Great host, responsive and flexible - we asked for any extension for couple of hours due to late flight and it wasn't any issue. Close to the beach. Car park available. Elevator from the parking level. We had a street view appartment, was OK but the other side - mountain view, must be stunning!

A dishwasher could be great addition. I understand however it's not that important for people who eat out.

Naprosto skvělé ubytování v klidné části, blízká dostupnost obchodů a restaurací, krátká vzdálenost na pláž. Byt byl komfortně vybaven a opravdu nic nám nechybělo, skvěle vybavená kuchyň, koupelny i ložnice s velkou skříní. Velké plus je kryté parkování a výtah. Antish zasílá kompletní informace o pronájmu s velkým předstihem a během pobytu byl vždy nápomocný. Moc děkujeme a tento apartmán velmi rádi doporučíme i ostatním cestovatelům.

The location is good. The swimming pool is with an amazing view. Modern flat. Communicative owner.

The flat was not very clean, the bed was uncomfortable, and the blinds do not really block the sun. I woke up early every day. The gate won't happen without the remote.

Close to the beach, two small supermarkets and some restaurants. Spacious apartment with two bedrooms. The terrace was nice. Nice rooftop with a pool. Great parking behind the gate.

A few things were not working properly in the apartment. The street under the apartment was crazy loud when some cars or motorbikes were passing. And they were passing several times during the night.

Очень комфортные апартаменты для семьи, две отдельные спальни, одна детям, вторая нам мастер-спальня со своей душевой и туалетом в комнате, у детей отдельная душевая и туалет. Большая зона кухни-гостиной со всем необходимым для приготовления еды, с большим телевизором. Пользовались и духовкой и микроволновкой и стиральной машиной, все отлично! Интернет шустрый, смотрели фильмы. Менеджеры встретили лично в квартире, все показали и рассказали, помогли с арендой машины и через час у нас уже была своя машина, что очень удобно на острове! Есть в запасе чистое постельное белье и полотенца, но уборка, если нужна оплачивается отдельно, мы не пользовались услугой. Есть пылесос, мы сами один раз пропылесосили. На крыше просто шикарный вид на горы и парк с бассейна открывается, смотрели закаты и звезды. Олени действительно приходят рано утром прям к дому или уже вечером после 21.00. В каждой комнате кондиционеры, это супер! При выселении оплатили туристический налог и отдали ключи лично менеджерам. Хозяин всегда на связи, по любым вопросам поможет. Пляж в 5-10 минутах ходьбы, магазин есть рядом, район тихий и спокойный. Спасибо большое, нам все очень понравилось! Обязательно вернемся!

The smell from the washing machine, just clean it because all towels are washed up in it and after have unpleasant smell.

Appartement très lumineux et très bien équipé. Vue de la terrasse. Hôtes super réactifs. Vue superbe à partir du rooftop.

L'entretien de la piscine et du rooftop doit être amélioré. Algues dans la piscines, Plantes décoratives en train de pourrir, bancs cassés. Ces points dépendent dépendent évidemment de la co-propriété de l'immeuble et non de l'hôte lui-même qui m'a confirmé être conscient du problème. C'est d'autant plus regrettable que le rooftop et la piscine sont vraiment superbement conçus.

Super ausgestattetes Appartement strandnah und ruhig gelegen. Toller Ausblick auf das Landesinnere und den angrenzenden Park mit Rehen und auch einigen Flughunden.

Besonders gut hat uns der Pool auf der Dachterrasse gefallen.

Appartamento spettacolare come da descrizione e immagini. Ci siamo sentiti proprio a casa. La spiaggia si raggiunge facilmente con una passeggiata di 5 minuti. I ristoranti sono un po' più lontani, l'unico vicino è a 5 minuti, gli altri almeno 15 minuti a piedi. Ottimo il parcheggio interno al palazzo così la macchina è sempre stata riparata. Il supermercato più fornito (Carrefour) è a 15 a piedi, ma ci sono delle alternative a 5 minuti a piedi. Bellissimo uscire sul balcone e vedere i cervi 🤗

Es ist toll, dass es einen eigenen Parkplatz gibt. Das Einparken ist aber eine Herausforderung.

Parking was quite tight but just about doable, the roof top pool was a bit disappointing as very small, looked bigger in the photos but more of a plunge pool.

