Aménagement neuf mais sommaire, il manque vraiment la climatisation dans les chambres. Pas de cendrier et l’équipement des terrasses est à améliorer (fauteuil trouer et clous rouillés qui dépassent)

wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen das zimmer war perfekt, die lage war perfekt und es war alles sehr sauber! es gibt einen tollen pool und man kann dinner, surf lessons am hotel in anspruch nehmen kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons été super bien accueillis dès notre arrivée. Les chambres sont très belles et agréables, les petits-déjeuners sont vraiment très bons et tout le personnel est adorable, toujours souriant et disponible. Une mention spéciale à Abdel toujours là si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit ! L’ambiance est vraiment géniale : musique, piscine, surf,différentes activités et plein de possibilités pour profiter du séjour et se détendre. Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! ☀️🌊

Top top top établissement

L’hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel est la valeur ajoutée à ce lieu à taille humaine. L’accueil d’Abdell autour d’un thé à la menthe nous a plongés dans la culture marocaine aussitôt et nous avons pu compter sur lui et l’équipe pour nos demandes ( location de surf, réservation taxi, infos diverses…)L’ambiance y était chaleureuse et conviviale. Chacun des employés de ce petit établissement était souriant et bienveillant. Nous les remercions encore.

Très belle expérience à Imsouane 🌊 La chambre que nous avions prise avec mon conjoint était spacieuse, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Le personnel était très gentil et accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner était inclus, simple et bon, et nous avons également beaucoup profité de la piscine. Un très bon séjour pour se détendre et profiter d’Imsouane ! ✨

Très bon hôtel. Le personnel est super accueillant. Bon petit déjeuner. Grande chambre, le balcon est vraiment un plus. Belle vue sur la mer. C'est propre c'est confortable 👍

Il manquerait un frigo dans la chambre pour y mettre nos bouteilles d'eau. La piscine était en travaux au moment de notre venue, c'est dommage. La douche avait un problème de petite fuite, elle ne s'arrêtait pas totalement mais rien de grave.

Der Hausherr war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück und die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls gut.

Zimmer hatten keine Klimaanlage oder einen Kühlschrank. Im Hotel war es in der Nacht sehr laut, somit haben wir extrem schlecht geschlafen. Im Zimmer wird es sehr warm, da die Fenster wegen der Hunde und dem lärm von draussen nicht geöffnet werden konnten, war es im Zimmer sehr heiss. Im ganzen Hotel ist es sehr staubig. Der Zimmerboden und die Ablageflächen waren dreckig und klebrig. Die Tische im Hotelrestaurant waren extrem Klebrig und dreckig was sehr ekelhaft war und wir darum nur 1x da gefrühstückt haben.

very clean, friendly, abdellatif made our stay x10 better..i had some surfing lessons too with youssef. It was amazing. i’ll come here next time for sure !! The food, the people, the vibes, the rooms were clean and aesthetically appealing, 10/10!

Très bien entretenu, très bien situé dans une magnifique villa moderne. L’accueil est tellement bien qu’on s’y sent comme chez soi 😊 un gros merci à Abdelatif, tu nous manques déjà!! Ps. Tes tagines etaient les meilleurs qu’on dégusté a date. Bonne continuation et à bientôt inchallah

Le personnel et notamment le responsable Abdelattef, jeune de 23 ans, extrêmement disponible souriant et hyper tolérant. Il vient vous récupérer et vous accompagne dans vos attentes et recherches d'activités. Plages, supermarchés, pharmacie et restaurants à proximité. Idéal en famille et entre amis ( pour les Surfers deux plages exceptionnelles dans l'océan Atlantique) Petit déjeuner copieux, chambres confortables.. Encore merci pour tout.

L’établissement est propre le personnel, le personnel est génial, merci à Abdel qui nous super bien conseiller et à Youssef pour les cours de surf. L’établissement est situé prêt du super market et de la pharmacie, 5 min à pieds de la plage.

Todo. El alojamiento es excelente. Limpio, y muy bien situado, 4 min andando de Spot y la playa. Todos son muy amables, y te hacen sentir en casa. El desayuno espectacular. Muy buen sitio para estar. Tengo que volver.

Clean and good vibes as soon as I arrived. The host was awesome and really helpful, directing the taxi and meeting me as I arrived. Also just generally helpful throughout the stay making sure I had everything I needed and offering suggestions for things to do in town. Room was nice with a big window with a view of the sunset. The bed was comfy and plenty of space in the room. They have surfboards and wetsuits to rent if you need and they also offer breakfast and dinner options downstairs. It’s easily walkable to town and close to a bunch of mini markets and food options. Felt safe and secure to leave my stuff there with locked doors and also a safe walk back if you’re travelling solo.

Little bit tricky to find when we first arrived, couldn’t see a sign on the door or outside of the property but understand it’s a new building. However the host contacted me via WhatsApp and helped the driver.

dobrá lokace par minut pěšky od všeho, hnedka vedle je supermarket a výborná burrita ,velice milý a ochotný personál vždy když jsme něco potřebovali tak nám to zařídili, možnost jet na společný výlet do dun, vynikající snídaně, hotel byl i čistý, každý den uklízeli, myli bazén, ale vzala bych si své ručníky a hlavně ručník na nohy, měly jsme všude našlapáno a písek a hodilo by se nějaké koště do pokoje, jinak vše super

This was our fourth time in Morocco and our third in Imsouane, but this time we stayed for a record 15 days. I must admit, it was our best stay in this country so far! The staff looking after the property was simply amazing – every question we had was answered immediately, and the manager himself was available practically 24/7. The view from the room is breathtaking, the breakfasts are delicious, and the cleanliness is top - notch! I recommend this place to everyone with all my heart. We will definitely be back in October! De ruimte was erg schoon en modern ingericht. Het personeel dat er werkt is ook erg vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader!

