Above and beyond hospitality, we were cooked local food by the host on the rooftop. Mohammed was very nice and was happy to help whenever.

We had an amazing stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. Mohammed was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He always responded quickly to any questions and made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. One of our favourite features was the large balcony and how bright and airy the apartment felt thanks to the beautiful full-length French doors. At night, the blinds made the rooms nice and dark for a great night's sleep. We came for a surf holiday, and the location couldn't have been better. It was only a 5-minute walk to the Cathedrale and the main surf spots in the bay. On days we weren't surfing, there was also a lovely swimming spot and beautiful beaches nearby. The apartment is also within walking distance of restaurants, mini markets, small shops, and an ATM, and having free parking right outside was a big bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Thank you, Mohammed, for your wonderful hospitality! ★★★★★

The place was very clean, and the owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. She kindly allowed us to check in three hours earlier than the normal check-in time, which we really appreciated. She was also always available by phone and text whenever we needed assistance.

the listing was misleading. It advertised two separate bedrooms, but the apartment only has one bedroom, with two beds placed in the living room. The owner confirmed this was a mistake in the description. It is also not beachfront as advertised. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and need replacing, as we woke up with back pain. Overall, the apartment felt overpriced for what was actually offered.

Apartamento muy limpio y cómodo además de tranquilo, a diez minutos a pie de la playa. Muy bien ubicado junto a tiendas y restaurantes, y se ve la puesta de sol. Muy recomendable.

Dommage de pas avoir pu profiter du petit déjeuner qui n'était pas servi ce jour-là. Des améliorations seraient à prévoir dans la salle de bain.

Son emplacement, immeuble très bien entretenu et appartement également. Une notice pour utiliser le téléviseur aurait été appréciée.

The flat is very small for two people and very basic, just about okay for 1–2 nights Poor value for money – very expensive Half of the flat is built from poor-quality wood, which is why there are so many tiny insects that you can’t see them with the naked eye, but you can feel them crawling over your skin and it starts to itch. The noise is too loud, whether from the washing machine or from people walking around on the roof terrace. The Wi-Fi is very weak. The kitchen isn’t well equipped; the fridge is very small – you can barely fit two bottles of water in it before it’s full. In the middle of the day, they came twice in a row to repair the bathroom, and when they were finished, they didn’t tidy up; they left everything as it was, as if it were our home and we had to tidy it up ourselves.

Rachid est un hôte très réactif et sympathique. L endroit est top, bien situé, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Et le roof top, exceptionnel !!

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cet appartement qui est idéal pour une famille. La plage est à quelques minutes de marche. Rachid est adorable, disponible et nous a bien dépanné. Une terrasse sur le toit est top pour regarder le coucher du soleil et le balcon de l'appartement pour prendre ses repas. Le quartier est plutôt calme.

J'aurais aimé avoir des draps plutôt que des couvertures mais je n'en ai pas demandé ☺️. On est sur un logement assez basique mais qui fait bien le job pour quelques jours.

Belle vue sur la mer avec balcon appartement confortable et bien équipé. Parfait pour une nuit en famille avec 2 enfants.

Il y avait un dégât des eaux dans l’appartement du dessus et du coup le plafond de la douche était tout humide durant notre séjour. Des travaux de réparation à cause de la fuite.

a notre arrivee on nous a parler d un degat d eau repare dans la salle de bain.....mais je crois qu il y en a eu un peu partout car le plafond de la chambre etait on dirait sur le point de tomber...j ai dormi dans le salon.... tres triste car beaucoup de potentiel ...il ne devrait pas louer l apartement dans ces conditions

J ai réservé cet appartement pour 2 nuits. Le propriétaire n a pas voulu nous accueillir car nous étions avec 2 marocains. J ai payé 90 euros. Je n ai jamais été remboursé.

Very clean and pleasant stay! The house is spotless and has everything you need, with a beautiful sea view. Rachid and the lady who prepared our breakfast were super friendly and nice. It’s also close to the beach — nothing to complain about!

The appartement was very good standard, it had everything you need. The rooftop terrace was very nice, the guy who was serving guests was very helpful.

In the description of the appartement it says: "Featuring a private entrance, this spacious apartment also consists of 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms ..." Actually there are two rooms, not three: one bedroom, and a second bedroom with two beds and two sofas which can be used as a living room. Call me fussy, but I think the description can be misleading.

It was very cozy, had all the amenities we needed and the shower was clean and had hot water that we missed in other acommodations. The location was great, walking distance to everything and little tip: there is a massage place right next to it! The owner was really flexible and helpful with everything, so that made our stay so much easier and pleasant. And our highlight was the roof terrace, perfect to catch the sunlight or watch the sunset behind the bay while drinking some mint tea they provided. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back next time we come to imsouane!