Antish, the owner and his colleague, Ken made our trip so enjoyable and stress free before we even entered the apartment. They offer truly remarkable service. The apartment itself is wonderful and has all you need for a relaxing and enjoyable apartment style stay. It is closely located to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. It genuinely was such an enjoyable, relaxing and fulfilling experience.

The apartment is very comfortable and looks just like in the pictures. The host is very kind and available if you need anything. We really enjoyed our stay 👌🏼

We really appreciated the modern and cozy feeling, the host was so nice to prepare the baby high chair for us and the cot. It was an easy 5 min walk to the beach with the stroller, and it was great coming back, right to the elevator and the apartment. We didn’t find the pillows comfortable and the hair kindly replaced it very promptly. It’s a lot of takeaway options nearby but you also have everything you need to cook at the apartment. The deers were very every day and were happy to eat some carrots, our daughter was waking up searching for them every day. If you travel with a little kid (our daughter was 1y8m), it s easy to hide little fragile things away and get a child-safe space in 5 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Only good things about the apartment, but a recommendation about the beach: the beach close to the apartment is really nice but if you want softer sand for babies and lying chairs, in December they were available a bit up north, near Jeanne Burger (3 min drive).

Apartments needs a good cleaning. Windows haven’t been washed in months. When we arrived, crumbs were under the table and under the placemats. Dirty glasses were standing in the cupboard. Both beds are short and narrow. My husband is 1,86 meter tall and he had to sleep diagonally otherwise his feets dangling over the end. So we were sleeping in different bedrooms.

Very close to everything, beach, shops and still quiet and peaceful. Very well equipped kitchen, nice balcony. Would definitely recommend! Loved our stay here, very accommodating- thank you guys! 😊

I loved the appartment, it was really as in the pictures, nice, cozy & clean. It was beautifully decorated, quite new and clean everywhere.

I did not like how all the curtains were not blocking the light as it should. There was no black out and it was complicated for us when we wanted to really have a good sleep in the main room especially. Even the bathroom's windows bring so much light inside the room in the master room, it was complicated to adjust with the light. The AC of the living room was not working well also. There were only these three problems which normally should have been taken care of by the owner of the place already(hopefully).

The apartment was super spacious, clean, and the host, Antish helpful and available at all times. The beach is 5-6 mins walk away.

Very cozy apartment in a great location! We had everything we needed to prepare ourselves the meals and relax.

A very thorough, deep clean of the bathtooms specifically would have been an added bonus.

The apartment was new, clean, had air conditioner, we could find everything we normally need at home! The staff was friendly and answered questions very quickly. The beach is very near and with a car we reached every corner in the island in 1 hour!

Everything was perfect! The Apartment looks exactly like the pictures and you have everything what you need. Kentish was always very helpful and gave us additional advice for our stay.

The place is nice and modern

The blind are terrible, you are going to wake up with the sunrise. Its not well thought. Pretty lame that the garage does not open without the remote. Pool needs more space for sunbathing etc. The apartment is that the very end of flic en flac where the beach is less pretty and also means that there's a long car ride to go to the south (20 mins just to get out of flic en flac)

The apartment was very nice, well decorated, cosy. The host was well organized and kind.

The glass on the shower cabin was dirty, like it wasn't washed for months.

The communication with the owner and his team was very good from the beginning. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed every minute of our state. It is situated in a calm area, but walking distance from supermarket, restaurants and the beach. The beach is great for families with children, offering shadows and shallow water. The kids enjoyed watching the animals from the balcony every day and the pool has amazing view as well. Kitchen is very well equipped, we cooked there quite often.

We liked everything of this place! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows. The apartment has everything you need! Couldn't ask for more! The private condo pool and the view of the deers and pigs was such a joy for our baby!

Our entire stay was fantastic. The apartment is well-equipped, and you can tell that the host did not skimp on the amenities. The rooms and bathrooms are both stylish and comfortable. The kitchen has both cooking and laundry appliances, which comes in handy when you get dirty exploring the island. The apartment has three air conditioners in total, as well as its own parking space behind a lockable gate. The location is a quiet area about a 10-15 minute walk from the main part of town. It is quiet at night, which is ideal for sleeping. What I'd like to emphasize are the hosts. They are extremely friendly and will explain everything to you, show you around, and recommend restaurants in the area. There was no problem with any request, including transportation around the island and early check-in. Thank you Kenstih and the entire team for your efforts; it was a fantastic week in this apartment.