Het zwembad bevindt zich uit de zon. Ook niet echt ruimte om het zwembad om te zonnen aangezien er alleen maar schaduw is.

Petit bémol, la porte fenêtre qui ne se fermait pas bien et l'insonorisation n'était pas top ( on entend beaucoup les chiens dans les rues la nuit..)

Soggiorno fantastico! Il proprietario è una persona davvero super accogliente, gentile e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Fin dal primo momento ci si sente come a casa. La posizione è ottima, perfetta per muoversi comodamente e godersi la zona, e la struttura è nuova. Un grande valore aggiunto è la possibilità di prenotare direttamente in struttura lezioni di surf e partecipare a tipiche cene marocchine, un’esperienza autentica e davvero speciale. Consigliatissimo, tornerò sicuramente!

Biancheria un po troppo stropicciata e umida

When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Abdel. He gave us plenty of time to settle in, and afterwards he served us a delicious Moroccan tea. We booked a room with breakfast, and it was absolutely worth it! Abdel is not only a great hotel manager but also an amazing chef. Every morning we enjoyed a very tasty and varied breakfast. The rooms are clean, neat, and well-maintained. The location is perfect as well, just about a 5-minute walk to the beach, situated in the quieter part of Imsouane. Highly recommended!

Veel kapotte dingen in de kamer. Zoals deurklink van badkamer en schuifdeur naar balkon. Nachtlamp werkte niet aan 1 kant en als het licht uit was deden de stopcontacten het niet.

We had a great stay at this property. The structure is new, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast was good and abundant, offering a nice variety to start the day. A special mention goes to Abdell, who was extremely attentive and caring towards guests. In addition to providing several services at the property, he also gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit around Imsouane. Highly recommended!

La vue était idéale, très grande chambre, lit simples collés, nous avons pu partager le ftour avec les hôtes.

Ne pas regarder les finitions de cet hôtel, les lits n’ont jamais été refaits, les draps mis à l’envers, pas d’eau chaude le premier soir, bon hôtel pour séjour court durant lequel vous n’y restez pas.

-> Sehr kleines Bett. Ich bin unter 1,80 m groß und meine Füße ragten ständig aus dem Bett heraus, obwohl in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung ausdrücklich steht: „Extra langes Bett (über zwei Meter)“. -> Kein echter Meerblick. Direkt vor dem Zimmer wurde ein neues Gebäude gebaut, das den Meerblick einschränkt. -> Kein Ventilator, obwohl dieser ausdrücklich in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung aufgeführt ist. -> Keine Shampoo- oder Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. -> Toilette kaputt bzw. Toilettenbrille locker. -> Toilettentür lässt sich nicht schließen. -> Dreckige Gardinen. -> Dreckiger Pool. Hoffentlich wird er in der Hauptsaison gereinigt.

Would recommend! Abdell and the other staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Everything was made very easy for us since they booked us surfing lessons. You can also rent surfingboards and wetsuits. Few minutes walking from beach. Nice moroccan breakfast every morning. Rooms were modern with big and comfy bed.

Echt een geweldige plek om te zijn! De mensen die er werken zijn zo gastvrij en vriendelijk! Ze lieten mij echt thuis voelen en stonden altijd klaar als ik iets wilde vragen. Abdel atif, Maryam en Abdslam hebben mijn dagen in Imsouane nog zo veel leuker gemaakt en kijk er met een heel warm gevoel op terug. Het is echt een feestje om hier te zijn, het heerlijke eten, de sfeer en de gastvrijheid. Ik zou het 100 % aanraden!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great – very close to a supermarket and only about a 15-minute walk to the centre of the small town. The area was very quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly. He greeted us with tea and a lovely conversation, and in the evening he even played the guitar and sang for us, which made the stay really special. He was extremely helpful, social, and always available by phone if we needed anything. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend this place.

It was a bit cold during the night (January), but they gave us an extra duvet and it solved the problem!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ! Nous avons étés accueillis avec un petit thé, Abdel qui s’occupe de l’hôtel est adorable, tres serviable, et toujours joignable s’il y a un soucis. Nous avons pu louer des planches de surf directement à l’hôtel, et le petit déjeuner le matin et super ! Je recommande !

The rooms faciliies could be a bit more thought through. There was not enough space to hang wet towels or swimming suits (it's a beach destination)

Nice small hotel a little outside of the 'center' of Imsouane. Basic but very good breakfast and enjoyable common area.

The rooftop is super nice but doesn't have any furniture. I guess this will still happen.

Erg goede service en een fantastische kamer. Zou hier zeker nogmaals verblijven en aan iedereen aanraden.

Het uitzicht wordt deels geblokkeerd door nieuw gebouw (maar niet storend hoor)

Abdel is an amazing host! He was very welcoming and offered to cook for us, it was quite a romantic setting. Easily being able to rent surfboards and wetsuits was also a bonus! The accommodation is a quick walk to the beaches and restaurants. Bed was comfy
