté sinon le reste super

Loved the view and how big the apartment was, super comfortable and made our stay in casablanca that bit more unforgetable.

De uitzicht is fenomenaal maar alles is verwaarloosd.

Hygiëne is echt een 2/10. Verder is de accommodatie echt verwaarloosd. Zelfs de muren hebben een likje verf nodig, schimmel in badkamers.

Je recommande vivement cet établissement. J’y ai passé un séjour très agréable. La vue est magnifique, le cadre est exceptionnel et le service est irréprochable. Un grand merci à Zouhir et Mohammed pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur professionnalisme et leur disponibilité. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! La propreté est également irréprochable ! Logement très propre avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Le concierge et son remplaçant ont été très disponibles et accueillants. Parking sécurisé possible en confiant la voiture au gardien, ce qui est très appréciable.

Il manque une théière parmi les équipements. Pour les amateurs de thé, notamment les familles marocaines, ce serait un petit plus très apprécié.

O mais incrível foi a vista da Mesquita e a linda surpresa de sermos acordados 04h40 com o Adhan.

Por ser mal sinalizado e prédio comercial, não encontrávamos o endereço. Tanto que o táxi cansado de procurar, nos deixou a 1,5 km do destino.

Tv qui marchait pas … mais bon on était pas venu regarder la tv … et étant Platrier peintre de métier , je trouve que les finitions ( peintures faïence etc sont très mal faites ) dommage pour un bel appartement comme ça …. Appart ça super 👍

Het meeste van het materiaal werkte niet zoals het koffiezetapparaat, microgolf en wasmachine was op een rare manier geopend voor de rest was er ook geen water in 1 van de wc’s en was er water uitlopen van onder de wc hygiëne kon beter we hebben wat vieze plekken gevonden en dode beesten. Maar dit moet ik wel zeggen zeer aangenaam personeel zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig

The location is great for being near to the mosque and seaside.

The water heater in the hallway bathroom leaked and there was no hooks/rails within the bathrooms to hang towels. The cabinet doors in the kitchen were pretty worn.

Great location. And the staff in the building were so wonderful. I met one of the kindest people I have ever encountered. Helped with any problems I had and even helped me to get to the airport super early in the morning when my taxi cancelled… even though his shift had ended!

Mais le véritable point fort reste sans aucun doute la vue panoramique incroyable depuis le balcon, offrant un spectacle magnifique sur l'océan et la majestueuse Mosquée Hassan II. Mes parents ont passé un séjour merveilleux et ont adoré s'y retrouver le matin

The location of the accommodation is great. The staff is nice and attentive.

Cleanliness was poor, cockroaches in many parts of the apartment. For an apartment there were sparse cocking supplies and tableware. Linens had stains.

Die Lage direkt an der Moschee und fußläufig vom Ricks Cafe war sehr gut

Ursprünglich schönes Appartement, allerdings waren alle Fenster und Terrassentüren defekt und konnten nicht geschlossen werden. Ebenso defekt war die Waschmaschine. Die Küche war sehr dürftig ausgestattet. So war zum Beispiel nur eine Gabel vorhanden. Die Haustüre konnte man nicht richtig öffnen und klemmt am Fußboden. Schade, da das appartement mit ein wenig Pflege sehr viel mehr bieten könnte.

The bed sheets was dirty and the host wasn’t cooperate even when we asked him to change it he said no housekeeper working now and the electricity was going on and off

We had an amazing stay and were extremely satisfied with this hotel. The apartment was beautifully designed with a modern, stylish, and functional interior. Everything was clean and both the bed and the sofa were very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly! We accidentally left something valuable in the apartment after checking out, and they immediately contacted us and did everything they could to make sure we got it back. I will definitely return the next time I visit. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The photos speak for themselves!

The hosting was just perfect! I felt comfortable and the staff was nice! Specifically a guy named Yassine, he was very kind and he was there if I needed something. If I’m going back to Casablanca, I will choose this place again!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The building looks modern and the finishes are of good quality, especially the bathrooms. The ocean view of the apartment is great. The doorkeepers and front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is right across the most amazing mosque you can see.

What we didn’t like is the apartment has not been taken care of properly. There is water damage on some of the walls and the ceiling. The kitchen cabinets need readjustments for proper closing and the pots and pans need to be upgraded. There is not enough china or silverware for four people. The gas stove also needs fixing as not all the burners work properly. There is also a strange smell in the hallways. It is sad to see that an amazing apartment like this one has not been taken care of. The kitchen was not too clean when we arrive and we left it cleaner than how we received it.