Just found road names were a problem for me. No clear street names and numbers displayed. So as a visitor, if I was lost, it would be difficult to find directions.

it was basically a home away from home, could not fault the property even if you wanted to. The photos on the website do not do justice for the place it is much better. Only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets,perfect location.

The parking space is way too small and very tricky to get a car in between the bays.

I like everything about this place. The staff and owner are very helpful. The rooms are new and clean. The beds are comfortable and soft. My favourite place in the pool and the rooftop, where I can read and enjoy the view.

He was very friendly and welcoming, and went out of his way to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. One of the great things about this apartment was that we were able to hire a car from the owner, which made getting around very convenient. The apartment itself was lovely and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops and restaurants. My review is for the app. 201, 373 Wolmar, Flic en Flac. It is located on the second floor and faces the street. To the deer and piglets from the sanctuary can be enjoyed from the roof, which is shaped like a garden with a pool. The description in Booking corresponds to reality, and you will find modern, designer-style apartment consisting of two bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms, furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay. My favorite appliance is the Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment is located near the beach in a nice and safe neighborhood. It is very convenient as a starting point for daily excursions. The owner Antish helped us a lot by finding us a rental car with very good conditions. The company is called Turquoise Samtours and I recommend it. She offers a lot of excursions and has an office near the apartment, just opposite the Jumbo supermarket. Also, Antish allowed us to leave the apartment 2 hours later without extra charge. Last but not least I want to thank Kentish and Varuna for their kindness and responsiveness. They take care of the apartment and welcome and see off the guests. Special thanks again to Kentish for the curry leaves he gave me even though someone had picked them for him. He didn't forget to bring me more on the way out. Kentish will forever remain in my heart.

The modern apartment is very bright, clean and we loved staying there. The pool is beautiful and we could not get enough of looking at that mountain. The key handover for the apartment was extremely polite and the staff very nice. We can recommend to stay in this property is you wish to stay in Flic en Flac. The closest restaurant Zub Express served the best (Indian) food we had on our holiday in 2 weeks. On the ground floor level there are quite hard to use parking spots and to the back is a huge area with deers and pigs - every time going down especially our kids loved looking at the animals.

Only minor thing was the balcony furniture could be more comfortable, maybe a new pillow to sit on would do already.

Location in the less busy part of Flic en Flac with few minutes walk to the very nice and quieter part of the public beach. Appartment clean and equiped with all necessities. Host and his team is very cooperative and attentive. Responds in minutes to any special needs. Nice friendly neighbours. Rooftop pool well maintained.

This is the extraordinary apartment in all aspects. Very nicely equipped with modern furniture, all kitchen amenities in place, large terrace with a view of the mountain and large natural park with deers who came to us for goodies every day. The view was even better from the infinity pool on the roof. Really fast (±90Mbps) dedicated internet just perfect. And only 5 minutes walk (250m) to the beach and shops. We enjoyed the whole week and have many pleasant memories, thanks for that.

It was a wonderful stay at this property for me and my family. It was exactly the same as in photos. Very well decorated, very clean, very pleasant and fully equipped and furnished. We felt like we are staying at our own home, it was that lovely and comfortable. View of forest deers from the balcony was an exceptional experience for all of us :-) Flic-En-Flac beach is hardly 250 meters away from this property and it takes hardly 5 mins of walk to reach there. Its one of the best beaches of Mauritius. Supermarkets are in the vicinity of this property. On top Antish is an amazing and very cooperative host, he will help you with everything you need. Overall this is an excellent place to stay while in Mauritius, highly recommended.

It was further away from the restaurants than I was expecting. Although it was only about 15 minutes walk, going back to the apartment at night was a trek.

The property provided all that we needed, was well located and very modern and clean. You really couldn't ask for more. The host was also extremely helpful and friendly.

Not a great deal, but maybe a few sunbeds around the roof-top pool. Having said that, this is probably out of the host's hands.

Everything was perfect. Apartment is nice and new with all required equipement. Two bathrooms with big shower space. Kitchen well equiped (we appreciated Nespresso coffe machine). We felt like home. Animals who you can feed under the teracce is nice addition. Roof teracce is nice as well as you will have great view on entire city and forest behind the apartment. Public beach is few minutes by walk so super easy to reach it. Smaller supermarket and gift shops are near as well.

Nothing in regards to accomodation which was perfect. Just be aware that if you will want to go to bigger supermarket (Jumbo Express) where you will get better prices and more stuff you will need to walk/drive 1.6km to reach it.