Nothing honestly, everything was perfectly fine

Great location, clean and lovely view from rooftop. 10 or less mins walk to Bay and cathedrals. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Rooftop private chef Rachid is a bonus. The bed was comfortable considering area standard. This is one of the better apartments in the area. I will definitely come back.

Super séjour, l'appartement était très propre et confortable. Rachid et Aïcha sont vraiment adorables, tout comme Mohamed. La terrasse offre une vue sur le spot de Cathédrale, parfait pour prendre le petit-déjeuner. Pas de souci pour garer la voiture, et tout est accessible à pieds.

We stayed at Viola House for 10 wonderful days. The apartment is new construction, and everything was in great condition. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was very clean. Having access to a washing machine was very helpful. The location was in the middle of the village - easy to access either end. Home cooked breakfast every morning on the rooftop was a treat. We were very touched by the efforts of our host to make us feel at home. Rachid always went above and beyond to answer our questions, arrange transportation and sent us to a great fish spot. We felt very looked after and would definitely return. Highly recommend.

Great friendly service, Rachid took great care of us…. The owner Mohammad made dinner for us one night on the roof top and sat down with us and we had a great time. Rachid helped us book taxis at great price for Agadir and Essasouira… Apartment was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Easy walk to both surf spots… Great sunsets on roof…

Śniadanie było naprawdę bardzo skromne. Nie wiem skąd opinie o pysznym śniadaniu. W tym miejscu śniadanie to kawa, herbata, byle jaki msemen, amlou, masło, miód, bułka i kiepski sok pomarańczowy z kartonu. Od rana walenie w ściany, bo dookoła wszędzie remonty.

La proximité de la plage, la gentillesse de l’hôte qui nous a concocté un excellent petit déjeuner. On a juste regretté de ne pas être resté plus longtemps pour goûter aux plats maisons.

the apartment was spacious

The stairs were slippery, which i fell and hurt my back. Should have grip tape or something. I was gently walking down the stairs.

The host was very kind and flexible. I was allowed to check in earlier and check out later. I needed good WiFi to work and it was great.

Very minor things. Some small things require maintenance (eg a broken switch) and the kitchen could be more equipped.

The view was great. Rachid was very welcoming. The apartment had a beautiful balcony.

Decent spot near the bay. Max five minutes stroll to the waves. Apartment had all i needed for sports holiday.

If something needs improvement, a mattress topper would make the bed comffier.

Fantastic stay! The place was clean and spacious, had all we needed for cooking for our family. Centrally located. The breakfast was enjoyable, especially being on the top of the building with a great view of the ocean. Rachid and Merriam were both very friendly and helpful! Was great meeting them. Definitely recommended.

The location was a short walk to the beach, breakfast on the roof with a nice view was delicious and every morning we looked forward to it and the conversations with Larabi and Mariam. Also the apartment was very clean, the bed comfortable, bathroom had a great shower, and we liked the big balcony. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it was nice also.

It’s not the fault of the property but the local dog packs in town that are so sweet and friendly during the day, become very loud and bark throughout the night making it hard to sleep.

Nice, clean appartment at a great location. We especially liked the roof top terrace, balcony and lounge area, each with a great view of Cathedral Bay. Staff was great, very thoughtful!

1) Greedy owners, that profit on others misfortune: I had an emergency and had to leave 17 days early. First, I was let me to believe, they would refund me for the 17 nights, but as soon as I had left the building, the tune changed, and they would not even as much as try to rent the flat again to retrieve some of my loss, but just pocketed all my cash. Shame on them. 2) Shrill noises form early morning till late from moving furniture around on the roof top restaurant and hammering sounds from the cooking. The building is very sonoric. 3) Camera straight on the balcony = not private at all 4) No roam for board storage other than in apartment 5) I asked for a taxi to the airport, and when it turned up, it was an unlicensed “black” taxi and I had no choice, but to take it because I had a flight waiting. Highly uncomfortable as I am a solo female traveller. 6) Chairs on balcony still broken as mentioned in review from other guest in January 2023 even though management commented in January that they would be replaced. 7) The occasional cockroach 8) No curtains in sitting room 9) Not enough kitchen utensils to actually cook 10) Blinding light from apartment building in front 11) The washing machine is not in the apartment as stated on booking.com

Fantastic location, great sized rooms and amazing breakfast. Rachid is a fantastic host, nothing but big smiles and warm greetings. He kindly invited us up for a traditional Friday home made couscous which was delicious, breakfast was delicious and super generous with everything. Can’t wait to get back there!

House Viola was SO wonderful!!! I had the best experience because of this place and the amazing staff members. The owners and caretakers were very kind and made me feel right at home. The apartment was perfect. I had the top floor room with stunning water views. The place was clean and had the perfect kitchen and bathroom. VERY fast wifi which was really great because I had to do some remote work. A short walk to the surf and the breakfast every morning was delicious! This place even has a dinner restaurant and they cook amazing food. I hope to stay here again in the future!

The appartment is new and modern, it has everything you need.
